Плюсы: Greeted with rose water cold towels and hibiscus tea upon checking in.

Минусы: Was told their roof top bar was packed and standing room only. Said this was okay and when we got up there it was pretty empty and there were palmetto bugs (cockroaches) running on the ground.

Минусы: just not a five star, good people, etc.

Плюсы: The beds were very comfortable and the hotel has a very nice refined boutique feel. I like the front drive experience and the little touches that add value such as complimentary coffee and spiced cider/cookies in the evening. The shop in the lobby is also a great experience with some great local items.

Минусы: I didn’t like the In Room Dining menu - extremely limited selection and hardly any options for vegan/vegetarian diets or people with a gluten allergy. The hotel should consider improving the menu. The same goes for the restaurant, Harrieta - lots of dairy, meat and fried options. Should consider adding healthier vegetarian options.

Плюсы: The bed was comfortable, good location, clean bathroom. The valet guys were so nice and friendly. They have a hotel car that they offer to guests.

Минусы: We returned from dinner Sunday night and it smelled like sewage when we walked into the lobby. We got to our room and it also smelled like sewage. The guy said he could bring an air freshener to our room but that wouldnt have helped and he blamed it on outside. When we walked in the lobby there was a huge towel area with a mop bin catching water. This isnt the first issue we have had. They didn’t replenish our soap, mini bar drinks or lotion, they did take it away though and not restock. When we called to request it was difficult to get thru to the front desk and they were very annoyed with us and short. The room service has also been wrong both times and the food below par, cold, sloppy, missing condiments, and both times we ended up not eating 3/4 of it due to that. But it was expensive. Customer service was not what we expected :-(. We travel constantly and stay in many hotels and are disappointed by our experience. It added an unnecessary stress to our vacation. Won’t be back.

Плюсы: Fabulous hotel in a great location with 5 Star service. The rooms are very nice but the customer service is amazing. The concierge, lobby staff, drivers and housekeeping exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Charleston perfect.

Плюсы: The valet staff are outstanding! Give them all a raise. They were so helpful and thoughtful. They made our stay.

Минусы: I think $36 additional p/n for parking is a bit much, especially when you can see your car parked 10 ft away. Most staff went out of their way to be friendly...1 concierge was efficient but not very personable....guess anyone can have a bad day.

Плюсы: The breakfast was delicious and well-balanced. The young lady serving guests was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Her service was commendable. The beds were super comfortable, the room was attractively decorated and the bathroom was extraordinarily clean.

Минусы: The ONLY negative was the two chairs in the room which were the only place to sit. They could have been more comfortable, although they were very attractive and well coordinated with the room's décor.

Плюсы: The afternoon snack time was great. Free water bottles were an added bonus. Breakfast was very nice.

Минусы: The beds were a little uncomfortable and didn’t have enough pillows.

Плюсы: Amazing location and friendly staff. While the room could use some updating we loved staying in a historical inn.

Плюсы: It was quaint. The staff was friendly and their service impeccable. The location was also amazing.

Минусы: The service for breakfast was terrific, the pastries were stale. They had free WiFi but not good. Be careful with add ons the price ended up being quite a bit more after adding taxes, fees and parking. I expected it to be higher but not by that much.

Плюсы: The staff were so kind and helpful! The whole courtyard vibe was beautiful and calming and the friendliness of the staff really helped the experience become a very welcoming and relaxed one. Also love that they bring breakfast to your room!

Минусы: The atrium style, while lovely, means that you literally have people walking outside your bedroom so can be quite noisy

Минусы: Mediocre hotel for the money. Facilities are lacking for an Autograph hotel. Staff not as friendly... always an excuse why something is off. Terrible room decor. No tub (yet it advtises as such as standard) or pool. Will not stay here again when coming to Charleston. Management needs to take notes from the Asheville Grand Bohemian.

Плюсы: The hotel has a quiet serene aura. The room was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was outstanding....within walking district of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Минусы: The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't very good. There was mold on the bread one morning. Another morning there was no bread and other food wasn't being replenished. The cleaning staff and the valet staff were very friendly and helpful.

Плюсы: The breakfast exceeded my expectations, the staff were friendly and informative, location was perfect,I could walk to great restaurants, shopping and carriage rides, no car needed.

Плюсы: A lovely and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. There was a little musty smell upon our arrival but nothing too bad and it went away after long. Breakfast was fantastic across the street in the rooftop lounge. Overall a great time!

Плюсы: Hotel exceeded my expectations! Great location and clean, recently renovated room in great location-walking distance to market and restaurants/bars. Staff was kind and helpful. We loved the complimentary breakfast and wine/cheese happy hour too!

Плюсы: The daily breakfasts were outstanding, not only with the variety of warm and cold choices, but also with colorful and attractive presentations. The location is excellent with accessible walking to numerous restaurants. The room was small, but adequate. More importantly, it was very clean and orderly each day.

Минусы: Breakfast was such a mess. There were hundreds of guests trying to find food, silverware or plates (no exaggeration). Here in detail: First, had to wait 20 minutes in line to get close to the plates, then you had to wait another 20 minutes because there were no plates left, then the food was almost empty and then there was no silverware left. Such a chaos.

Минусы: I did not like the option for parking. All thought it was only $18, I wished it would have been disclosed earlier on. I was also not satisfied with the water temperature. Even with the water on the highest heat, the water stayed cool.
