This hotel was incredible!! Very nice accommodations, nice gym, over the top breakfast, and the staff was outstanding!! I was thoroughly impressed by the whole package, and will definitely be back!

Great Hotel, Not So Great Staff

Clean, comfortable, nice rooms.

When I arrived to check my mother and father in on the afternoon of my wedding rehearsal, we were told the room was not ready yet. Mind you, check in is at 3:00, and we arrived at 3:30. The young lady that checked us in advised she needed to get her manager to switch rooms for us to one that was ready. After the manager came out and 15 minutes later, all he could tell us was that he couldn't check us in until the room was ready. I explained my mother needed to be hooked up to her oxygen machine ASAP, as she was getting short of breath (she's also wheelchair bound.) He repeated he couldn't check us in until the room was ready. I asked if they could at least be put into a room temporarily until theirs was ready, which he reluctantly agreed to after stating that it wouldn't have the disabled amenities. I said that was fine, my mother needed to hook up to her oxygen. He stated he would let us know when the room was ready. I was late to my own wedding rehearsal, AND I had to call back at 8:30 at night to be told, "Oh, it was ready hours ago. We didn't see you come back in to tell you." Well, you said you would call me when it was ready and didn't. I have never come across a more wishy washy "manager" in all my life. He didn't want to help for anything!
