All the staff were very friendly and although some had very little English they were excellent and tried to help at all times. Reception staff all spoke English and were happy to interpret when I was "chatting" to one of the waitresses. Google translator comes in handy! One of the waiters was very helpful with my menu choices, I have seafood allergy so need to be really careful. Restaurant food was really superb, service great and prices also very competitive. We ate in restaurant for the three night of our stay. Lovely to sit on terrace with drinks and watch sunset. Breakfast buffet as expected, husband could have his cooked "English" and I was happy with fruit and selection of breads and pastries. The room was very comfortable, very clean and fabulous sea view. Wouldn't bother to stay elsewhere now if we wanted to go to Chipiona when visiting family.

Tea and coffee facilities in all rooms would be great.

Great breakfast with an excellent selection, everyone was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this location. Great beach front views.

A very comfortable hotel with parking in a great location. Our room had a stunning view of the beach and sea. Breakfast was very good. All the staff were lovely - but in particular a big thank you to Vanessa and Christian- you made our stay perfect.

The arrangement with the shower over the bath made it very difficult to access. We felt it was a pity that breakfast is served in a basement room as opposed to the stunning restaurant overlooking the beach.

I loved everything about it, location location location, they let us in two hours early. The restaurant food was very good, the staff was so kind. The apartment was clean and big and the view was beautiful. I loved the area with restaurants and shopping. Do not try to park anywhere near it. Find the closest parking garage and park there and tell them you are staying in a hotel. It only cost 21 euro for three days and we did not even move our car. You can come and go for that price as you please. The parking garage was safe. We walked everywhere though. The beach is amazing and not super expensive to rent chairs for the whole day. You can come and go.

Nothing I did not like but I saw there are smaller rooms with smaller balconies. This is why some of the reviews are negative. We got the biggest balcony. So amazing

The staff was very pleasant. My room had a wonderful seaview. The beach across the promenade was just perfect at this time of year, not crowded. The cuisine was lovely.

I was often borderline cold, particularly at meal-time.

Only thing I could say is pillows not comfortable and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Отличный отель. Персонал дружелюбен, вежлив. Завтраки отличные, сытно и вкусно. Океан рядом. Ночью немного мешало освещение кафе под балконом.

Удобное место расположение, рядом паркинг, нет проезжей части между морем и гостиницей. Хорошие номера.

Два дня подряд был грязный пол, невозможно было ходить без обуви.

Самое главное - небольшое количество людей в это время очень располагает к неспешному отдыху. На территории есть парковка (9 евро сутки) и свой ресторан.

Хороший отель на берегу океана. Огромный отличный пляж. Замечательная набережная. Дорога между гостиницей и пляжем не сквозная и не создает неудобств. Просторный оборудованный номер с балконом и ...
