Плюсы: I love the location, the staff was friendly, and the entire hotel was clean. The view was great!

Минусы: Walls are not very insulated, could hear everything from the nextdoor neighbors. Also could hear every door slamming shut- no soft close on the doors.

Плюсы: Staff was friendly and spoke to you as you came in and left. The overall appearance was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also great.

Минусы: I have a pending charge on my credit card of $100 but I don''t know why. I hope this disappears soon.

Плюсы: Great location! Very large rooms and comfortable beds! Very clean. Breakfast was good but no scrambled eggs after 9am on a weekday. That was the only disappointing thing.

Минусы: This was an anniversary get away which we do not do often because of the kids. Right after arriving, the power went out so we could not get ready to go out to dinner. We were not offered any sort of discount or apology and on top of it all, we got billed twice on 2 different credit cards. Sad to say, our romatic getaway was just a disapointment.

Минусы: Our room seemed to be next to plumbing and could continuously hear water running very loudly all hours of the day/night. Otherwise, the hotel overall was very nice.

Плюсы: We had a little problem with our mini frog and Clay was right there within 5 minutes to take of the problem. The staff was great!!

Минусы: The bar didn't stay open long enough and the service there was extremely slow.

Минусы: I was very frustrated that we booked check in for 12-1 and didn’t get our room until almost 4. We were only staying one night and missed activities waiting around on the room. Very frustrating

Минусы: They charge you nightly for amenities of $20. And I still haven't gotten it back yet. I recommend staying at Fairfield next door. They don't do this.

Минусы: We had a room that was right behind the elevators. Between the noise from the elevators running and the noise from flushing toilets above us, we did not get a lot of sleep.

Минусы: The only negative is the hotel is a little dated, but the cleanliness and location more than make up for that. The price is a high for this type of room, but you're paying for the location.

Минусы: Bedding was subpar for what I've come to expect for Hampton Inn. The bed was sunken in in the middle and worn out and the bedding wasn't nearly as nice and soft as usual. Pillows were low quality as well, again less than I usually have at Hampton Inn.

Минусы: Selected for an in-room jacuzzi, it was disappointing that it was accessible in the bathroom with sliding partitions between main room but these partitions were previously broken, screwed in place and secured with electrical taped. : (

Плюсы: The check in desk clerks were very friendly. That is the ONLY positive experience we had. For the price of the room per night, there should be a complimentary breakfast, at the very least.

Минусы: Where should I really even start?! The room was EXTREMELY TINY, bathroom was even more cramped, no exhaust fan, shower head filthy & the shower curtain wouldn't close at the end near shower head & the floor got unavoidably soaked. The in room fridge wasn't working. There were dead stink bugs all over the floor in front of the balcony door. We found dead bed bugs in the bathroom, after which disgusted/freaked us out so badly that we couldn't relax or fall asleep. YES BED BUGS! We couldn't stop thinking about where the live ones were at. We were horrified. There was a male staff member literally sitting on top of a table that the microwave sat on (in the hallway outside of our room). He was on his phone texting. I said excuse me three times before he acknowledged me. I asked for extra towels. He went into a utility room, he sees me looking right at him and he continues to text! After about 90 seconds, I finally said "Can I please have those towels now?!" He hands them to me but doesn't even look up from his phone! There was hair everywhere on the carpeting from pets--next morning, same ball of animal hair in the same spot, same cluster of leaves in the same spot. The inside decor is outdated and carpeting is dirty and smells. The photos online are deceiving and portray a newer modern property when in reality the place is ran down. Despite dead bed bugs, we stuck it out and stayed in the 288$ a night room (with no complimentary anything) because we were exhausted from our long drive and didn't want to have to go out in the dark, cold, rainy night not knowing the area and no reservation on a Saturday night! I booked this room and paid the outrageous price per night specifically because it was a "Hilton". Disappointed and disgusted with my first Hilton property experience, to say the least! :( Believe me, it's everything I have in me to be nice with this feedback.

Плюсы: The hotel is beautiful and up away from the hustle and bustle of gatlinburg. However- I don’t feel like you will walk down and enjoy the strip from there. Be prepared to drive. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the slide- it was amazing.

Плюсы: From the moment we walked in, the staff were extremely friendly! They checked us in, asked what floor we wanted to be on/view we wanted, gave us cookies/candy bars, and were so inviting and hospitable. We loved our stay here!

Плюсы: We enjoyed the ability to have our fur babies with us, the hotel was super pet friendly. Only suggestion is there needs to be a larger area for the relief area for the pets since there are so many who travel with pets.

Минусы: The buffet food was not the greatest, eating at the local restaurants was better than the hotels restaurant and cheaper with better quality of taste.

Плюсы: This is a 300 room hotel with all of the amenities and unique architecture and views.

Минусы: With such a large hotel, parking can be an issue. Parking can be better marked and lighted. The long steep private entrance was difficult to negotiate in daylight and worse at night.

Плюсы: This is the only hotel I will stay at (we normally stay in cabins). It’s super clean, staff is wonderful, rooms are large, beds are very comfortable, the hotel has plenty to do and it’s beautiful.

Плюсы: We did like that the trolley came to the hotel and that we were so close to the Gatlinburg strip.

Минусы: I diddnt like that the room was really dusty and the bed was hard and the furniture looked like it had not been wiped down in some time and the floors in our bathroom had not been swept or mopped any when we got there or anytime while we were there. We also diddnt like that on the site it told us breakfast was included with our stay but when we got there was told it was not that we would have to pay $14.95 per person every morning for breakfast

Плюсы: The hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful and it’s in a great location. Newly renovated! I can’t stress enough how clean it was! The free breakfast was great with a variety of choices.

Минусы: The only hiccup that we had was the hot water quit working on our last night there. (Completely out of the staffs control) we understand things happen so it was no big deal. They had someone working on it early the next morning to get everything repaired

Минусы: There was not enough hot water for the jacuzzi tub. The water was a little cool.

Плюсы: I love this hotel. It's in the heart of downtown. The room is very roomy. Parking in the area is not good at all but, once we were parked at the hotel, everything else was in walking distance.

Минусы: security lights were off going to room one nite. could use another towel rack in bathroom. would like a computer in lobby for guest to use, and a iron /iron board in room would be nice.
