Плюсы: Every time I stay in Calgary its a no brainer, this is the place to stay. I've been to many different hotels and venues and each time regret not booking here. Future stays will always be here; gorgeous and modern rooms, outstanding staff, amazing breakfast and a price you just can't beat. It also helps the location is so central downtown that your minutes walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Calgary. Thank you, I will be back!

Минусы: Nothing! My last stay I was unfortunate enough to have lost some crucial travel items upon arrival, and staff and management went above and beyond to ensure I was checked in and looked after.

Плюсы: Great location. Very modern but comfortable decor. Great restaurant. Courteous staff.

Минусы: Appeared understaffed often. Had to wait a long time to get someone on phone a number of times.

Минусы: Back alley is an eye sore especially if having to valet. The hotel is beautiful but the back alley is rather sketchy with people taking smoke breaks and a barrage of trash bins.

Плюсы: The excellent room design. Beautiful modern and very functional. Breakfast was simple perfect for our family of 4. The entire property is beautifully designed. Location was excellent.

Плюсы: Хорошее местоположение! Хорошая система климат контроля. Есть возможность открыть окно. Хороший интернет.

Минусы: Постоянно были проблемы с ключом. Очень холодные полы в ванной, а коврик для ног маленький и один - явно не хватает подогрева полов или дополнительного коврика в туалет. Нет тапочек. Очень темно в номере. Завтрак слабый - на уровне отеля три звёзды - выбора нет, выпечка холодная (не подогревается).

Плюсы: Месторасположение в самом центре города, пешком можно дойти до основных достопримечательностей (телевышка находится напротив входа в отель). До аэропорта на такси в час-пик 25 минут, без пробок минут 15. Относительно неплохой завтрак, учитывая опыт посещения других североамериканских отелей (не хватало свежих овощей). На завтраке: каша, омлет, сосиски, фрукты (клубника, ананасы, дыня), круасаны, соки, сыры итд Отзывчивый персонал, оперативно реагировали на все просьбы. Если необходимы будут тапочки, не стесняйтесь, звоните на ресепшн и вам сразу принесут. Удобные большие кровати, чистота в номерах.

Минусы: Темно в номерах,недостаточно освещения. Не хватает российских каналов. Отель позиционирует себя как пятизвёздочный отель, соответственно должен быть бассейн, которого не хватает. Окна выходили во двор, если открывать окно, то утром было довольно шумно и вечером пахло едой из расположенного на первом этаже ресторана. ПРО РЕСТОРАН - НЕ ХОДИТЕ В РЕСТОРАН CHARCUT - ужасное обслуживание, невкусные блюда,цена не соответствует качеству.

Плюсы: Everything about the stay was very nice. The room was clean, fresh, the bed comfortable and the bedding lovely. My husband enjoyed his breakfast. All in all quite nice.

Минусы: The staff member who handled our reservation was pompous and arrogant. I asked him to put the deposit on my credit card and the room on my debit card. He said he could not separate them. When I asked why he told me "no one has ever done that here before." So it would appear I am the only person to ever stay at this hotel who wanted to pay cash for the room while putting the deposit on credit card. Absurd. So instead I ended up putting nearly $500 on my debit card when he had my credit card info. Then he picks up the phone to call house keeping and ask them to lock the mini bar. I again asked him why and he said anyone who pays a cash deposit (of 300 dollars!! and from whom you have a credit card on file) cannot use the minibar. I asked him why he didn't wait until I had walked away or why he had not been more discreet about the call. It made me feel like some kind of pauper or vagrant that had no business staying in HIS hotel. I told him I found him to be rude and thoughtless. He shrugged. My husband and I were not impressed with him. Lastly, I was not informed about the $30 charge for parking until I was paying for it in the morning. Valet is a very nice service but I don't care for surprises. If he could take the time to lock up the minibar perhaps he could have taken some to explain the cost of parking that was not included in my $180 room charge.

Плюсы: The room layout, continental breakfast was excellent and hotel location.

Минусы: We were advised parking was included and than were charged $30 for parking while staying only one night.

Минусы: Parking fee is expensive it should be free for guests

Плюсы: Waited a very long time for my car to be brought up by the valet (over half an hour), but was happy with the resolution as the hotel reimbursed my parking fee.

Плюсы: Понравилось все. Расположение отеля - в самом центре даунтауна. Такие туристические места, как Stephen Avenue Walk, Calgary Tower и Glenbow museum находятся буквально на углу. Рядом множество кафе и ресторанов, дойти до всех этих мест занимает 2-3 минуты. Номера большие, со всеми удобствами: отличный душ, большой телевизор, ванная с зеркалами и подсветкой, огромная мягкая кровать :) Температуру в номере можно регулировать как вы хотите. Не замерзнете и не перегреетесь :) Ресторан работает 24/7, и можно в любой момент заказать в номер еду, большой выбор вин. Хороший завтрак, хоть и не шведский стол - вам просто подадут меню. Персонал приветливый и очень вежливый.

Минусы: В номере не было щеток и зубной пасты. Но это быстро решается отправлением смс-сообщения на номер телефона, который будет написан у вас в номере. Вам принесут все в течение 5-ти минут.

Плюсы: Comfortable room & bed

Плюсы: Parking was very easily accessible and excellent location. Everything we needed was withing walking distance.

Минусы: The second week none came to refill water, and always someone knocked my door when i arrived from work

Плюсы: Modern, clean, lots of space. Noisy at night but the hotel provides ear plugs.

Минусы: Key card for the elevator is annoying.

Плюсы: The room, the location, their services, the gym and the indoor swimming pool are wonderful!

Минусы: Parking is not free.

Плюсы: The look was modern and new. Hotel room was very chic.

Минусы: The late-night food from the room service menu was GROSS! We had a ham sandwich and a chicken caesar salad.

Плюсы: Fantastic location in downtown Calgary. Staff was extremely friendly and ready to assist with any questions you had during you're stay. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will be back to visit Calgary again and will likely choose Hyatt Regency again.

Плюсы: I loved the hotel, the pool and hot tub were nice. Room was big, comfortable and clean. I loved the shower. The bed was awesome too and our view of downtown was cool

Минусы: The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the cleaner they use. It smells like when you go get your hair permed at the salon. A real strong eggy smell. But also like chlorine which is what made me think it was their cleaner that stank. Extremely off putting

Минусы: В номере все время стоял кислый запах залежалых тряпок, унылый интерьер, набор в душе на 1 человека, хотя номер бронировался на двоих

Минусы: Difficulty of traffic flow.

Минусы: The room facility is fairly ok for the price you pay, but most of their rooms are located by the street and right across the LRT, which is super noisy.

Плюсы: Great central location. Bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a microwave in the room and actual small fridge. The breakfast was very good.

Минусы: Would have liked to see a variation of omelettes or fried eggs option at breakfast. Also, a cappuccino/espresso would have been a nice bonus.

Плюсы: The Staff was very nice and accommodating. The Hotel was under construction in the process of being acquired by Marriott so it will be nice to see once the renovations are complete.

Минусы: Based on the Star Level I expected more amenities but I was thoroughly a disappointed. A 3 Star rated Radisson Hotel offers more Amenities and that is where I will be staying next when in Calgary.

Плюсы: We liked the fact that we could walk to different places downtown. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Минусы: Having to pay extra for parking as a guest when I can get this from your competitor hotels as a free inclusive during my stay.
