Плюсы: It was the top of all the places we stayed on our trip. It is simply superb. Great location. Amazing amount of room. Very quiet. Small boutique hotel without tons of room. Intimate but professional staff. It is just the right amount of space. You never feel crowded. The Chef is outstanding, the food is amazing. The care and attention to detail with the food shows. Every single thing we ate left a lasting impression. I would come back here and stay for a month. That's saying alot. They planned the space so well. All of the staff are incredibly nice, pleasant, professional. Just the right amount of interpersonal interest. Congrats to the owners of this hotel. It is over the top!

Минусы: Отель расположен далековато от центра, так что пешком сложно дойти. Завтрак слабоват, и не дотягивает до 5 звезд.

Плюсы: I have been here several times and is always a pleasure to come back. It is very close to the city center and Cişmigiu park, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very attentive.

Плюсы: Absolutely a phenomenal boutique hotel! Location was perfect-away from the city crowds yet close enough to walk to almost everything. Staff by far was the finest I have seen, restaurant was 5 star and the rooms were amazing and quiet. I will stay at RC hotels whenever possible! Персонал очень доброжелательный. wifi хороший, своя парковка - бесплатный valet parking, приветственное шампанское, вкусная еда в ресторане и в room service, соответствующий завтрак (бывает и шикарней в пятерках, но так-то все нужное было), понравилась подготовка спальни ко сну: постель расстелили, шторы зашторили, конфетки на подушки положили. Спа-зона понравилас, на массаж не попали-было много свободного времени для записи, но нам нужен был для двоих - не было в моменте второго мастера, а ждать у нас не получалось. В общем, отель заслуживает пятерки, без сомнения.

Плюсы: Spotlessly clean room-excellent shower-comfy bed-tea/coffee in room. Very friendly staff who helped us plan our day and print boarding cards. Amazing breakfast. Quiet location -restaurants and bars nearby- 30 minute walk to old town centre or you take a metro for 2 stops.

Минусы: Nothing-it’s an ideal choice for visiting Bucharest.

Приятно удивили фреш и вкуснейшие блинчики - На обед и ужин ресторан работает по принципу "Плати, сколько посчитаешь нужным". Ценник есть только на напитки, а еду ты оцениваешь сам. Интересный подход и главное - все очень вкусно! - Быстрый интернет (хоть и не очень стабильный) - Трансфер до аэропорта за 25 евро - Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал - Понравились автоматические шторы с пультом - Огромный плюс - кофемашина в номере (также можно просто наливать горячую воду для чая или лекарств)

Минусы: - Расположение не очень. Далековато от исторического центра и какой-то неприятный квартал - Интернет иногда вырубался, приходилось перезагружать вай фай. - На подушке было несколько чужих волос

Плюсы: I really liked meeting the owner and the welcome gift of cheese and wine. I loved the adjustable bed, it was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic also.

Минусы: It was a bit far from the old town but we had no problem getting the metro from Piata Romana.

Минусы: If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is not it. The bars are open until very late, and you can hear people laughing, yelling and so on. Not something that bothered us, though.

Минусы: Все понравилось. Персонал хороший, старательный и очень дружелюбный, но слабо осведомлен о важных базовых вопросах - таких, как добраться до автовокзала и как купить билет, например (хоть автовокзал и условное понятие в Бухаресте), или вместо вокзала посоветовать железнодорожное сообщение (оно оказалось неплохое в Румынии, если вы соберетесь в Константу или в Венус, например), где останавливается автобус до аэропорта, не знают хороших ресторанов (отправили в японский фаст фуд за углом)

Минусы: The close proximity to Old Town has its advantages but also its disadvantages: Extreme loud music Wednesday and Thursday night until 5 a.m. Either the windows have to be adjusted to reduce the noise or the hotel needs to seek with the City Hall to avoid such loud music after midnight. One could even feel the bass. For both business persons and visitors this is not acceptable when checking into a 4-star hotel with such a reputable brand. Great hotel and great location but one should not need to bring ear plugs to get some sleep.

Минусы: Девушка на ресепшен вечером в первый день нашего заезда (23:56) после нашей просьбы обеспечить наш номер шампунем для второго гостя - накинулась на нас с обвинениями, что мы при бронировании указали одного гостя и ввиду этого у нас одна бутылка воды и моющие средства на одного гостя (хотя в нашей брони четко написано 2 гостя!!!!). А затем еще и в саркастической форме продолжала выражать своё недовольство мое фразой, что у отелей Хилтона, как правило высокие стандарты.... нам конечно выдали которой комплект, но неприятный осадок остался от этого разговора. Поработайте с персоналом на тему тактичного поведения с гостями. Да, над стойкой ресепшен вся люстра в пыли - это видно не вооруженным взглядом! The girl at the reception on the evening of the first day of our arrival (23:56) after our request to provide our room with shampoo for the second guest attacked us with charges that we indicated one guest when booking and therefore we have one bottle of water and detergents for one guest (although 2 guests are clearly written in our reservation !!!!). And then, in a sarcastic form, I continued to express my dissatisfaction with my phrase that Hilton hotels usually have high standards .... Of course we were given a set, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained from this conversation. Work with staff on tactful guest behavior. Yes, all the chandelier in the dust above the reception desk is visible with an unarmed look!

Плюсы: A wonderful, varied breakfast. Very clean room with easy connect WiFi and really comfy, huge beds. Brilliant location right in the centre of the old town.

Минусы: Rooms are too small for the beds so there is not much space. Nowhere to put suitcases. Taxis called by the hotel had a higher price indicated than those from the taxi rank nearby.

Минусы: The bar and breakfast areas look cheap. The front entrance on the corner is empty which is also a shame. The building is beautiful but it needs work on the decor/interior.

Минусы: Утром проседал wi-fi: воспользоваться им в это время было сложно, что для отеля такой категории недопустимо. Заявленная парковка для автомобиля оказалась в другом отеле, что неудобно.

Плюсы: Отличный отель! Старинное здание, высокие потолки, классический дизайн. Очень хорошие завтраки. В номере есть все необходимое (утюг, чайник, кофеварка). Два окна, выходящие на тихую улицу. Большая ванная комната, отделенная от основного жилого пространства стеклянными стенами.

Минусы: На стеклянных стенах ванной комнаты нет ни одной вешалки, полотенца просто было некуда повесить.

Плюсы: Great location, friendly staff, excellent service. In addition you can enjoy free wine testing from 17:00-18:00 wednsday.

Минусы: Poor choice of sweetie and cakes in the breakfast.

Плюсы: I stayed here overnight before catching the flight back home. It was a great place to rest and was conveniently located for the airport bus. My room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. There was a good breakfast to sustain me on the journey ahead.

The staff were very helpful, providing important and useful information about how to get around the city. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast offering included freshly cooked items and was a great start to the day.

Плюсы: The hotel is beautiful and very central. The room was immense.

Минусы: We arrived at 5pm. One of our rooms were not ready yet!!! One night and we had to wait on the room. They also could not help with parking for our van. Toally useless. The bed was noisy. Worst of all, the safe code "did not work" in the morning. According to maintanace "the safes do that all the time". I would not stay at this hotel.

Минусы: It made me ill. The have a motion sensor that detects your movement near the elevator and the room and sprays a fragrance or air freshener. I could not have stayed another night because it made me ill. My friend, who is not sensitive, noticed the odor. We asked if they could stop spraying and were told that it was a sensor.

Минусы: Возможно это проблема только нашего номера, но приходилось ждать минут 5, пока пойдет горячая вода. Нет возможности регулировать температуру кондиционера. Только включать и выключать.

Плюсы: Staff were so helpful, they gave us recommendations on where to go. Also we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on the last day as we had a late flight. The superior room was amazing and so spacious.

Минусы: We booked a self contained suite which had a very good kitchen with a stove top. However there were no cooking utensils, pots or pans. And cutlery and plates were very limited. Nor was there any detergent or kitchen sponges or tea towel.

Плюсы: A great hotel. The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to help us with any questions and requests. The staff are lovely and speak English in a remarkable way. The hotel is so refreshing and modern and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Even though we left to the airport at four in the morning, they had breakfast for us to take with us. Everything was packed in aesthetically beautiful wayl. An excellent and highly recommended hotel that is close to every thing in thr city. Loved it

Плюсы: Ibis Styles is my favouire hotel branch in Poland, so while looking for a place for a short stay in Bucharest I was happy I can book a family appartment in this hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Location is quite far from a city center, but the neighbourhood is safe, ca. 15 minutes by foot from the metro station, there is also Uber available in Bucharest which is even better and definitely faster option then public transport (and cheaper for the 4 people family).

Минусы: We had booked a family two room appartment, unfortunately after we came we were informed those rooms are not availabale (due to hydraulic problems, supposedly it was flooded). We got two rooms next to each other instead, but we were not happy because of that change, since we had to split (one adult with one child in every room). I thought we will get extra discount because of that, unfortunalety we didn't (I even paid a little more than I was previously informed by booking.com, due to extra city tax, as i was told...). Another little disappointment was a breakfast. Well, I cannot say that it was't good, but compared to the same branch in Poland the choice was quite poor: just basic things. There is not enough hotel parking places for customers, we had to look for a free slot in the area, which is densely populated. At least those public parking places are for free.

The executive lounge offers an array of food and drinks from early to late with helpful staff who work hard to look after the substantial numbers that use the lounge. For easy and reliable transfers from and to the airport the hotel offers a cost-effective pre-bookable shuttle service.

Минусы: The parking misunderstanding. The valley said it's ok to park in front of the hotel and in the morning we found a ticket that we owe 100 lei for the night to a parking company that operates the parking. A little disappointed from that, however, I like in genetal everything

Плюсы: This hotel is very much about location, location, location. Located in the City Centre of Bucharest near the Old quarter and parks, this is a hotel with a lot of history that is easy to get to. Check in was friendly and efficient. I was given a room on the 14th floor. I love staying in high rise city centre hotels and this was no exception. The bedroom was very spacious and the views by day and night were amazing. You can take in the views and air on the balcony. A lovely thing to do first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This is an iconic hotel with so much history. Facilities include restaurants, bar, gym and swimming pool. The best was yet to come. Breakfast and what a feast that was. I was in the capable hands of Breakfast Manager, Marian. He made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. First of all he took me on a tour and then offered to make me a milky coffee. Highlights include the very engaging staff, champagne and egg station. The egg station chef cooked me a wonderful omelette with a little of every ingredient included. It was absolutely delicious. Минусы: I was charged the full amount although the hotel agreed to cancel my reservation as they didn't have a double room available. Still waiting for the refund. Staff at the reception wasn't helpful or apologetic at all. Not a 5 star hotel. Better options around the corner.

Минусы: I made a reservation for my boss with suite category but they give him a connected room with one key (so he couldn’t turn on the light next room. ) I complained but they answered that they thought I was coming with children. What they saw while I was checking in were only two adults. They just made continuous excuses. After they moved room to the suite, they didn’t bring the amenities that belonged to the previous. I was so sick and tired of their careless, I didn’t ask any more. Facilities are old, TV wasn’t working at the room so had to call reception to fix. Service were even worse. When I was checking out in the morning, they didn’t ask me if we are okay with that trouble. For me, it felt like they just cared for money itself. No 5 star service! I will never stay at intercontinental any more

Плюсы: Отличный отель в центре Бухареста. Он хоть и не новый, но все поддерживается в очень хорошем состоянии. Чистота в номере, хорошая уборка, удобная кровать, хорошее постельное белье, естественно, принадлежности для чая кофе, причем отдельно чайник и кофемашина.Хороший спа, бассейн и тренажерный зал на 22 этаже с панорамным видом. Завтраки это вообще бальзам на сердце. Настоятельно рекомендую.

Плюсы: Великолептная косметика - L'Occitane! Хорошие кровати и восхитительное постельное бельё. Также понравился вид из номера и кофемашина Nespresso. В номере имеется: халаты с тапочками, сейф, фен, мини-холодильник и гладильная доска с утюгом. Общественная подземная парковка (40 лей в сутки) с входом в Отель.

Минусы: Абсолютно безразличный и незаинтересованный персонал на стойке регистрации! При заселении даже не спросили номер участника Клуба! А, при выезде вообще прятали глаза в пол, вроде не видят меня и делали вид, что очень заняты! Их совершенно не интересовало - понравилось ли мне в их Отеле или нет; всё ли было хорошо и т.д. Они даже не попрощались и не пожелали мне хорошего пути! Сервис стойки регистрации - просто ужасен! И, конечно, он никак не соответствует 5* Отелю!

Плюсы: They accommodated early breakfast because I left very early. Great bath products and the bed was very comfortable.

Плюсы: Clean well furnished rooms, excellent pool and amazing staff. Iulian the manager and the security team did an incredible job helping me track down a taxi where I left my phone. The bar and breakfast facilities were also excellent.

Минусы: Barn prices a little expensive for Bucharest and the location is a little far from the centre but only 6-7km and a very passable walk to get there from the hotel. If you can navigate the hundreds of huge zebra crossings!

Плюсы: Everything was good. We got a free upgrade to junior suite,which was quite nice. We made a special request for the baby and it was easily done.

Минусы: Our room was facing the main road, therefore a lot of noise was coming from the traffick at night (sirens too). Windows were not doing a good job at soundproofness. So, when booking, make sure to specify for a room facing the back yard.

Минусы: Very bad air-conditioning system, weak room service standard, missing basic amenities in room such as tissue box, no mineral water offered in rooms only chargeable in minibar and only 2 small bottles available although room service is only till 10:30 pm, room service rarely picks up the call, room door does not close properly requires a push, garbage bin only available in toilet no bin in the apartment suite room, toilet seat almost broken, in addition to that they charged me over 50% of my original room rate for a late checkout, rood housekeeping and do not speak English at all, unprofessional hotel manager received all my comments with no action taken only one answer received "we will look into your complain" did not even bother to follow up upon my check out, hotel requires maintenance and is definitely not value for money, I did not have such a bad experience in such a long time and I assure I was very honest and transparent in my comments no exaggeration in Anyway.

Плюсы: За час до прибытия в Бухарест я забронировала тут номер для 2 взрослых и ребёнка. К нашему прибытию уже был застелен диван для ребёнка, было очень приятно что о нем позаботились. На ресепшене быстро оформили все, подписали открытку даже. Номер отличный, красивый дизайн,кровать и подушки очень удобные. На парковке достаточно места. Санузел просторный, ванная глубокая, мощный фен. Завтрак «шведский стол» разнообразный, и вкусный. Персонал приветливый. Рекомендую отель и с радостью остановлюсь тут ещё.

Плюсы: Great hotel, very clean, beds very comfortable. Access to swimming pool and relax area, I came to a meeting with my family and they were also very happy. Breakfast was great, really very happy with it!

Минусы: Everything was great, maybe sometimes the personnel were not taking care too much of the guest (I guess they have so many guest that they are always preparing documents and more).

Negotiation impossible. Something is not working between booking and hotel staff.

Плюсы: Hotel has beautiful pool, good gym, great breakfast. The hotel is far away from the city centre but for me a good location near for the expo.

Минусы: Cleaning lady woke me up 4 times in the morning. I was checking out at 12 but she was knocking the door starting at 8am. Did not sleep like a rock star as is the hotel slogan. Or maybe I did. :P Also I had to pay for short-term parking (under 1h) in front of the hotel which is a bit annoying as a hotel guest.

Плюсы: This is the perfect hotel, Spa and health center included, great staff - professionals, kind, available 24/7, fast online answers even from the health center lady’s / staff. The most important thing, since it’s not in the center, it’s much quieter and more private, not load and hectic. Thank you. :)

Минусы: I don’t like the part that the elevators are with a card - I can understand and appreciate it's for my safety and comfortability but, every time you need to go up - to take the card out, - maybe a code or a biometric lock (finger maybe) Thanks, you - great Hotel - I love staying in your hotel
