Плюсы: Friendly, welcoming staff from the outset and throughout our stay. The hotel was apparently full, but never felt busy - quite the oppoisite! Great location just outside the busier Dubrovnik with a handy transfer by hotel vehicle every hour.

Плюсы: The hotel setting is stunning. There was an option to use different plug types which is really useful. Most of the hotel facilities are really nice.

Минусы: The prices are ridiculously high. We paid £100 (750 Kuna) for 1 beer, 1 cocktail, 1 chicken sandwich and 1 meat & cheese platter. The mini bar prices included a £15 charge for peanuts. The in-room facilities were also relatively poor. They offer 2 coffee sachets per day which given it’s a 5 star hotel seemed a bit ridiculous to us! The charging facilities didn’t work for us either. The whole thing felt a little bit like we were being squeezed for every penny we had at all times. Maybe make that slightly less blatant!

Плюсы: The hotel is perfectly situated on the beautiful island of Sipan. It's the perfect retreat for a break from the hustle of busy lives. The staff are friendly and helpful. The nearby little village is welcoming. The view is incredible.

Плюсы: The position of the hotel is perfect the sun is always there from sunrise to sunset. The sea is always calm, position of hotel protected from the northerly and southerly winds.

Плюсы: What’s not to like - beautiful weather and swimming in the sea! Hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff friendly and attentive whilst maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. Wide choice at buffet breakfast with eggs and pancakes cooked to order. We ate dinner in the hotel twice and the standard was good. The young men tending the bar and sunbeds by the sea were great - nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our trip to Bowa restaurant and the local fish restaurant in the village. Would definitely consider a return visit (as several of the other guests were doing).

Минусы: Wi fi frustratingly erratic and we only found one tv channel in English (the news - Brexit!!). Not much to do if the weather is poor - limited sightseeing. However, none of this really detracted from a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Плюсы: Really warm welcome from the host Nikolina. She met us at the old town gate and gave us a mini walking tour through the old town and referee good restaurants and things to do. Very clean and comfortable environment.

Минусы: Honestly everything was pretty good except it was a bit expensive for the size of the room. But considering you are in the old city of Dubrovnik its a great value for the location.

Плюсы: The Inn is in a central location. Very clean and staff very friendly. It is a family operation and is clear that they value quality and customer satisfaction.

Плюсы: The location was excellent, not many steps. Nikolina and staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations and transfer arrangements. Our room was small, as expected, but well maintained. It was very comfortable, even though we stayed through a heat wave.

Плюсы: Nicolona is great she is so sweet , her hospitality is amazing. The place is quiet and clean . Very close to every thing

Плюсы: Great location in the Old City. Close to many sights. The owner, Nikolina was wonderful. She will give you great advice. This place can feel like home.

Минусы: Did not have an elevator. It can be difficult if you have heavy luggage and your room is on an upper floor. I had the room on the top, which was possibly the attic converted into a hotel room. It had an angled ceiling. If you are tall you may have a problem standing in this room. You will not be able to stand up upright in part of the room because of the angled ceiling.

Плюсы: Location was superb. inside old city walls, near cathedral and old harbour yet quiet. Very friendly welcome, particularly from Nicolina, who was very helpful. All old town attractions and lots of eating places within easy walking distance. Homely feel to this family run hotel. Simple but clean comfortable room on the first floor, which had character including stone walls, and everything we needed including fridge and shower and large double bed. Hotel arranged very convenient pickup to and from airport for reasonable cost. Was possible to make tea and coffee in communal downstairs room, which is a big bonus as cafes can be expensive. Would highly recommend if you want a good and affordable hotel in Dubrovnik old town.

Минусы: Had to wait for someone to meet us at property . Was expecting to pay by credit card but although said I could on booking.com website ie property accepted all major credit cards was contacted after booking by property to say only accepted Euros

Плюсы: The Valamar President is an amazing hotel, it's just a 15 minute drive or bus ride to the old town. The views are incredible, the private beach is perfect, staff delightful, food in the beach side and main restaurant was beyond our expectations and much better value for money than those nearby. Room service without any additional charge, great free spa... I can't say enough nice things about this hotel.

Плюсы: Staff at all services were excellent! The Momenti restaurant was outstanding. The hotel definitely needs to supply support staff to the restaurant waiter. One person cannot service 8 tables efficiently.

Плюсы: Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Cleanliness of room was excellent. Views from room were brilliant.

Минусы: Could do with more reasonably priced snack menus. Drink prices , especially for beer, were excessive. No local draught beers available -only the bland international heineken on draught.

Плюсы: Having stayed here for our honeymoon, I can honestly say that The hotel staff have been amazing and go above and beyond offering great service. We have appreciated a bottle of fizz & room upgrade as this has really kicked off our honeymoon :)

Плюсы: Красивый, чистый номер, с террасой, на которой два шезлонга, два кресла и столик - утренний кофе и вечернее шампанское в полном релаксе, великолепный вид на море, собственный пляж, при входе на пляж - столик с полотенцами - берёте любое нужное вам количество, лежаки всегда есть свободные - отдыхали в июле, самый разгар сезона, отель был полон), коктейли и воду разносят в течение всего дня - удобно и приятно, море очень чистое, правда, вход с камушками - чувствительные ножки лучше обувать в тапочки для плавания - избежите дискомфорта при входе в море и при выходе, очень хорошие и разнообразные завтраки - яйца как минимум 5 видов приготовления, различные сыры, колбасы, лосось, овощи, фрукты, мёд в сотах, выпечка, вкусный хлеб, кофе, чай, свежевыжатые соки, шампанское - все, чтобы начало дня было вкусным и приятным во всех отношениях :)

Плюсы: The property location was very good close to restaurants and amazing views from the deck. There is a nice walking path as you exit the path to the right from the bottom level. In total we spent 4 nights and each night caught beautiful sunset views from the ground floor level. The hotel has lounge chairs setup for its guests at Sunset beach which is a short couple minute walk. The hotel was renovated to a very modern look about three or four years ago and is most inviting to all. Serves a delicious buffet breakfast. We were happy to be away from the business of the old town and I would stay here again.

We arrived after 10pm and felt we had paid for a night without the benefit of using the facilities that day but still had to check out early because they were fully booked. It was our loss because we enjoyed being there. But they did store our luggage so that we could hang around for a while.

Плюсы: Great location, beautiful scenery. Quiet surroundings. Friendly service. Cave bar is a great feature. Seafront terrace is very pleasant but has limited food options. thankfully I was there out of season as it's quite small.

Минусы: The room is not really a 5 star experience. Furniture and fittings were a bit outdated, only one lounge chair, a desk that is unusable since the TV stands on top, a rather sad kettle, no USB port and a trouser press (in a beach hotel!). Bathroom supplies are all in small, presumably single-use, plastic bottles. Breakfast average good.

Плюсы: Понравилось все , прекрасный вид из отеля , из бассейна на 5 этаже . На море узкий пляж , точней не пляж , а пирс , на нем лежаки и бар , проблем с лежаками не было . Чистое море , но вход только с пирса . Сразу глубоко, но мы с детьми плавали в масках без проблем . Крутой бар прям в скале , этажей на 5, очень необычно , обязательно посетить ✅! Хороший завтрак по меню плюс шведский стол и шампанское )) .

Минусы: Очень запутанные два здания соединенных между собой переходами , первый раз пол часа блуждали , чтобы попасть в номер

Плюсы: Loved location facilities and staff. Loved that we could swim in the sea right outside the hotel. Had 2 dinners at the hotel and they were both excellent.

Минусы: Lift access to different floors was very confusing and hard to get used to. However this did not detract from the beautiful hotel itself!

Плюсы: Lovely tranquil location, within easy reach of the old town. Good sized bedroom and bathroom, superbly maintained. Plenty of areas to sit, relax and enjoy the views.

Минусы: Larger bottles of beer .33 is to small

Минусы: It was difficult to get outdoor lounge chairs around pool and on swim area overlooking bay.

Плюсы: We loved everything from check in to check out. The staff was SO friendly and our waitress at Restaurant More, Daniela, was fantastic. At first we weren’t sure about the location but after realizing how crazy busy Old City is, we were thrilled to be a 19 minute Uber ride away (about 6USD). The promenade you walk along from the hotel was stunning and so many choices for restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. We would tell anyone we know to go there if they travel to Dubrovnik!!

Плюсы: Great location, friendly staff, and good restaurants and cave bar. Lots of different areas to relax in, including secluded pools, jacuzzis, and a terrace by the waterfront. Would definitely recommend.

Плюсы: Very good location and short walking distance (7 min) from old town Dubrovnik. One of the small luxury hotels of the world and very private with only 13 rooms and valet parking. One of a kind breakfast specially at the terrace with view over Lokrum Island and Old Town. Staff always very kind and available to help.

Минусы: It would have been nice if we have a pool and gym at the same premises as the only options were to go to Villa Argentina or Excelsior Hotel (adjacent hotels and part of the same group) but this meant going outside Vila Orsula.

The smiling staff and hosts were a pleasure at every meeting - they couldn't do enough for you. The lcoation is perfect - close to the old town - 7 min stroll but away from the chaos

Минусы: Trouble finding it because no one told us to look for the Hotel Argentina. Requires a lot of elevators and hallways to get to the beach.

Плюсы: Staying at Villa Orsula was like staying at a good friends home. It is the perfect combination of ideal location with privacy and the option of using facilities of larger properties next door. The view is priceless!

Плюсы: We were treated very well upon arrival and found a bottle of bubbly in our room together with some sweet treats. Our concierges were especially welcoming and helpful. They even allowed us to stay in our room for a late check-out. And the food was amazing!

Плюсы: wonderful staff...comfortable and clean rooms...location was great...perfect distance from main tourist sites (could reach them by longish walk or very easy Uber ride...but area wasn’t overrun by tourists...handful of decent restaurants nearby too).

Минусы: Expensive, so not the best value...hotel restaurant is a bit funky/gourmet

Плюсы: Everything a boutique hotel has to offer: quiet, secluded and extremely well looked after by every member of staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the front desk staff are very well informed and could not do enough for all the guests.

Минусы: The only little criticism I may have is perhaps the dinner menu could be more varied.

С удовольствием остановлюсь ещё раз. Единственное, что отель расположен так, что требуется поездка на такси или машине до старого города, но это не самое страшное.

Плюсы: Loved the pool area, staff were attentive

Минусы: Rooms were quite dark with windows high up so no view. Most rooms and public areas were dark and chairs, rather than lounges, were not that comfortable. Therefore our focus was on the pool area as it was a nice temperature, lounges were comfortable and umbrellas were available.

Плюсы: Calm oasis away from crowds of Dubrovnik. Lovely courtyard dining. Freshly cooked breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet pool area.

Минусы: Room had only skylight windows. This is not true of all rooms.

Плюсы: Lovely 5 star accommodation with professional and friendly staff, comfortable rooms with everything you need and an exceptional pool area with wonderful service poolside (only from 1pm-6pm).

Минусы: A little far away from the old town of dubrovnik but this also had its charm, much more chilled and quiet. Lunch pool service would have been nice but there were delicious restaurants very close by.

Плюсы: Staff was excellent - always very helpful with our silly tourist questions. Hotel rooms and art throughout the facility were tasteful. Pleasant outdoor space for breakfast and dinners, but wished we could also have had the option to eat breakfast at the scenic, covered cocktail area on the second floor. We were pleased there was an elevator too. Nice touches like Croatian candies by the bed at night made us feel good about staying there. The pool was pleasant to visit too. Although the location was not as close to the old city as we had thought, in retrospect, it was good to not be near the intensity of tourists visiting Dubrovnik. We could purchase local bus tickets right at the hotel reception and walk to a bus stop, so we were able to keep local transportation costs down. We had a car too and parking was free - awesome - and difficult to get!

Минусы: Really only one thing - the bathroom. It was nice but we could not just turn on a light in the bathroom because it always turned on a very loud fan too. The tub/shower was quite a high step. One had to hold onto a handicap railing and towel racks to get in. If someone has a physical challenge, it would be good to know this beforehand.

Плюсы: This is a very special & beautiful small hotel with a wonderful attentive staff. We really loved our stay here. The pool was stunning and looks better than the pictures. Breakfast was outstanding. Special thanks to the wonderful staff especially Anthony, Jenny and breakfast staff. Location was perfect, as we would walk 2 doors down to get bus to old town. Or you can walk down a beautiful tree lined promenade to Sunset beach.

Плюсы: The hotel is a beautiful, elegant building, well-situated on the very edge of the old town. The rooms were clean, bright and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed being able to access the cool and peaceful "Executive Lounge" for free tea, coffee and snacks when we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of the old town for a bit. The afternoon cakes were a particular treat. It was great to have convenient car-parking too.

Минусы: Breakfast selection was wonderful and the food was excellent, however the service could be improved if the waiters were a little better organised and the restaurant layout was reassessed. All the team members were evidently working very hard so should not be criticised, but the large restaurant and high number of tables in relation to the position of the kitchen and clearing area, plus the waiters' reliance on trays that were just too small, meant that they simply could not be efficient at clearing and resetting tables at busy times, not matter how fast they worked.

Плюсы: Very nice accommodation, close to the beach, 3 km away from old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment is finished to a very high quality, in a nice classic building. Breakfast is offered across the road in a nice wine and tapas bar. It exceeded our expectation of a 4 star apartment.

Минусы: Minor issue, there is a pool onsite, but it is very small, next to the road and strange shape. There is the option to use the bigger pool in the sister hotel 10 min walking away.

Плюсы: This is a mansion that has been turned into a hotel. And if I could, I'd want to live in this mansion (does that say enough?). Located opposite of some shops (supermarket) and close to the water and boulevard with many restaurants and bars, the location is ideal. Busstop to the old city (Uber about 5€) located close by. This will be my first choice of staying in Dubrovnik next time!

Минусы: Although we had agreed a time of arrival we were left waiting 20 minutes until the host arrived to check us in. Breakfast is taken at restaurant across the road and the options, although a few were restrictive.

Плюсы: Anneka was helpful and very friendly, the room was lovely with a really nice big balcony. It was my Husbands birthday and they left a bottle of wine in our room which was a nice gesture

Плюсы: Modern and luxury, clean room. Pool was small but good for swimming. Very helpful staff and own free parking place. Short walk to the beach. Taxi to Dubrovnik costed 9 euros and bus stop quite close as well. Nice breakfast.

Плюсы: This hotel is outstanding and we’d highly recommend it. We stayed for just under a week on our honeymoon. Our room was lovely and clean with beautiful views out to sea. The room was well designed and laid out, providing plenty of space and storage. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. The site is vast, offering several restaurants, beaches and swimming pools. There is use of the spa and it seemed family friendly too. We visited some of the restaurants in nearby Zaton which were lovely and very picturesque (we got Uber’s which was quick and easy!) Could not fault this hotel, we felt very lucky to have stayed here and have such a beautiful room. We were very sad to leave!

The resort has its own private beach, various relaxing spots, great locations to walk around, variety of restaurants inside and of course their spa & massage services. The residence rooms are amazing with a fantastic view of the sunrise from the balcony. The rooms are super clean, equipped with all the amenities and the resort staff were really friendly. Gladly would stay here again!

Плюсы: Все номера с видом на море, персонал дружелюбный. В номере есть принадлежности для кофе и чая. Уборкой остались довольна. Брали завтраки и ужины, остались довольны. Около отеля есть парк с красивыми видами на окрестности, для прогулок нужна спортивная обувь. От отеля до Старого города ходит общественный транспорт, талоны на проезд можно купить на рецепшене. Очень красивый вид из тренажерного зала, который работает 00-24. Специальные тапочки для захода в море лучше иметь.

Минусы: На завтраке кофе не из кофемашины. В тренажерном зале не самое современное оборудование и не на все группы мышц, отсутствует средство для дезинфекции.

Плюсы: Отдыхали конец августа 2019 г. Категория номера была делюкс (номер чуть больше, расположение на 9-м этаже, соответственно, вид из номера - ошеломляющий). Приносили одну бутылку воды в день и конфеты перед сном. Также бонус номера делюкс следующий: на территории отеля есть огражденная территория со своим бассейном, лежаками, диванами с мягкими подушками, своими входами в море - вип зона, тамже обслуживание официантами, очень милый уголок. Подошла на ресепш, спросила как туда попасть. Ответили, что эта вип зона для люксов и полулюксом. Спросила про свой делюкс и без проблем на ресепшине сделали вход туда - это был великолепный бонус)). Вход с моря с лестницы, довольно крутой, детям и подросткам никак не залезть в море, имейте в виду. На территории отеля несколько бассейнов, включая неглубоких для детей. Шикарная СПА зона на 10-м этаже, крытый бассейн и джакузи, парные, джакузи на балконе, чай и кофе бесплатно, людей немного - райское место. Интерьер отеля понравился: номера вживую красивее, чем на фото. Кто-то писал о том, что слишком лаконичный дизайн ресепшина и лобби - нам напротив очень понравился стиль. В лобби- баре шикарный кофе плюс сладости любые в любом количестве берешь к чашке чая или кофе. Хорошая уборка номера, косметика - L'Occitane, пополняли каждый день, чаевые только в последний день оставила, и то еле уговорила их взять уборщицу)). Есть подготовка номера ко сну. Теперь питание: мы брали завтраки и ужины, и я вам просто очень рекомендую взять ужины в этом отеле. Путешествуем по все Европе, мы фанаты Италии, но ужины в этом отеле - невероятно вкусные. Большой выбор мясных, рыбных блюд и морепродуктов и приготовлено все просто шедеврально. Завтраки также выше всех похвал. Персонал - на высоте, все очень внимательные. Напротив отеля остановка автобуса в город, но пешком до города минут 10, там же вода в 10 раз дешевле, чем в отеле, и много кафе/ресторанов. Очень понравился сам город Дубровник. Отдых получился сказочным.

Минусы: Единственный момент, с которым представители отеля не пошли на встречу следующий: бронировали отель на 7 ночей, но вынуждены были уехать на сутки раньше. Оплату не производили сначала. Подошла на ресепшн за 4 дня, объяснила ситуацию и мне порекомендовали написать на букинг, мол букинг перешлет им письмо, и они рассмотрят обращение и постараются что-то сделать. А по-факту, просто отель отказал нам в перебронировании и никак не компенсировал стоимость этих суток (а это как-никак 435 евро). Мелочь, но думаю, что могли бы и пойти на встречу в этой ситуации.

Плюсы: Понравилось расположение в отдалее от других отелей и скопления людей. Зона у бассейна и вход в море, все продумано и хорошо организовано. Море было чистейшее все дни.

Минусы: Очень удивило почему они себя позиционируют как 5*, хотя по номерному фонду больше похоже на 3*. Подушки и кровать в номере не очень удобные. Выспаться в отпуске с полным расслаблением не удалось. Уборщица никогда не мыла посуду. А просто убирала ее на место в шкаф или оставляла на столе. Бокалы из под вина и чашки под чай/кофе. Приходилось мыть самим, хотя средств для этого само собой там не предусмотрено. Каждый будний день в районе 18 ч разносили шоколадки. Удивляло, почему нельзя их сразу положить при уборке, это же не печенье, которое только испекли. И уборщицы довольно нахально вваливались, чтобы положить эти самые шоколадки - после одного стука в дверь. Завтраки с большим ассортиментом, но по сути было не очень вкусно. Все делается на поток. Большой отель, много людей и никто особо не старается.

Плюсы: Fabulous stay at this hotel. Setting is beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Local bus right outside door to go to old town. Sunset Beach a short stroll for evening time with lots of restaurants. Can't wait to return.

Плюсы: This is a magnificent property with views better than our native Hawaii. They upgraded us to an ambassador suite which must’ve cost thousands. We were treated like royalty and will never forget our experience here. We will certainly come back now because of this hotel.

Плюсы: Lovely outdoor pools and plenty of sunbeds. The wellness spa on the roof was really quiet with fabulous pool, jacuzzis and outdoor hot tub plus plenty of sun beds and loungers and quiet area. Quiet position away from the hub bub of Dubrovnik and bus outside for quick easy transfer into city every 15 mins. Hotel manager did deal with the problems we had with customer service in a pleasant efficient way.

Минусы: The staff on reception were very unwelcoming and uninformative. The customer service was poor. The hotel is more geared to conferences and coach parties rather than individual travellers. Food is mass catering for breakfast so lukewarm. Bedrooms are sparse and not luxurious - no homely touches. We were upgraded to a suite which to me means two rooms but it was just a massive room with hardly any furniture and what was there was like office furniture and curtains. Food in Mediterranean restaurant was good but very expensive. Difficult to get any kind of service to your room and phone went unanswered do had to trek up to reception every time and it is a big hotel

Плюсы: Fantastic location with spectacular views. Very private at the end of the peninsula. All of the rooms have a balcony with a sea view. Overall, the food was very good in the restaurants and at the breakfast buffet.

Минусы: The common spaces are not what you would expect from a luxury hotel. The hallways reminded me of dorm-rooms. Although this is a minor thing, it was something my wife and I noticed.

Минусы: This was a mis-buy for us. We thought we were buying a luxury hotel suitable for couples. It is a conference /corporate hotel ideal for large groups. This translated to being noisy, anonymous, crowded and inappropriately formal. . I don't expect a hotel to welcome me to my room by giving me an information pack that set out a long list of rules telling me what I can't do in the hotel and how I must dress to gain access to the restaurants. The hotel has a "hostage" mentality, common to old-school business hotels: It gouges guests for small items - sofr-drinks, snacks, water - on the basis that they will feel too remote or too isolated to provide for themselves. It also forbade me from putting my own water in the fridge in the room - which added insult to injury. I thought this attitude had died out in good hotels a decade ago. If I compare this to the Royal Blue, on the opposite side of the bay, I felt that I was being milked for money and not being given any personal consideration. We bought a superior room with seaview and balcony. The view was spectacular but the balcony comes with railings made of three large industrial metal bars that look ugly and block the view when you're sitting down. Other hotels in the area offer glass barriers on their balconies. This made us less inclined to spend time in the hotel. The Sunset Bar gives a great view of the sunset but it's so open plan and so close to reception that it felt like sitting in a corridor.

Плюсы: Everything about the hotel was more than we expected! I could really tell that he hotel is much loved by all the staff working for this hotel. Beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfast, very good access to the beaches, clean & comfortable room, nice park, shops and very good Chinese restaurant nearby. Above all, very flexible, accommodating and welcoming staff in the hotel was the best part. We just stayed here for one night and moved to a holiday apartment near the old city, so the distance from the old town was not an issue for us.

Отель расположен вдали от шумного Дубровника, идеальный вариант для тех кто любит проводить время у бассейна. Некоторые номера с очень хорошим видом на море. На завтраке вкусный хлеб.

Минусы: 1. Удивительно низкоквалифицированный персонал. Никто не здоровается, даже на ресепшн, на завтраке вас никто не встретит и не пожелает доброго утра. Не то чтобы без этого невозможно хорошо отдыхать, но немного странно для отеля 4 заезды. На завтраке поражала одна сотрудница предлагающая кофе и ответственная за столы. Длинные кудрявые и неубранные (а точнее не причесанные вообще) волосы, свисающие над вашей чашкой, когда наливает кофе. Может и квалификация у дамы хорошая, но всё-таки когда речь про работу в ресторане хочется чистоты, а не чужих волос в тарелке. Про ресепшн - в один день у меня поднялась температура и я спросила про градусник, ответили что ничего нет, но я без проблем могу за 6 минут доехать до ближайшего отделения скорой помощи. Что удивило, не поинтересовались в каком номере я живу, честно говоря немного странно в наш век эпидемий, когда стараются фиксировать любые случаи, может я приехала с вирусом...Далее про уборку в номере, в целом она сводится к замене полотенец. Гель для душа приносили по запросу, никто не беспокоился если он у нас закончился и можно положить без звонка на ресепшн. Коврики...мы даже проводили эксперименты с бумажкой на видном месте, три дня лежала. В итоге чтобы не звонить на ресепшн, свернули и убрали на балкон, без них чище! 2. Пляж или его отсутсвие. Ближайший пляж отеля президент. Прекрасный пляж, удобный, нам была скидка, первые два ряда лежаков у моря заняты полотенцами с 7 утра. И надо понимать, что у других отелей рядом пляжа тоже нет. Вообщем, мы только купались. Есть другие городские пляжи, сходили один раз по жаре, по пыльной дороге (носятся мопеды и редкие машины), покупаться может и не плохо, но шумно и много людей, в выходные приезжают на отдых местные. 3. Немного про завтраки. В целом ок, стандартно. Я не могла есть ничего жаренного, думаю, из-за некачественного масла. Обрадовалась когда увидела, что есть яйца пашет, но они были кислые, скорее всего готовят с добавлением уксуса и не смывают.

Плюсы: Этот отель бронировала для своих родителей, очень чистый, уборка каждый день, отличный бассейн, рекомендую его для отдыха. Каждый вечер живая музыка

Плюсы: Отличный отель, очень приветливый персонал, все обслуживание на английском, так как отдыхающие в основном европейцы, шикарные завтраки (шампанское, сыр с плесенью, на egg station не только омлеты-яичницы, но и яйцо пашот). Много читала отзывов об отвратительном кофе на завтраках. Кофе из автоматов, такой же как из любого автомата у нас, не надо ждать от него чего-то особенного, тогда не будет разочарования. Для кофе из автомата - вполне нормально. В наше посещение отель был полностью заселен, но не создавалось ощущения толпы народа, всегда были и столики на завтраках и лежаки на пляже. Красивейший вид. По променаду спокойным шагом можно дойти до улочки с ресторанчиками, до других пляжей также рукой подать, до Старого города на автобусе №6 - конечная остановка у отеля, очень удобно.

Минусы: It is a nice hotel but I was expecting a bit more for my money. I thought this was expensive. In addition, I needed to keep my room on until 6pm as my flight was at 9pm, they charged me an additional 120 euros. My room was the first room right next to the glass fronted staircase so I had to keep my curtains (at least the net curtain closed all the time). Anyone who was walking out of the lift or down the stairs could see in. I arrived very late on Friday night so didn't have the energy to go back to reception and change the room. I missed breakfast the first day and so went to the beach bar for some food. This was quite expensive, took a long time to arrive and was cold when it did. I found drinks quite expensive too.

Плюсы: The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s about 15 minutes from the old town but there are buses going every few minutes and taxis aren’t expensive. You also have access to the facilities of neighbouring hotels (all 5 stars) and so much choice in terms of pools, restaurants etc. There is a beautiful cliff walk from the hotel to lapad with so many bars and restaurants. We loved that it felt like a beach resort out of the hustle and bustle of the old town but not too far so you have the benefit of both! I would highly recommend it for a holiday in Dubrovnik.
