Room was spacious & Luxurious. Comfortable bed, tv channel, kitchen was well equipped. Good and quick room service even engineer and iron board came very quick, Metro station very near.
Even after asking we didn't get a room with the road side view. It seems the staff at the reception is just unable to understand you. Like as if you are hitting a brick wall. No free breakfast for us as the webside messed us up. But Without that its too expensive at the hotel. There was a smell in our room which was coming from the kitchen pipes, it did get fixed. And the best for last. We had to pay for the internet and it's quite expensive aswell. Its a well designed and beautiful hotel located at a nice place but the hotel protocals and reception staff only disappointment you when ever you ask them for any thing. May be, because its such a busy hotel they just dont put any effort in making their guests happy. We finally moved to a hotel with atleast free wifi and booked our tours

The breakfast was the best part.
The room smelled really bad. The staff were not friendly. Housekeeping didn't show up until 5pm. The carpet and flooring was dirty. The Internet for 24 hours cost 90 dirhams. I almost paid $110/night with taxes and fees. It doesn't worth it. You can find much better hotels with that price range.
Upon arrival we were immediately dismissed and it took 30 minutes to check in even though no one else was there. When we finally got to our room it was still dirty and there were stains all over the carpet. Even though we booked through kayak and were guaranteed free internet we had to purchase Internet through the hotel and even then at times there wasn't enough bandwidth to even check email. The shower didn't drain and was never fixed even though we told them three times. Bad experience!
I asked to check in early (10:30 AM), and they said rooms are not ready, but come back in 1 hour. I came back after 2:30 hours, only to have to wait 45 mins in the chaotic queue at reception, to try to check back in. Many people were trying to check out and they didn't have enough staff, and no one was following the queue, instead storming the reception. After waiting 45 mins to try to check in, I got to the reception clerk who basically said that the room was not ready yet, even though it was 2:00 pm by now. I came back at 5:00 to check in and still had to go through the check in process one more time. A total mess. Not worth the cheap price.

New modern design, clean room, clean bathroom, comfort bed, Excellent location for shopping (2 min from nearest metro station), friendlly staff, good value of money.
TV channels are listed in akward way which makes flipping channels annoying, high cost of internet network.
In general, it is a reasonable hotel with many pleasant features and atmosphere. The staff and the higher management are very friendly and cooperative. Location is near Dubai Mall.
the floor is not clean in my room and the sofa also and at 8pm i am stay for 10 minutes to received the elevators on floor 21 to going down at ground floor
We like the staff, service of the hotel . the location is very convenience, through the booking.com we found what we expected.
for the price we payed we should get the Wi-Fi service for free, even if you want to get it it's very expensive.
