Staff were fantastic

Construction going on in the lobby Lamps were ragged and stain on the sofa

okay, not great

Staff was nice. Location is terrific for quick access to Cambridge/MIT

Beds only so-so and pillows not great. Bathroom fixtures and amenities are also just okay. Walls are thin. Used to think of Meridien as an upscale brand, but this is just an average hotel.

Excellent location. Right next to MIT and Novartis.

1) The temperature in the breakfast room was a bit COLD. It is a large room and one entire side is windows. I visited in mid-November. I wonder what it is like when winter sets in. 2) The water pressure in my shower was on the low side. 3) The fan in the climate control is noisy.

I enjoyed the stay

The room and accomodations were very good. I was very impressed with the restaurant (menu, quality & service). The location was OK for a visit to Boston.

Price somewhat high. The location wasn't the optimum for our visit to Boston, would have liked to have been closer to the subway and train station. Not a whole lot of services and entertainment around the hotel.

It's close to MIT and Harvard. It's clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable.

The hotel was close to downtown Boston as well as downtown Cambridge and Harvard. Great location.

I found that this hotel was quite comfortable. The valet was very helpful and polite. Everything is in walking distance so we parked the car for the night. The roof top garden was a very pleasant spot to go and enjoy the nightair.

The mini bar was expensive and didnt like how they had all the candy at childrens reach, good thing my baby is only 1yrs old or I would be broke. And dont understand how they new exactly what we took out of the mini bar fridge.
