Минусы: Only slight thing was the windows let in the sound from the street, and on a Friday night there was occasionally periods of noise from people walking home after a few drinks! Not sure if effective double glazing, but a minor point.

Плюсы: Доброжелательный персонал, оригинальное решение - «умный дом» в номере, необычное приветствие с местной водкой и хлебом в качестве комплимента, вкусный разнообразный завтрак и зеленые яблоки в холле! После недели путешествий по разным отелям Греции этот отель показался очень современным и комфортным. Находится в самом центре, рядом большое количество кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус.

Минусы: Не закрывались двери от душа и туалета, в номере был несильный запах сырости от ванны

Плюсы: Персонал просто великолепный, помогут, расскажут, без проблем, месторасположение прямо в центре, все под рукой, номер был обустроен функцией умный дом, дали телефон с интернетом, что бы передвигаться по городу без проблем, в общем очень понравилось

Плюсы: Very helpful staff, very responsive, happy to help give advice for the island and make sure you’re taken care of during your stay. Room is what you need and comfortable with the balcony. Great location for Heraklion. Close to buses and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Плюсы: We stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is just over three years old is modern very well equipped. We booked a club room which was very spacious, had a great shower, comfortable king bed and a coffee machine. Everything worked as it should, the breakfast was great and the staff super efficient and friendly. Panagiotis at the front desk was great and super helpful in helping us get the most out of our stay in Heraklion. The hotel is well located and within walking distance from the town centre and restaurants. Highly recommended and one of the best in Greece .

Плюсы: Located very close to the ferry fort makes it a very convenient place to stay. It also has free parking and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. It is also worth spending time on the terrace and getting a drink of your choice with good views of the sea and the fort.

Минусы: It is not a standalone building but part of a complex and is situated in some confusing narrow lanes and it is very difficult to find for the first time for people driving up there with no room for errors especially with no entry and one way road traffic signs everywhere..

Минусы: Отель расположен рядом с молодежным кафе, достаточно шумно днём. Мы брали представительский номер. Туалет в номере это полный провал: заходишь в номер сразу справа ванная комната БЕЗ ДВЕРЕЙ!!! Дверь в туалет и душ есть, НО нормальный человек чтобы пройти в туалет или выйти должен прижиматься к стенке и унитазу чтобы дверь открылась/закрылась. Страшно подумать как будут пользоваться туалетом крупные люди или люди с ограниченными возможностями.

Минусы: При открытой двери балкона частенько слышно как взлетают самолеты м часов до 12 народ ходит и шумит ибо центр. Но в целом не мешало. А кондер не работал, поскольку бронировали на 1 день и выезжать планировали рано утром, то заморачиваться с обращением на рецепшен не стали

Плюсы: Staff was very polite, professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. During breakfast we had plenty of choices including national sweets, a lot of fruits, nuts, vegetables, some hot dishes and so on. In addition, car parking was handeld by parking staff that was really convenient and free for hotel guests.

Плюсы: Great central location with supermarket and restaurants next door. Modern, well-equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Best part was the breakfast, it had everything you might possibly want, and then some!

Минусы: Balcony not that great but not necessary either.

Плюсы: Lovely rooms, very clean, we were on 5th floor right by the roof terrace which was nice place to sit. Also great breakfast.

Минусы: It was a bit hard to find it by car, but once we did parking was was very close and not too expensive for middle of town.

Плюсы: The location was marvellous for walking to the important attractions. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was huge, with a double basin bathroom and a delightful shady terrace. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean (and I am fussy).

Минусы: The outside street was very narrow - I wouldn’t try driving there. When the wind blows in a particular direction the jets fly overhead - however, that must affect all of the old city. I didn’t notice the planes late at night or early in the morning.

Плюсы: Well located for ferry port and it was easy to find somewhere to eat nearby. Clean. Fast check in and check out and WiFi worked.

Минусы: The property’s location meant it was noisy and very hard to sleep - it is directly below a flight path so there is the noise of planes until midnight and starting at 630am on the dot. When we stayed there were also dogs barking relentlessly for a 20 min period from just before 5am and we were woken by noise in the street at 3am too. (I am not a light sleeper...) the first room we were given (55) had a horrible smell and was on an outside terrace which was really noisy from music nearby. They moved us to 43 which had no smell but not a great start and we were still kept up with noise although we had requested a quiet room at booking. Not hotel’s fault but I would be aware... all we wanted was a good nights sleep, especially as I am five months pregnant and we had a long drive the next day, so it was not a good stay for us. Breakfast was not of best quality but was standard and ok. Whole place is a bit tired. Lastly, they didn’t ask us on check out how our stay was which was telling (bad restaurants and hotels never seem to ask, maybe because they don’t want to know...) so didn’t seem the hotel were bothered about feedback or customer experience

Плюсы: Hotel was lovely close to all we wanted to see and only 5 minutes away from the port where we had to take the ferry to Santorini. Very modern and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities was excellent.

Плюсы: Beautiful room with sea views, gorgeous well appointed bathroom lovely power shower! Great breakfast, lovely pool and right on the beach. In a great location within easy reach of local bars and restaurants. Immaculately clean. Lovely friendly staff. We will be back next year.

Минусы: Pre set up of lounge chairs with umbrellas on the beach would be nice. Presently you have to carry your lounge chair to the beach. The pool area is big so evening entertainment would also be nice there along with the bar staying open much later.

Плюсы: The hotel does what it sets out to do - it is very basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the pool was large and nicely set out.

Минусы: There were no extra towels supplied for the pool so we had to use our bath towels. The beach it is beside was not particularly nice and the location is quite out of the way.

Плюсы: Nice balcony, fridge, towels were changed every day and it was allowed to use these by the sea, free parking around the hotel. Sea was close, it was calming to hear sea wave sounds during night time.

Минусы: Breakfast was repeating, no sun beds near the sea but you could carry one if you wanted. It was windy (good for kid surfers), two days it was stormy.

Минусы: Because the hotel parking site was full, a staff member parked our car the evening we arrived. The next morning it turned out that he had parked it in front of the hotel loading dock and the car had been damaged by someone trying to get past. It showed a big dent and scratches exactly on the spot (rear right) where a trolly would pass from the road to the sidewalk. A mere passer-by on the sidewalk could not have caused such damage. Yet the hotel refused to take any responsibility. We spent several very unpleasant hours talking to managers through the phone and ended up paying for the damages ourselves. We were only lucky that the friendly car rental service (Kydon) showed some understanding and did not charge the full amount. One would expect more from a hotel in this class.

Плюсы: Останавливались в отеле в конце сентября 2019 года. Визуально с улицы он такой небольшой, что кажется там не разместиться. Нет, все очень даже хорошо. Мы проживали на 4-м этаже. На этажах по 4 номера. Если из лифта налево они небольшие, если из лифта направо, то метраж и компановка побольше. Были вдвоем, места хватило. Для троих места маловато, есть ли номера с большим метражом - не спрашивали. На балконе стол, стулья. В номере холодильник, сейф, кондиционер, телевизор – все прилично. Есть чайник. Очень понравился персонал отеля. Минимум сотрудников, а все четко и оперативно. И оформляют прибывших (отъезжающих), и помогают вещи занести, постоянно кто-то у стойки что-то спрашивает – они с таким участием помогают. Тут же женщина как-то незаметно убирает (в номере было очень чисто). Приятная женщина на кухне, также всегда готова помочь-подать-убрать. Молодцы! Накануне отель хотел забронировать сумму за 1 ночь, но что-то не сложилось с банком. Bookinq связался с отелем и все было решено. Оплата при выезде прошла нормально. Недостатков не заметили, практически не бывали в отеле. Но в момент пребывания все было хорошо. Рейс домой был вечерний. Оставив вещи в комнате для хранения, мы еще долго гуляли в городе. Перед отъездом нам предложили чай, кофе. Приятно. Впечатления остались только хорошие. Направо из отеля классная Таверна, буквально в нескольких шагах. Вкусненько все, занятный интерьер и тоже классная команда. Месторасположение отличное: и до центра города недалеко, и остановки городских автобусов рядом. Исторических мест рядом достаточно. Мы были на Санторини, так что близость порта также помогла.

Минусы: Скромный душ... Занавески для душа не очень-то (не новые). В номере был только чайник, а на фото кофеварка. Наверное, нам не такой номер попался.

Плюсы: The staff were enthusiastic, friendly and correct in their advice and recommendations. Close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do/see. Good breakfast

Минусы: bathroom was super tiny. Shower very small and the toilet right against the wall.

Плюсы: Being located in the heart of Heraklio Infinity hotel is the choice for the traveler looking for value for money combined with large rooms fitted in a modern design style. This hotel is also ideal for a longer stay

Плюсы: Room size was good but not very clean. Located in the city center.

Минусы: The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was small without ventilation. The shower was moldy with a very low ceiling. And worst of all the shower head holder was broken so the water was either shooting at the floor or the ceiling. I felt cleaner before showering than I did after getting out of that shower.

Плюсы: Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Рядом отелем прекрасный ресторанчик один из лучших в ираклионе. По самому номеру вопросов нет. Вполне приличный. Завтрак простой но добротный.

Минусы: Нельзя сказать что это проблема. Но нужно иметь ввиду. Если балкон выходит на море то вместе с видом получите и шум из порта. И общее. Трасса самолетов находится над центром города поэтому их звук неизбежное зло практически в любом месте.

Плюсы: Staff very professional, sympathetic and helpful. Breakfast buffet is pretty ok. Rooms are clean and neat but nothing impressive.

Минусы: As I paid 485 EUR for 4 nights: way overpriced. Especially because the hotel is pretty sensitive for noise. Thin ceilings, buzzing airco’s and fridges. The place seems renovated not so long ago but there is already quite some ‘wear and tear’ on doors, locks, wardrobes etc.. definitely not on par with a 120 EUR++per night. If it would be 60 -75 EUR max. I’d say it would fit. Like often in S Europe. Just eliminate 1 * and it suits better.

Минусы: Price-quality ratio. In my opinion, a hotel of this level should be a little cheaper. But the location is captivating. Very comfortable. Close to the center to the sea. And generally very well located.

Плюсы: Close to the port and center, walking distance to all restaurants, old Venetian fort, shopping, extremely helpful and friendly staff helping with all bookings we needed, great value for the money! Unlike other European hotels, the bed mattress was softer providing the right kind of support for one weary back and pillows were of the highest standard for neck support!

Минусы: Can’t think of any need for improvement! A little noisy at night being located on a busy street, but that can’t be fixed. Bring sound cancelling ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! I’m sure this is not a problem for most tourists!

Минусы: Лифт-жуть.Номер очень маленький и какой то неудобный. Этот номер с 2 комнатками во втором здании через дорогу от отеля. Вид из окна стена и сидящие голуби. Завтрак на 4ку. Парковаться если вы на магине-негде. Недалеко центр. Были 1 день после прилёта и с радостью уехали на основное место.

Минусы: Все хорошо . Единственный момент , когда прилетели утром, было время завтрака, нам сказали что завтра у нас включён со следующего дня, хотя за текущей день было заплачено.

Плюсы: Hotel was convenient, a few blocks uphill to center--or 1 block downhill to the sea--and a short walk along to the venetian fortress and one short block to a grocery store. The front desk was friendly, room was a decent size with fridge, good shower. Bed was too hard for me--but that's my preference alone. We didn't have one of the super-duper rooms with views of the sea--just a standard room. Buffet breakfast was good and we didn't go hungry. No complaints. I thought about renting a car to go out to Knossos and parking close to hotel--but forgot that idea as soon as I saw just how tight parking was on the street--so we took the bus to Knossos which was easy enough. That said--there is a paid public parking close by and the hotel does give you a voucher to lower the cost.

Плюсы: Amazing staff, everyone very welcoming; kudos to Maria, Kallia and Kallia (Spa), Vangelis (main bar), the team of the pool bar. The structure, facilities and rooms are very clean and well kept. Dinner buffet was very good! We enjoyed very much the a la carte restaurant too.

Минусы: We had big problems with the Wi-Fi connection throughout the stay. We reccomend to increase the quality and variety of the breakfast menu.

Плюсы: Amazing stay in this beach hotel. It exceeded our expectations. At check-in we were upgraded to one of beachfront bungalows. Also, we got free dinner at hotel's a la carte restaurant as well as 15 min free massage each of us. They knew about our late arrival, so at the room we had some fresh food to eat. We booked all inclusive which was perfect. We liked the fact that during the day at the pool bar (10am-6pm), beside drinks and coffee, there is always fresh fruit and some snacks and deserts in case you want to grab something between meals. Also, at the pool bar you can have lunch, of course basic courses, but very nice, so basically you can have lunch in a bathing suit in case you are to lazy to go to the restaurant :) The food at the restaurant was fine and well presented, a lot of fresh cuisine. At the main building in front of the restaurant there is a bar (6pm-midnight), they make very good cocktails, very kind bar tenders. You can enjoy drink anywhere you want. All staff was amazing, extremely friendly and happy to help. A lot animation activities aqua gym, aqua dance, pilates, live music, table tennis competition, 1 hour walk into the village, etc. The bathroom and room was very clean. We slept very good, very quiet resort. We asked for less hard pillows and they immediately provided it. We rented a car through the hotel which was very simple. Ask a day before for a lunch bag to go if you are going to be away all day. We went to Elafonissi and Chania. Far away for one day excursion (total 440 km), but definitely was it worth it. The beach is sandy, not the best one, but it is ok, warm water despite the wind. Windy area so it is pleasant to stay in the sun. There are a lot of sunbeds an umbrellas everywhere. Clean beach towels every day. Great location, 10-15 minutes by car from the airport. Heraklion city as well. 3 min walk form hotel you will find a lot of shops. Thank you very much for amazing stay! We felt really good and relaxed.

Минусы: Bed matrasses are hard. Dinner should be extended till 10 pm (now is from 7 to 9.15pm). Regarding the food, we did not like how they prepare meat, a lot of spices which we are not used of it.

Великолепное питание в ресторане по системе "шведский стол" ( у нас был полупансион). Персонал очень приветливый, улыбчивый и внимательный. Отличный песчаный пляж с достаточным количеством лежаков и зонтиков. Чистый большой бассейн.

Минусы: Неуютные номера с малым количеством мебели (нет даже стойки для чемодана). В мини-баре есть напитки, но в номере нет бокалов, только два стакана в ванной. Ремонт в комнате старый и некачественный. В номере всего одна розетка. Вай-фай очень слабый. Скудная анимация исключительно на французском языке.

Плюсы: Красивая большая территория. Своё место для отдыха перед номером. Сам просторный и интересный. Много розеток. На ужин иногда устраивают тематические вечера с национальными блюдами. Рядом с отелем расположена автобусная остановка.

Минусы: В ванной по стене ползали слизни! В душе (в ванной за шторкой) нет освещения. В море на глубине не больше человеческого роста видели морских ежей. На обед и ужин в основном ресторане нет горячих напитков. А в баре у бассейна можно было бы разнообразить меню коктейлями. Простынь короткая, не хватает на всю длину кровати. Заказывали такси через отель, таксист содрал в итоге больше обозначенной заранее суммы.

Плюсы: - Receptionists are friendly. - Beautiful view (the garden is nice). - The weather is really good (yes I know that it does not depend on the hotel).

Минусы: - Poor choice of food (for example, no even peanut butter for breakfast or packaged yogurt). - That food you can find is not tasty (croissants smell yeast, meat is too fat, sausages are terrible). - Short lunch time. - The wine is worst I have ever tasted. It's impossible to describe. It tastes like ultra cheap wine + ashes. - WiFi is not available in room (the signal is too low) only outside of room. - Room shower without a curtain. - Shampoo and soap have not been renew. - It's a bit difficult to find sunbed on the beach because guests occupy them by towels. - The sea looks a bit dirty. - Mosquitoes.

Плюсы: The staff were very polite and kind. The location was excellent. The beach was very easy to reach. Plenty of space for parking a car. The restaurant had a good choice of food each day. For a short stay this was ok, but for more than a week it would have felt repetitive.

Минусы: A bottle of water in the room each day would have been appreciated.

Плюсы: The staff was excellent, they were very helpful and friendly! Loved the fact that our bungalow was right on the beach. The bungalow was cleaned daily, incl. mopping, bathroom cleaning of sand etc.

Минусы: The breakfast was poor quality, scrambled eggs seemed to be mixed in with something else to make more of them. The coffee was terrible and juices tasted like the cheap ones from the carton boxes you get for less than a euro. Wifi was also very very poor, we barely had any in our bungalow.

Минусы: Одно замечание для тех, кто отдыхает с маленькими детьми: в ресторане есть стульчики, но ремни безопасности у них либо сломаны, либо не регулируются, что опасно, если ребенок резко встает.

Плюсы: Great price for the offer of all inclusive.

Минусы: That everything felt a little bit more underrated as the stars given to this hotel. Despite a sign signalling that no sun beds are to be reserved ... nearly all were ahead of breakfast (despite only a couple of people using them). I think it's important to have hotel house rules but they should not just be window-dressing. Every guest ought to have a right to use all of the facilities. Reserving seats or sun beds is absolutely ridiculous and staff should (as the so-called rules by the poolside state) should remove the pegs that hold towels there. Or better still, remind guests on their arrival that reserving sun loungers/beds is against house rules. Certain cultures whether it be German or British have no right to impose such archaic traditions on any other holidaymakers.

Плюсы: It's my first ever trip to exact same summer destination twice in a row. As before, it fully met my expectation. The place is close to airport & the city, yet the beach is long and relaxing enough if you walk a few minutes any direction. The hotel's most valuable asset are the people working there. The staff at the restaurant - those you meet most often - are always friendly, quick and always ready to help. The bar team also deserves a 5*. The family rooms we stayed in were clean and comfy. Everything required was there. Cleaning raised no issues. Liked the food - didn't miss any particular kind if food. Was never hungry :) Exept for rare peak days, there were always sunbeds at the beach, though it's hard to fined >1 spare sunbed by the pool past 10am. There's small private car park for your car. Staff speak English, German and some speak French as well. A special thank you voes to the manager - Nikoletta - who's been very helpful in making some non-trivial arrangements for my family members.

Расположение отеля также понравилось, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, до хорошего пляжа ездила на автобусе, остановка была рядом с отелем. Я съедала весь поднос, хотя и не любитель сладкого:)) Отель находится очень близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Номера с видом на море или боковой вид на море просто супер. Отель очень чистый и может конкурировать в чистоте с любой греческой четверкой. Отель расположен на оживленной улице, летают самолеты, поэтому вам нужно запастись берушами. Современный туалет, мыло, тапочки, мягкие подушки. Персонал отеля-супер. Спасибо Катерине, помогла мне во всех моих вопросах!

Минусы: Wifi на 2 балла из 10. Матрас не ортопедический, деревянный. Дверь в ванную комнату напоминает дверку в душевую кабину. Если вы путешествуете с партнёром, и если вас вдруг приспичит, вам придется просить его выйти на балкон. Звукоизоляция так себе. Если в вас 100+ кг, ванная комната покажется очень маленькой.

Плюсы: This is a lovely old hotel with the most helpful and gracious staff you could find. Anything big or little, they will help with which makes foreign travel so much nicer. It is older and there is some evidence of the number of people who have enjoyed it before. The location was close to the bus, the ferry and the airport which was very convenient, but also made it a bit noisy at times, however we got around the city mostly on foot from the hotel so it worked for us. Nikos was particularly helpful for us.

Отель небольшой, семейный, много постоянных туристов, приезжающих в этот отель. В основном, немцы, французы, итальянцы, австрийцы, встретили ребят с Бельгии. Номер превзошел наши ожидания!-отличный вид на море, слева горы, закат-рассвет просто великолепны! Бронировали номер с видом на море-просто отлично! Номер с кондиционером (правда, его почти не включали-открывали окна и балкон, наслаждались свежим бризом с моря). Номер чистый, свежий, уборка через день. Море в этом месте за 11 дней нашего прибывания всегда было чистое (ходили дальше по пляжу в сторону Ираклиона-там встречались полосы с водорослями). Лежаки при отеле бесплатно. Перепробовали в ресторане Тропикал почти все блюда-все свежее, отлично приготовлено, цены адекватные. Ресторан пользуется большим спросом и не зря! Завтраки европейские стандартные-яйца, сыр, колбаса, ветчина, масло, всегда свежий хлеб, помидоры, апельсиновый сок, отличный кофе! Справа от отеля парковка, для путешествий по Криту очень удобно. Янис и Юлия, спасибо большое за душевность, отзывчивость и внимание! Огромный привет всему дружному коллективу Тропикала, ребята, вы-молодцы! Особенно рекомендуем отдых для пар или семей с подросшими детьми. Наш отдых-релакс удался! Ну и тем, кто увлечен виндсерфингом-сюда!)-отличное место для тренировок.

Мы жили в отеле 7 дней и не разу не изменили ресторану нашего отеля! :)

Минусы: Маленькая душная комната, не было чайника и ни одного стакана. Очень скудный завтрак, чай невкусный. Сломался лифт и тащились с чемоданами при отъезде по лестнице. Номер очень маленький. Запах кухни и дыма. Вода в душе лилась на пол, чуть не затопили номер, пришлось бросить все полотенца на пол и вытирать минут 10 пол. Цена не оправдано высока. Хорошо, что была всего одна ночь.

Уютный отель для семейного отдыха, в котором весь персонал создал дружную, добрую ,внимательную и отзывчивую атмосферу.Управляющий отелем очень приятный в общении человек, Янис Барберакис, который говорит на нескольких языках, включая русский.Мы прилетели рано утро и очень переживали, что заселение будет только в 14:00 , а с маленьким непредсказуемым ребенком остаться на улице не просто. Но, подъехав к отелю, где нас встречал Янис , обрадовались,наш номер уже был готов и нас сразу заселили. Номер уютный, светлый, чистый,с детской кроваткой и бесплатным Wi -Fi. Уборка в номере каждые 2 дня. Многие писали, что в отеле скудный завтрак но,лично для нас ,завтрак был вполне стандартный: хлеб, напитки, яйца, колбаса, сыр, помидоры ,джем, масло. Отель находится на берегу песчаного пляжа Эгейского моря.Лежаки бесплатные, если ты заказываешь напитки в таверне при отеле.За весь наш отдых мы ни разу не изменили таверне при нашем отеле, обедали и ужинали только в ней.Еда очень вкусная,порции большие,цены приемлемые,официанты приятные и очень отзывчивые к гостям,не смотря на загруженность. Любые родители маленьких детей меня поймут,выезжая с ребёнком, стараешься взять максимум вещей, которые могут пригодится в поездке, что сделала и я,но совсем забыла про маленький электрический чайник,на помощь ,как всегда, пришел Янис. Он дал нам в номер чайник, чем сильно выручил.Рядом с отелем, в 10 минутах, есть супермаркет,магазины, таверны.От отеля до Ираклиона 20 минут. Спасибо каждому в Tropical Hotel за наш отдых. Плюсы: The staff especially at the front desk and in the special restaurants were consistently helpful and generous. The spa staff and treatments were great! The accessibility in the hotel was very good. There was a great variety of food at all meals in the hotel and during the day by the beach. Our children and grandchildren loved the play facilities.. slides, pools, beach.. The store and jewelry store had a wide selection for daily needs and souvenirs and cosmetics... The location was great as we were a short driving distance to Heraklion yet in a quiet area.

Минусы: The landscape is marred by the huge chimneys of the electric plant.. The food in the dining room while plentiful and varied was not all that tasty.. especially at the meat dishes at dinner. The mattress was uncomfortable...

Плюсы: Very good facilities - we enjoyed the pool and the beach access. The restaurants were also incredibly good and reasonably priced - the staff working at the Greek and Italian restaurants in particular were lovely.

Минусы: I found that there were never enough people working at reception, which made it frustrating when we had to wait for over 20mins for a brief question. The staff in the breakfast area were also quite rude - they were more obsessed with clearing tables than actually noticing that we had left stuff at our table to go and get more food. We were not particularly impressed to come back to find another couple sitting there. We were also supposed to get a free 15min massage but were unable to do so as no one was there to actually help us book.

Плюсы: The place is very nice. It has everything you need for a good vacation: Sun, sea, amazing food, bar, garden. Very welcoming staff. The food is so great! The beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Минусы: A lot of families with kids there, so if you want a quiet and romantic time spend with your partner it is not quite a place for you in this occasion.

Минусы: We booked a day at the spa and were forced to cancel with plenty of notice. The spa clerk began berating us about how bad it is for them that we cancelled. She then proceeded to yell at us and accused us of not having enough money for the spa. (We had already paid...) I brought this matter to the front desk and they did not care. That is not the mentality of a 5 star hotel. Then again, I don’t believe that this is a true 5 star. I would say it rates at a solid 4 star. Most definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the attitude of the staff.

Плюсы: Гостиница просторная; хозяин гостеприимный и вежливый; номера чистые, каждый день уборка, раз в 3 дня замена белья и полотенец; номер для троих большой, длинный балкон с сушилкой, в номере было все для комфортного проживания - фен, мыло, шампунь, гель, кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, большой шкаф для всех вещей, большая удобная кровать. Завтраки шведский стол для нас лично с достоточным выбором, до моря 5 минут пешком, сразу за углом супермаркет и тут же через дорогу отличный и не дорогой ресторан Петусис. Порции большие почти на все блюда, будьте осторожны при заказе) У моря бесплатные лежаки и можно заказать что-нибудь из бара. До самого города Ираклион минут 15-20 пешком и 5 минут на машине. Арендовать авто можно на каждом шагу, междунар.права не просили нигде и залог тоже. Если решите остановиться тут - арендуйте авто уже на месте - фирм много рядом и выбор машин достаточный, сотрудники вам ТОЧНО найдут, что хотите. В общем впечатления исключительно положительные!

Плюсы: Чудесный маленький отель!Все вокруг (и в номере и в самом отеле) чистое, красивое, новое, свежее!Номер красиво оформлен, все как на фото на сайте!У нас была большая удобная двуспальная кровать, заправленная просто чистейшим бельем, которое меняли через каждые 3 дня!Уборка ежедневная. Продуманная система кондиционирования: когда открываешь балкон - кондиционер автоматически выключается, и наоборот, причем мы спали с кондиционером все ночи, и никто не простудился, т.к. он направлен не на спальное место. Есть балкон со столиком и стульями и сушилкой, за ночь все успевало высохнуть. На 3-м этаже бассейн и лежаки со столиками, мы не купались, а просто иногда отдыхали там, поедая мороженное) Очень приятный и улыбчивый хозяин отеля, заселил нас на несколько часов раньше без какой-либо доплаты!Завтраки хорошие, но мы с утра особо не налегали на еду)Рядом с отелем есть всё: море в 5 минутах, супермаркет в паре шагов и бесконечное множество таверн и магазинчиков. Нам особенно понравился Heaven(на пляже) и Петусис(через дорогу); в каждом кафе в этом гостеприимном поселке нам всегда приносили комплименты: фрукты, десерты, раки и др. закуски, официанты везде очень вежливые и улыбчивые! От отдыха остались самые приятные впечатления, очень довольны, что выбрали именно п.Амудара и Лино Маре!:)Очень рекомендуем это место! :)

Минусы: Слышимость в номере - очень слышно все, что происходит за дверью, скорее всего потому, что есть просвет под дверью.

Минусы: From the bedroom you can ear everything, even people taking shower in other rooms. There is no chance to have a quiet sleep since you have during the people people arriving or leaving the hotel and in the early morning like 7am you already can ear the cleaning lady! It's really noisy, I hated that. The breakfast is satisfactory but nothing compared to the other parts of the island. Heraklion, in general, is horrible as city.

The staff is very helpful and kind. Adonis at the reception was very helpful and responsive to our requests and needs. He help us to book nice tours in Crete within a great tour operator Katrina. As well he help us to arrange the pick up and driving to the airport. Everything went smooth and nice. Francesca, the cleaning lady is a sweetheart, so kind and nice. The room was always clean with fresh bed linen and towels. Popi the lady in charge of breakfast was also very kind. In general we enjoy our staying in the hotel and had a super great time in Crete! We stayed for 10 days in the hotel and everyday was nice. The room was spacious, with AC, quiet with a big bed, a bit hard for my taste but comfy enough for a good sleep. Has a little kitchenet with a mini refrigerator.

Минусы: I think that will be nice if the kitchenet in the bedroom can count with a coffeemaker, some dishes and cutlery, it only have glasses, cups, little dishes and teaspoons. But it is easy to solve if you request them to Adonis. The breakfast could have a little more variety, coffee was thin, and it will be nice with fresh fruit juice, instead of instant juice. But are things that can be improve. In general everything is fine and good.

Плюсы: The pool, the gracious manager who transferred us to the hotel from our temporary accommodation. The barman Dimitri, who is a gentleman and a very nice man (and who makes the BEST freddo known to man.

Минусы: That we arrived at the hotel to be told that we would be accommodated at another hotel ( run by the same company) for two days and then transferred to the one we booked. The temporary accommodation was many kilometers away at Gouves Bay Hotel, in a desolate windswept awful place. The streets outside this hotel are a little like a bombsite; strewn with debris and rubbish. Why anyone would want to go there is beyond me. Because of this experience, we “lost” two days of our 5 day holiday. Never again‼️ (The staff of these hotels were about the only thing that made the stay bearable).

Минусы: Breakfast is good but they need a new chef for dinner service

Плюсы: The owners and staff were wonderful, very helpful, and fun to be with. They solved all of our problems, helped us with transport, and quickly became like family to us.

Минусы: I can think of no improvements.

Плюсы: Great small place to relax! Breakfast was good and tasty but the dinner was Excellent (Great Greek cuisine)! Expecaly if you don't check what's for dinner before it, It is a great surprise. Pool and bar area is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, will suggest the to-go places, give directions. All together it was a amazing stay

Плюсы: Food was good and location was good.

Минусы: We had let hotel know we were arriving a day late and they replied saying "Great see you then". When we arrived they had given our room to someone else, they offered us a downgrade room, unacceptable. We were then sent to a sister hotel, half an hour away, inferior room and furnishings, no sea view which we had paid for. After 2 nights we were then shunted back to original hotel for 2 nights, room was good but not the one I had specifically booked with glass balustrade so we could lie in bed and look at the view. The pool looked a little grubby.

Плюсы: Lovely location overlooking olive trees and vineyards. Friendly hosts make you feel like family. Sparkling pool, verdant grounds.
