The TV wasn't working and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. Had backpain in the morning, because of the bad mattress. The cushions were thick polyester ones, so what is ecologic about that. All the things in the hotel were not ecological at all, don't think the people know what this term means... I was happy we only stayed one night, that was more than enough and could hardly sleep.

It was close to downtown. Nice view of the mountains. breakfast was good.

Hot tub didn't work and was knid of pricey for what you get.

hotel is convenient to dowtown canmore but still in a quiet location. easy access to major highway.

rooms are on the small side.

I did like the location of hotel very central canmore. Mountain views were quite pretty if you can overlook all the other hotels nearby. Underground parking was a nice treat!

The staff members I found to be quite rude, particularly the girl at the front desk. There was no room service and the "bistro/bar" was never open (When asking the front desk girl about this she replied that it is rarely open). The people in the room above us partied all night and eventually got kicked out of the hotel near 4am. Kids were running up and down the halls all evening and our room overlooked the hot tub so we were unable to keep our blinds open as there were only black out curtains and people could easily see in. The room appeared clean at first however the fridge was disgustingly dirty. Overall I would never recommend this hotel to a friend or family member and in fact I have cautioned them against staying here.

- room needs some reparations - bad leak in kitchen faucet and ceiling fan needs adjustment; room got very hot and it was difficult to sleep because the highway noise is so loud when window is open; poor breakfast for very high room rate

too expense to hotel & room conditions compare with holiday inn express that I stay at later .no charge free parking , too far to city center . They should learn much from Holiday Inn express !
