Минусы: The woman who checked me in at the start of my journey from TLV on 2/17/20 provided exceptional customer service. She was very professional and customer service excelled beyond measure. Thank you. My return flight on 3/23/20 was enjoyable and pleasant. Bathrooms on plane very well maintained. I will definitely fly El Al in the future!

Плюсы: Very helpful crew. Cabin felt brand new. Good food for economy.
Минусы: Seat was difficult to get comfortable in. Seatback was broken. USB plug in seatback was broken. Double-prong headphone jack made using my noise cancelling ones a challenge.

Минусы: More organized boarding. Better service in flight. The flight attendants didn’t come around accept for meals. No water offered and no snacks in the galley as other airlines offer.

Leg Cramps and Lost Luggage
Плюсы: El Al flightcrew was courteous and friendly, and the aircraft was new.
Минусы: Horrible leg room, poor seat comfort, poor entertainment choices, food and drink service was inconsistent. El Al airline lost not one but BOTH of my checked bags, and the number they gave me to call to open a baggage claim had no answer and a full voice mail box. I will never fly El Al again no matter how cheap.

Плюсы: Everything was excellent but not enough legroom. That is all airlines. Not just El Al. Unfortunate that a 6'1" man has to be punished for being tall.

Плюсы: Nice movie. Tasty salad meal. Crew was professional.
Минусы: Flight was full and I was requested not to take with me my suitcase on board. This is absurd that they let people bring to plane more stuff than allowed on the expense of other customers.

Плюсы: Service is good and landing on time.
Минусы: BC seats are not comfortable due to the old 777-200 plain. Breakfast was lacking elementary things like warm bread, butter!!! I asked for yoghurt, there didn’t have. These are basics!

Минусы: Please be advised that on the ELAL flights there are additional security conducted, and only when I’ve got to the head of the line to board, I’ve been told I need to go through it, and I’ve been addressed aside to their personnel to do so. They should announce that to be cleared to all passengers

Минусы: Staff was rude and abrasive . Was the first time I didn't enjoy my flight. The. Entertainment system was pre historic and the sound was even worse. The duty free had a very small selection.
