Had a fab stay here the staff were so friendly and the breakfast was awesome. The room was a very good size, clean and had a lovely comfy bed with pillows. Free bottled water was a lovely touch.

The TV was difficult to use... The software managing the inhouse welcome page was very slow...

The location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds are super comfortable!

The breakfast had an amazing selection, was of high quality, and was held in a pleasant atmosphere.

Great value for money. Large room that fit our family, great location, nice staff. I love that they had underground parking. That made it really easy for day trips.

I found the breakfast expensive for the selection. There weren’t a lot of options in the area though so it might be worth the price if you don’t want to spend a long time looking for a breakfast place. Otherwise a safe bet!

They upgraded our room during our stay as we were on our honeymoon! It was extremely kind of them to do so and the room was exceptional!

The hotel is outstanding, a very comfortable bad with a street view, rich and varied breakfast, all the receptionists very kind, nothing to reclaim. And the tram stops and the underground is very near. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and we'll definitely repeat the experience!

The menu was very limited and offered no kids menu as family that was annoying as we had to look for meals locally

I liked everything about this hotel the facilities were great, everything was sparkling clean, decor was funky and the breakfast was one of the best buffets I've every had, serving everything imaginable!

My only 2 criticisms about the hotel would be that in the room Nespresso pod and machine were provided, but without UHT milk, and only powdered milk. For such a high end coffee machine, this seemed a little odd. Also the sauna was on the ground floor and so you had to go down to the main floor in your towel to get there which felt a little odd when in the lift with other travellers who were fully clothed!

We didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive so we bought our food and fruit in the Carrefour Express nearby.

We had a room for 3, a married couple and myself, it would have been nice to have a screened off bed for the single person, it was only for 5 nights so was ok.

Having to leave after only one night

Great location, clean, well-kept facilities.

Communication and organizational issues: I had requested a bottle of champagne in the room, and "it was approved", but "not recorded", so no bubbles when we arrived. At check-in I had requested breakfast theoughout our stay, but next morning, we were still "breakfast excluded", so sign a form everyday, etc. Both no big deal, but not "excellent service", either.

Staff are particularly helpful, kind and very professional.

The stuff was helpful and kind. We just leave our postcards on the reception and they said they will take care about it. We get the room Nr.62 and it was just perfect on the top of the hotel (6th floor). Was big and and comfortable with private sauna and terrace. In the room we had everything what we needed: iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coffee machine with capsules.....

The hotel is in the city center, but Brussels city center is really big and from the Grand Place is around 30-40 min walking. ...but anyway the hotel is perfect!

Great location. Very helpful staff at the front desk. They allowed an early check in. Flavored water and hot beverages at the reception was a nice touch.

There was some renovation work at the time we stayed, but it was not an issue.

Very clean. Good Location. Nice welcome when we arrived to Check-In. Our Room was very nice. We used the restaurant one night...food was good but service was slow...we weren’t in a rush, so it was fine.

Everything was nice but the room Needs another waste basket near the desk...we had to keep going into the Bathroom and Shower Room to throw anything out. Also, in the Bathroom there was no place to hang the hand towel...there was a Small Hook to the right side but like under the sink... towel kept falling. We used the shelf instead - No Biggie.

The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I've had at any hotel. Lots of healthy options as well as a full cooked breakfast, cereals, continental, cured meats, breads and juices\smoothies. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond for us. It was my partners brithday and not only did they give us a complimentary room upgrade and bar vouchers they also gave him a birthday card.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It’s totally clean by my wife’s comment also. Bus tub separated from shower is very good especially for Japanese my family. The location is safe and easy to get the taxi. Breakfast is very delicious. There is row chocolate. That has good sense as Belgian choice.

The breakfast. Two coffee machines and a good selection of food. Friendly helpful staff. Our room was massive with a separate toilet and separate bathroom. Its only a very short cab ride to the train station from the hotel.

Nothing: very good even though renovations were being carried out Good friendly helpful service. They let us store our suitcases whilst we did a two day trip to Brugge. This was great as we didn't then have to lug suitcases on the train, just travel bags.

Location is good, close to good shopping. City Center is walkable but it's a bit of a hike. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. I didn't take advantage of breakfast but at 13 euros it looked like a very good value.

Despite paying for a room for 3, they provided no sheets for the pull out bed. Similarly, not enough towels and certainly not enough coffee in the morning! Room was too warm despite adjusting the A/C to the maximum setting. Strange sulfur smell coming from the bathroom.

Нам понравилось.

Расположен удачно, везде ходили пешком. До главной площади 20-30 минут не спешным шагом. Везде чисто. Очень внимательный, отзывчивый персонал: и на стойке регистрации, и те, кто убирался в номерах. В номере есть "чайно/кофейная" станция: есть кофе-машина с капсульным очень вкусным кофе (по 4 капсулы в день, в какой-то день нам дали больше:), чайник, чай черный и с добавками в пакетиках, шоколад в пакетиках (очень вкусный), сливки сухие, сахар. По бутылке воды в день на человека. В ванной: шампунь, гель для душа, крем для тела (производство Франция), фен и т.д. В отеле есть тренажерный зал и сауна (бесплатно), чем мы и воспользовались. Завтраки не брали. Утром ходила в супермаркет (работает с 7 утра в будни, и с 8 в выходные) и пекарню "Пауль". Они находятся вместе (идти 2-3 минуты до трамвайных путей, при выходе из отеля налево). Нам выпечка даже больше понравилась в супермаркете. В один день пришла к открытию - при мне всю старую выпечку убрали со стелажей, положили свежую, еще горячую. Интернет в отеле без проблем. Отель находится на улице, где много разных магазинчиков, бутиков. Кому нужен шопинг - очень удобно. На обратном пути воспользовались трансфером от отеля до аэропорта. Приехал во время, водитель - интеллигентный, стройный, симпатичный молодой мужчина. Как объяснил сотрудник рецепции - лучший таксист Брюсселя:) Ехали на мерседесе (минивен, кожаный салон). Обошлось в 3500 рублей. Кстати, на пути из аэропорта в отель воспользовались услуги такси с сайта Booking. Встретили вовремя, в зоне прилета, с табличкой (планшетом) с фамилией в руках. Машина оказалась BMW ( были приятно удивлены "эконом" варианту). Обошлось в 2400 руб. Рекомендуем и тот, и другой вариант. Брюссель понравился. Путешествовали самостоятельно. Один день посвятили Брюгге - вот это оказалась реально Рождественской сказкой, очень рекомендуем.

Отель отличный. В номере было исключительно чистото. Уборка на высшем уровне. Мебель новая. Номер большой. Полностью соответствовал фотографии. В номере чайник, чайные принадлежности, кофе машина, 2 маленькие бутылки воды. Утюг. Хороший фен. Гелей-шампуней было в достаточном количестве. Ванная комната просто огромная - есть и ванна, и душевая кабина. Туалет отдельно. В ванной пол с подогревом. Один раз брали завтраки. По выходным на них скидка 50%, на детей скидка ещё 50%. Завтрак отличный: хорошая мясная и сырная нарезки, горячие блюда, яйца всех видов, био йогурты, много выпечки, апельсиновый фрэш, смузи. На за полную цену дороговато. Персонал на рецепции доброжелательный, говорит на английском. Всегда в свободном доступе свежая пресса на английском и французском. Что касается расположения. Это центральная улица со всеми дорогими бутиками, парикмахерскими, шоколадными магазинами. Но после 19.00 жизнь на ней останавливается. За считанные минуты она становится пустынной. Абсолютно. Всё закрывается в 18.30-19.00. Общепита в радиусе нескольких километров нет. В 2 минутах от отеля есть супермаркет. Кафе и вечерняя жизнь только в старом городе. Это 30 минут пешком или 7-10 минут на трамвае. Остановка трамвая рядом с отелем. Минутах в 10 от отеля остановка метро - удобно добираться до основных музеев и Мини Европы.

В трехместном номере 2 душевые, 2 умывальника, несколько больших зеркал, нормальной мощности фен, большое количество вешалок, гладилка, каждый день чистые полотенца и средства гигиены, плотные шторы на панорамном окне, тепло в номере, удобная большая кровать с 2 подушками для каждого. К тому же красивый интерьер. Для троих девушек номер супер комфортный. Мы остались в восторге.

Уборка на второй день была очень поверхностная и ванная была плохо убрана. На третий день уборки вообще не было, так как нам вручили какой-то жетон и не объяснили, что с ним делать. А он оказывается был для уборки или 5 евро скидки на баре на выбор. И мы с этим жетоном ничего не сделали, что автоматически засчиталось как скидка для бара вместо уборки.

Парковка очень низкая. Микроавтобус заезжает впритык.

Номер - большой, кровати - комфортные, матрасы - высоченные, одеяла тёплые и пушистые, кофе - вкусный, завтрак - ооочень хороший (если бронировать заранее - будет большая скидка, уточняйте, они присылают за несколько дней до заезда специальные цены), мыло-шампунь в ванной - фирма Algotherm, в холле отеля предлагают лимонад и иногда появляются подносы с яблоками (наверное - всегда, просто их быстро разбирают), а на стойки рецепции угощают комплиментами от шеф-повара - небольшими порционными десертами; в номере к чаю-кофе дают горячий шоколад (очень вкусный) и пару печенек. И воду. До отеля добирались от Центрального вокзала на 93-м трамвае от остановки Парк (до неё немножко пройти в горку, но это не критично) Месторасположения - отличное: живая улица, благополучный район, рядом магазины - пару продуктовых и всякие другие - с одеждой, парфюмерией и так далее, а также Apple store. Мы бронировали отель по аукционной цене (примерно на 30 процентов меньше обычной) и за эти деньги были очень и очень удовлетворены всем происходящим :) Спасибо вам, команда отеля!

Санузел нуждается в некоторой реновации, но это не имеет большого значения, потому что там чисто, тепло, полотенец много, фен работает и в общем и целом всё хорошо.

Удобное расположение, отличный район. Рядом станция метро и остановка трамвая. Есть магазины и ресторанчики. Вообщем все самое необходимое в пешей доступности.

Хороший отель! Вкусные завтраки. Один маленький минус - это фен в ванной комнате . Он просто выключался через пару минут работы от перегрева и приходилась ждать пока он снова включиться.
