Минусы: Some of the new renovations were not checked thoroughly for functionality. Toilet ran and needed adjustment. The sliding door into the bathroom could not be opened or closed without significant effort. Maintenance could not fix it as the door is too heavy

Минусы: The AC in the room had a very strong fan, even when turned down low - it did not extend to the bed so it worked for me but if I had sat at the desk, it was to the point of uncomfortable. But the overall hotel experience was first rate.

Минусы: Такого нет. Разве что аромат парфюма в лобби на любителя. Нам совсем не понравился, хотелось быстрее пройти эту зону и выйти на улицу. Но это уже мелочи.

Минусы: "valet" parking was a joke. So expensive to park and they did not bring the car to the front of the hotel, even when the elevator was broken. I had to carry my bags around the hotel and down stairs. Nobody at the hotel offered any kind of assistance. Unacceptable for the cost. I am so disappointed, won't stay there again likely.

Консьерж возьмет у вас ключи от машины, выдаст талон на машину и талон на багаж, а об остальном можете уже не беспокоиться. Вообще, весь персонал очень радушный. И все всегда готовы помочь. У нас было пару ситуаций, мы сами не справились бы. Очень признательна и консьерж-сервису и управляющему. Огромные номера, всегда горячая вода. Очень чисто. Есть халаты и тапочки по запросу. Роскошная постель. Чай, кофе, вода в номере. Есть мини-бар. В этот раз был номер с балкончиком - вид вообще супер. В отеле свой ресторан, работает целый день. Есть рум-сервис. Можно не беспокоиться на счет еды. Рядом с отелем - куча ресторанов в пешей доступности, маленькие и большие магазины, бутики, фуд-маркет. В 10 минутах ходьбы - набережная, достопримечательности, Аквариум и пирс, от которого отходят кораблики посмотреть китов.

Плюсы: Отель оочень понравился! Он расположен в самом центре старого города, в пешей доступности от набережной, пирса и Аквариума. Ресторан большой, работает целый день. Буфета нет, но на завтрак готовят все что угодно на заказ - обширное меню. Обед и ужин допоздна. В номерах очень чисто, огромные санузлы, все новое, комфортные кровати, одеяла, подушки. Но главный критерий, по которому мы выбрали отель посреди ночи под проливным дождем, отказавшись от ранее забронированного другого отеля, это наличие собственной парковки и службы консьержей, которая на центральном входе круглосуточно! забирает ваш багаж и машину, доставляет багаж в номер, а машину ставит на паркинг. И по звонку привозит ее на главный вход, загружая в нее весь багаж (я была с порванной связкой на ноге, ребенком и у нас на двоих было 6! чемоданов. В другом отеле нам предложили выгружать их самостоятельно с моим костылем, а машину поставить на парковку в соседнем квартале). Так что спасибо всей команде нам очень понравился отель - сервис на высшем уровне! За углом у отеля - пешеходный променад с маркетом, сувенирчиками, быстрой едой, на пирсе мы купили билеты на катер - поехать, посмотреть китов (это в Бостоне - пункт№1 из достопримечательностей), сходили в Аквариум, недалеко останавливается автобус Sightseeing tours (консьерж подскажет), прям напротив отеля - магазин Sephora (для девочек).

Плюсы: We had a great stay in Boston. The hotel room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. The staff, the doormen, clerks at the counter, and the room cleaning staff were all very friendly and eager to make sure everything was going well for us. We met some family there and really appreciated that the hotel reserved our rooms right next to each other. The location can't be beat. Fannuiel Hall, Quincy Market, and the Freedom Trail are right across the street as well as several bars and restaurants. The historic bars and oyster house are only 3 blocks away. We felt comfortable walking around at night. The North End, with the Italian restaurants, is only a short walk away. We felt safe walking there, also, every night for dinner or those awesome cannolis and pastries. We enjoyed the restaurant, North 26, which is attached to the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were able to have our last drink along with some cannolis and cards every night. As in previous reviews, we could hear the live music at night but it quit about 11pm. The music did not keep us awake. The taxi/Uber ride to the airport was only 30 minutes, and that was during rush hour.

Мы попросили - нас переселили. Так что, если загрузка отеля позволяет, то можно решить. И на завтраке уж очень вальяжно обслуживают - когда надо спешить, то не очень.

Плюсы: Отель оочень понравился! Он расположен в самом центре старого города, в пешей доступности от набережной, пирса и Аквариума. Ресторан большой, работает целый день. Буфета нет, но на завтрак готовят все что угодно на заказ - обширное меню. Обед и ужин допоздна. В номерах очень чисто, огромные санузлы, все новое, комфортные кровати, одеяла, подушки. Но главный критерий, по которому мы выбрали отель посреди ночи под проливным дождем, отказавшись от ранее забронированного другого отеля, это наличие собственной парковки и службы консьержей, которая на центральном входе круглосуточно! забирает ваш багаж и машину, доставляет багаж в номер, а машину ставит на паркинг. И по звонку привозит ее на главный вход, загружая в нее весь багаж (я была с порванной связкой на ноге, ребенком и у нас на двоих было 6! чемоданов. В другом отеле нам предложили выгружать их самостоятельно с моим костылем, а машину поставить на парковку в соседнем квартале). Так что спасибо всей команде нам очень понравился отель - сервис на высшем уровне! За углом у отеля - пешеходный променад с маркетом, сувенирчиками, быстрой едой, на пирсе мы купили билеты на катер - поехать, посмотреть китов (это в Бостоне - пункт№1 из достопримечательностей), сходили в Аквариум, недалеко останавливается автобус Sightseeing tours (консьерж подскажет), прям напротив отеля - магазин Sephora (для девочек).
Минусы: Все очень понравилось! В первом номере, который нам предложили, было очень шумно от системы кондиционирования за окном, но нам сразу же номер поменяли. Так что я, повторюсь, в восторге от сервиса отеля.

Плюсы: We had a great stay in Boston. The hotel room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. The staff, the doormen, clerks at the counter, and the room cleaning staff were all very friendly and eager to make sure everything was going well for us. We met some family there and really appreciated that the hotel reserved our rooms right next to each other. The location can't be beat. Fannuiel Hall, Quincy Market, and the Freedom Trail are right across the street as well as several bars and restaurants. The historic bars and oyster house are only 3 blocks away. We felt comfortable walking around at night. The North End, with the Italian restaurants, is only a short walk away. We felt safe walking there, also, every night for dinner or those awesome cannolis and pastries. We enjoyed the restaurant, North 26, which is attached to the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were able to have our last drink along with some cannolis and cards every night. As in previous reviews, we could hear the live music at night but it quit about 11pm. The music did not keep us awake. The taxi/Uber ride to the airport was only 30 minutes, and that was during rush hour.

Минусы: Room was a bit tight for 3 of us but ok The soap pumps were not dispensing smoothly or easily and needed an under cleaning on their rack which was loaded with moldy soap scum. . Room cleaning was altogether skipped on second day - perhaps we left hotel late ?.

I wasnt feeling well, and was traveling alone without my husband and was asking directions and just to be sure I asked twice, he seemed to have went out of his way to "emphasize" how he had given me proper directions. I reiterated I was just making sure and he rolled his eyes at me.

Плюсы: Last night was the first time I stayed at The Boxer. It was fabulous. Reasonable price for such a great location. My friend and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. She ordered a chicken dish. The manager came over & advised they had run out and apologized. He made recommendations for alternate dishes. While waiting for our meal, the manager brought us a complimentary appetizer for not having my friends 1st choice. Delicious brussel sprouts! When our main course was ready, it was delivered by the chef. Such a pleasant surprise. He was delightful to talk to. Dinner was excellent, served quickly ( we were on our way to a show) by a wonderfully pleasant staff at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back.

Плюсы: Очень понравились дизайнерские приемы в оформлении отеля. Необычно, но при этом элегантно. Уютная зона отдыха с баром у ресепшн. Чистота идеальная. Номер компактный со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Из окна открывается симпатичный вид на город. Жаль, что балкон закрыт. Но, понятно, что с точки зрения безопасности это правильное решение. Расположение отличное - 10 минут до парка Boston Common и Freedom Trail (Тропа Свободы), по которой мы очередной раз прогулялись с огромным удовольствием. Рядом с отелем огромное количество ресторанов и баров. Персоналу, однозначно, ставлю 10 баллов! Отдельное спасибо за раннее заселение.

Boston Common literally 5 minute walk, Faneuil Hall 25 minute walk and 10 minute walk to Macy’s ...no need for taxis at all unless you are in a hurry and concierge could get a taxi for you in 5 minutes. Best aspect of this hotel was the beds and pillows, the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Staff very helpful and friendly and rooms spotless and very modern. Would recommend this hotel and when going to Boston again would definitely stay here.

Плюсы: The hotel was great, or should I say the “YOTEL” was great. Really liked the location. Loved that my main transportation the “T” was right next door to the YOTEL so it was easy getting everywhere I needed. And the facilities across the street were the best. I always had somewhere close to dine in, or get a coffee when I needed. And the staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were very clean, and there were no complaints. I recommend you give this place a visit. It’s absolutely fantastic. A great stay for your money.

Минусы: Got the Wow suite for $1,500 for a birthday party and got a warning at 11pm from 3 security to be quiet. They should make their room sound proof if they’re charging that much. Ppl that stays at W is boring people so don’t disturb them. Don’t book here for any events. Encore Boston is a much better choice.

We were about a 2 min walk from the Quincy Market which is important when travel long with small children. The room was so clean and cozy without feeling too small.

We were up early most days so didn't interfere with our plans, but if you wanted to sleep past 9am the rooms at the front of the hotel were essentially uninhabitable because of the noise - check building has finished before booking!

Минусы: Great location great facility but unfortunately they advertise free parking and that’s not true I was given a bill for $106 for a two night stay for parking when the site says it’s free at least on Expedia site. When I brought it to the front desk they were at least kind enough to split it with me . Other than that absolutely gorgeous place. But parking is not free.

Минусы: No free WiFi (even though they said basic was free- it wasn’t because it didn’t work) no mini fridge in the room which was kind of surprising/a bit of a let down - I’ve stayed at a lot of places, some nicer than here some way less nice... all of which had a mini fridge in the room. Also kind of lousy they charge $3 each for the 2 water bottles they leave in the room!!! Unless you’re a member. For being in downtown Boston, no bottled water and no fridge to put purchased waters in? Just weird.

Плюсы: Staff was exceptional. Although there was a slight delay at check-in, but was fully understandable as they were completely booked. I fully appreciated the staff there as everyone was very personable and friendly. 10/10 hotel and staff. Will be returning in the future and will recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay that is well worth the money.

Минусы: We had to change rooms because the first room was above the sliding automatic door and valet. Very. Loud. Not sure how anyone can stay in that room! Then when leaving, we waited AN HOUR for valet to bring our car. An hour. They forgot about us. We complained twice waiting. Said they would credit us. I'm not holding my breathe.

One of the most representative luxuries of this lavish city. The personalities gallery does not fit in this review. There is a historian on staff. They have all kind of rooms according to your economic capacity. It houses one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in my life. Coffee, tea, water and other products everyday replaced. The staff is fully up to the circumstances. I quote this time Mr. Abdulai, Mr. Jorge in charge of the suitcases and, above all, Mr. Yunes, worthy example of the quality that this unforgettable and delightful hotel offers to you. Long life the Parker!
