Perfect location in the middle of the historical center, the rooms are quiet and fantastic, furnished only with high end materials (the mattress is one of the best we've ever slept in): amongst all the great feature of this splendid hotel the staff stands out as its flagship, better than many famous 5 stars hotel we've been to. One of the best hotel of Belgium for a good reason: totally recommended.

Staff, location, comfy beds, great food. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff were amazing, in all areas of the hotel the staff were attentive, fun and always making sure we were being liked after. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Service is something you measure, hospitality is something you feel. This was an exceptionally good weekend break, a beautiful hotel with great facilities and service, well done. Thank you to all staff and management for making this a great stay.

Very good hotel with an ideal location in Brussels. The personnel is helpful and welcoming. Nice rooms, but possibly a bit small, I got what they called a luxury room, but ii was still a bit too small for my expectations. Very clean and quiet.

Certain extra are absolutely overpriced (a small bottle of water from the fridge 9€..., the brekfast...).

Location is perfect just few minutes walk to the main sights of the city. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was good but unfortunately I can not say the same about the breakfast. Bar in the hotel is very good also. My request about rooms was fulfilled perfectly.

I didn't like that we had to be in the line for the breakfast and we had to wait almost 10 minutes to get the table. Probably the restaurant is not equipped for so many people that's why we've spent for breakfast more then hour. It is a pity, but I have to say if you want to have a good and fast breakfast it's better to go to the nearest brasserie.

Location is excellent yet quiet in the rooms. Food and bar drinks expensive but normal for location in Brussels. Rooms superb- excellent attention to details and extremely comfortable bed. Feeling of elegance and luxury in the hotel with beautiful furniture and fabrics. Staff helpful pleasant and courteous.

Arrived late and left early but the hotel still left a very good impression. Excellent location with valet parking. Helpful staff and understated rooms. Especially like the nice touch of Tintin posters in the room. The concierge was excellent.

Perfect location for a city stay in Brussels. Close to many restaurants the Grand Place and train station. I have stayed there on 4 occasions now and wouldn't hesitate going back or recommending to anyone. Their Italian restaurant is fantastic

Breakfast was not well organized, there was no waiting line, people came from all sides. Manager was running aimlessly everywhere trying to give directions to his stuff - without understanding how to deal with crowd. Ideally, they should have proper waiting area and ask guests to come one by one to organized tables. Waffles could not be compared to Dandoy. The staff first brought us wrong order and even insisted that we drink Anericano ( seriously why on earth we would switch latte to Americano !) and then forgot to bring latte. After waiting for 15 minutes we had no option but to leave for coffee at Mocafe St Hubert Galleries . From next day onwards we just skipped the breakfast at hotel though it was included in the rate and enjoyed Mocafe.

No tea or coffee in the room.

Front desk staff was wonderful -- rooms were comfortable.

Horrible service in restaurant ( being a single female travel likely contributed to this); room was very poorly insulated re:noise. Heard everything all night.

Очень удачное расположение - все достопримечательности, как на ладони! Один из лучших отелей. Очень комфортное проживание и обслуживание. В отеле останавливалось большое количество мировых звезд.

Отель очень хороший! Внимательный и дружелюбный персонал, очень хороший завтрак. Прекрасное расположение! Очень понравился консьерж, помог забронировать замечательный ресторан.

Потрясающий отель в самом сердце столицы Бельгии. Абсолютно комфортный во всём! Профессиональный персонал отеля во всех его подразделениях. Останавливались неоднократно и всегда чувствовали внимание сотрудников и высокое качество проживания. Вернёмся снова!!!

В лобби баре вкусно кормят. Завтраки хорошие. Отличное расположение отеля.

В номере нет кофеварки и чайника. Обслуживающий персонал на завтраке не приветливый.

Отличное местоположение - все рядом. Вид на крыши и храмы. Не очень большой, но уютный и удобный номер. Интересные интерьеры. Доброжелательный персонал. На мой ДР принесли открытку, подписанную от руки и шоколад - очень мило!

Завтраки достаточно дорогие, а выбор очень и очень скромный. Вроде, основное все есть, а ...есть нечего)) и как-то безвкусно. Сходили один раз, остальное время посещали близлежащие кафе

Отель великолепно расположен в самом центре, рядом с большинством достопримечательностей. Заботливые менеджеры на приеме и выписке. Номер просто сказочный по удобству: чисто и просторно. Было приятно на завтраке увидеть аутентичные бельгийские вафли. Отдельная благодарность обаятельной девушке-консьержу (к сожалению, не смогла вспомнить ее имя), которая смогла поздно вечером в пятницу организовать нам стол в отличном мишленовском ресторане.

Очень долго вызывали такси из отеля (ждали минут по 15).
