The room size is a little small and there was not enough space for our two large size luggages also since the wash-hand basin was in room there was not enough space for cosmetics in front of mirror. It could be solved by adding a shelf in front of mirror.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable and the tech in the room was cool (built in Bluetooth speakers, touch panels for lights and curtains) and the hairdryer was brilliant. It was clean, the staff were lovely and the breakfast had a great choice. It was my friends Birthday while we were there and we came back to a bottle of fizz and a cake which was a lovely touch.

Only a small thing but the bathroom isn’t very sound proof which can be awkward depending on who you are travelling with. Also the toiletries were basic (just shampoo and body lotion) - not an issue but just handy to know!

Location is only 3 mins walk from the metro station. The integrated adjustment system (light, curtain, blind, blue tooth music) is fantastic. Nice breakfast.

Soundproof system of the windows should be improved as it is a bit noisy from the street side.

Brilliant hotel. Great decor and style, superb breakfast, excellent staff, great location, fantastic pool area with views of city, great shower in the room, just a thoroughly enjoyable stay, fantastic value for money.

I cannot believe it’s only a 3 star. It should be at least 4 star.

Our room on the fourth floor was excellent. Breakfast was varied and good quality and the hotel is very near the metro and lots of attractions in walking distance. Also the music theme was fun.

The friends eating the eggs and porridge said they were both quite cold at breakfast.

I like the location easy for transports and amenities and is clean also.

The breakfast was superb and the hostess, Barbara was really welcoming and friendly.

I've never been in a hotel where the toilet and the bathroom were with glass doors. OK, that's not really a problem but the toilet is not really closed/isolated. Not that it was a problem but it was unusual for me.

Just awesome hotel - everything was perfect, from time we arrived to time we left. Good breakfast with variety of food; helpful and smiling staff; big, new, modern room. Metro&bus stations in 2 minutes.

Room was spacious and very well designed. Fabulous power shower. Location adjacent to Metro so easy journey to/from airport and downtown. Staff very friendly, especially Barbara who was the Breakfast Manager. Great Breakfast too.

Only one person on reception at check-in, so had to wait a while.

Great accommodation. Breakfast was extremely good. We had a nice chat every morning with the young lady working at the reception desk in the dining room. Felt very welkoming. Staff was in general very friendly and helpful. At very early check-out they offered us breakfast - pastries, juice, coffee and cookies. We used a rent-a-car through the hotel which turned out to be a great choice. They delivered the car to the hotel and we also brought it back to the hotel, which was very simple and practical. We were very pleased with our stay. Great hotel and great staff.

Property is on perfect location, metro it’s only few minutes of walk away. Staff is very friendly, and willing to help. Rooms are equiped with everything needed and very clean. Breakfast and the service in restaurant are outstanding.

Absence of doors between the room and the bathroom. Sink for hand washing is actually in the room.

Centrally located. Easy access yo bus , metro and Uber. Uber is very reasonable.

Really stylish and extraordinary. Equipment in the room very modern, e.g. Bluetooth speakers built in the wall. Great cocktails at the pool bar!

The location is just great. You can reach the hotel fast and easy from the airport. Great restaurants and shops are in walking distance and you can even take the "Hop-on hop-off" busses from the other side of the street. There you can also find a beautiful park. The roof top terrace is just a great place to enjoy the view and even to work there. The staff working at the bar on the roof top is just outstanding.

The location is very convenient for the airport, the underground and the old Town BUT there is nothing much to do within walking distance.... Especially as far as bars/ restaurants go If you don't mind jumping in a taxi then you will be fine

The place was so clean and modern, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Also they had espresso in the morning which was wonderful. The staff were so kind to my daughter and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again. The view from the rooftop bar was excellent!

The breakfast was terrific and they kept updating the hot food even when there was still plenty of food out. The Hop on Hop off bus starts from directly across the road.

Drinks on the rooftop area were pricey, but expected for the setting.... Would have expected more going on from a music sense, with it in mind that this is a music themed hotel with a great stage area out the back. However, we spent most of our time exploring Lisbon or by the pool!

Place is quite hip ...rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was really nice. Location is good with lots of bus stops right outside the hotel.

Location close to metro was very handy and the walk to the historic centre is not far and very pleasant. Also, if you're planning to visit Belém there is a direct bus that leaves from close to the hotel. (The staff will tell you which one.) The breakfast is very good. The staff generally are very helpful and friendly.

The rooftop pool/bar is a nice idea but it's not very large and feels cramped because it is over-furnished with double day-beds for sunbathing. These are impractical and really only of service to couples.

Great value for money , location was excellent and the staff very helpful. I will come back!!

Faultless

The breakfast was awesome. Especially the smoothie maker and the pancake baker. They also offered fresh juices, cakes, scrambled eggs, a variety of cheese and prosciutto. Amazing! They also offered me (gluten and lactose intolerant) special yoghurt and bread. The rooftop pool was also very convenient and nice. It was a little overcrowded, so you have to wait a little at the bar until you get a sunbed. The water in the pool was very cold, but perfect for the hot temperatures in August/September. The cocktails you have to pay with cash - but they are delicious! The best part was the little cake and the Prosecco two employees from the hotel brought personally to the room, because of my boyfriend's birthday. Thanks for that! We really appreciated this gesture :)

The location was good. I really liked the design of the hotel, the room was spacious and the shower really nice. The roof pool was super nice even if the water was ice cold but the warm weather made up for it.The breakfast was yummy with a lot of variety, the pancake machine was fun. And the staff was super friendly and service minded, very profesional!

We were 4 friends sharing a 2 double bed room and there was a lack of hooks to hang clothes and towels on. A suggestion is to put hooks in the entrance, a few more in the bathroom and on that part of wood wall in front of the closet. At breakfast one day the egg scramble was burnt and still served, that should of been supervised by the kitchen better.

I thought I had booked a room including breakfast but I had to pay for breakfast on arrival.

The rooms were excellent. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and recommend travellers take their special deal on arrival as there are no local places to get breakfast otherwise. Tip - get a room facing the park for best views.

The roof top pool area didn't work very well. All furniture was fixed and there were nowhere near enough tables and chairs to sit at. There was also lots of empty space which could have been better utilised. The large fixed sunloungers took up far too much room and normal loungers, which could be moved, would have worked much better. They also didn't maximise the area for night time drinks, as the potential was fantastic but seating rubbish. To sum up the rooftop pool area - it was an amazing facility completely badly designed. If I owned the Hotel I would sweat that asset far more as it could be a "go to" destination for night time drinkers. The lobby seating was also similar in the fact that it wasn't at all conducive to sitting in or drinking at, even though there was a bar. Guests like us like to sit in a hotel in the evening having drinks and playing cards etc. This was impossible here.

Great location. Close to everything. Quick walk or cab drive to historical quarters. Clean and quirky music inspired décor. Hi-tech room facilities; pretty cool. Great views. Best feature: rooftop pool with awesome views of the park and city. Live music by the pool every night. Excellent staf. Bruno and Diogo were outstanding.

До исторического центра 20 минут пешком. При желании можно воспользоваться метро (2-3 станции). WiFi хороший. Очень приличный и разнообразный завтрак. Персонал Отзывчивый с хорошим английским.

Понравилось все! И завтраки, и расположение. Особенно понравилось, что напротив была остановка автобусов Тур. За углом - центральная улица города. Метро - совсем рядом. В относительной удаленности - огромный супер маркет.

После завтраков администратор проходит и берет у гостей обратную связь. В комнате можно было слушать свою музыку по блютуз-системе. Отелем очень довольна.

Прекрасный ультрасовременный номер, огромная мягкая постель, безупречные подушки 4 на каждую кровать, хороший холодильник, кофе чай чайник, сейф все как надо. Много полотенец что тоже удобно. Удобная сантехника , шампунь и гель для душа. Отель в самом центре Лиссабона с прекрасной видовой площадкой на 8 этаже, так же она оснащена небольшим бассейном и баром. Все очень достойно и комфортно. Завтраки хорошие , много выпечки, видов колбас , сыров . Два вида шампанского, свеже отжатые соки, разных видов. Эффектный ресепшн, отзывчивый персонал, всегда готовый оказать помощь и поддержку, даже перевели мне на компе дали прочесть то что не поняла при заселении. Внимание! Умный лифт:)) намучились мы с ним пока разобрались, а все оказалось просто, он считывает с вашего ключа от номера этаж на котором Вы живете.) при прикосновении к стенке лифта. Отель отличный, будем рекомендовать его друзьям.)

Утюга нет. Но его не было на протяжении всего нашего отдыха во всех отелях:Мадрид, Севилья, Албуфейры. Каши тоже отсутствуют во всех Испанского Португальских отелях, видимо это национальная не любовь к этим видам блюд:)))
