Минусы: Service in dining room was poor. The manager told me I was reading the menu incorrectly, then once I pointed it out to her, she acknowledged I was correct. Later came back to tell me that I should remember for future reference that what was printed on the menu was actually wrong and what she told me was right!

Минусы: Everything else - the hotel is in need of complete refurbishment , the breakfast is poor , my room #1123 was cold and noise constantly emanating from a/c & heating unit and whatever plant & machinery was adjoining the room . The staff were disinterested , unprofessional and had no personality . I don’t recall seeing any senior management overseeing staff . My colleague and I walked out the bar after waiting 15 minutes to be served and it wasn’t even that busy - bar staff seemed content to just serve small number of regular customers that they knew and ignored us completely .

Минусы: Room 419 heater did not work. It was freezing and engineering told us the the temperature was 75 degrees when it felt like 35 degrees. Heater was fixed after two hours; however, the heater was so loud, like an airplane engine.

Плюсы: I actually loved the quirkiness of the property. It was extremely well executed. The breakfast food was terrific! America, on the whole, has absolutely no idea what healthy or fresh food looks like. Verb on the other hand does, so it is a refreshing surprise to get edible produce in America. I thought the turntable was odd to start with, but after putting on 'Let it be' a couple of times, I was a convert. Thank you for the surprise. I also loved the professionalism of the staff. I got to see a staff meeting and was impressed.

До станции метро минут 15 пешком, примерно на таком же расстоянии - есть прачечные автоматы (койн лондри). Берите с собой зубные щетки! остальное -есть.

Минусы: The fan was broken in the room and I mentioned it to two people at the front desk. Both said that they would send someone up with a replacement. That did not happen. Front desk associates were chatting with the valet or using a personal cell.

Минусы: The parking is an absolute ripoff so had to park elsewhere. I thought $35 was bad in LA. Verb was close to double. Also, a weird rule that you cannot have drinks in your room unless purchased from the bar next door. Not that we breached the rule, but just odd. Also, please get rid of the weird robes.

Минусы: When we got there, there was another charge of $16.00 to use the pool and bar which we were not told about previously. Also we used the pool but there was nowhere to get drinks until 5pm, would have been good to have somewhere to get drinks.

Может такая же картина и в других американских отелях - избалованные азиатским сервисом, такой завтрак даже на 3 оценить нельзя. Ну хотя бы были бы яйца и пара видов овощей!

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with high quality toiletries (Malin+Goetz), a nice, separate living area. Breakfast at the Eastern Standard Grill was excellent, well worth the extra$, weekend brunch was a deal, also great service by the courteous staffs. A Starbucks & a convenient store right next door. Hi speed Wifi's good. In all, we had a very pleasant stay there for the whole week.

Минусы: The first night, there was a very noisy neighbor and I could hear this lady arguing with someone quite clearly until 3am!! Horrible! Guess they checked out so the rest of the week was just fine, only some noise when people talked by the corridor. No in-room coffee/tea maker.

And when we called the desk, they said the cleaning service is closed so they will clean up tomorrow--they refuse to clean and say it without an apology. I really don;t appreciate that and I did not expect this quality of service. But it is the 1st day of the trip, the rest of the stay is pretty good, so I guess it's just that person annoyed or something.

Минусы: This was not one of my better experiences at the hotel. The room we were first checked into was missing privacy curtains. We were told this would be fixed. When we got back to our room at 1 AM it still was not resolved and we had to switch rooms.

Минусы: The hotel walls were paper thin. A wedding party stayed at the hotel that night and it was sososo loud!!! We could hear all of their conversations from midnight till 3am. Also ask for King or double beds. My husband daughter and I slept in a Queen.

The maid was excessively noisy waking people w her banging on doors to wake guests. I was sleeping late and needed to but couldn't. I ordered wine. They never asked if I needed it opened. I don't carry a wine opener. Why would I?

Минусы: There was a glitch between booking.com and hotel, my booking was not found in the hotel's system. But the reception staff was great she was able to accomodate me. Limited tea bags in the room and need to use the coffee machine to make the hot water for tea causing the hot water taste and smell like coffee.

I have stayed in several Marriotts..Albany, Glasgow, ... but will not stay again and I will let friends and travel organizations k’ow About this mean spirited gesture . Please send me the $ for the 2 days u charged when we cancelled due to outside weather circumstances

Минусы: Way too expensive for quality; chose because of location. On my way to a meeting, I intended to drop car with valet and have bags brought in. Was NEVER mentioned the hotel was UNDER CONSTRUCTION: NO valet, NO restaurant, NO bar, and "tired" overall.

Минусы: Room was small, no chairs to seat, no desk. No coffee/ tea maker in room (although available 24/24 on 7th floor lounge). Toilet also very small with a lavatory in the corner (no counter space) and a small glass shelf above.

Плюсы: What I like is the spacious private bathroom.
Минусы: Safety. The fire alarm went off because of a malfunctioning boiler when I was there. I didn’t had a chance to take my breakfast since I need to go early to catch my flight, breakfast starts at 7:10. The staff did not even offer me coffee when I checked out at around 6:30 am despite it was already set up in the kitchen. Despite the fact that I told the staff when I checked in if I can have an early breakfast, they just dismissed my request.

В номере было шумновато - окно выходило на достаточно загруженную транспортом улицу.

Минусы: I sleep the second of the bunk bed. Although it can't be helped, the second of the bunk bed is shaken. Also, since there is an outlet on the first stage, those who use the second stage need a long cable. But, the bed is comfortable for me.

Плюсы: Everything. The staff are amazingly helpful, they couldn't help me enough, the room was the best I had stayed in through my trip including Hilton's in New York. The location is fantastic, easy to find, so many public transport links, yet you can walk to everywhere (I spent a whole day just walking Boston without using transport and easily made my way back to the hotel even from the USS Constitution monument) I plan on returning to Boston and definitely will stay here again. Best few nights sleep i had throughout my New York/Boston trip and highly recommended, especially as a female lone visitor, I couldn't have felt safer or more looked after. Really can't commend the staff enough, they solved every issue I had with a big snow storm coming and had plenty of time for me. Made my trip.

There are TWO Subway stations about four minutes walk away AND another two and a rail station about 8 minutes walk away so you don’t need to waste money on cabs. There are plenty of shops near and a handy Seven Elev3n shop about 3 minutes away which had plenty of food including some hot options. Security at night is excellent so you don’t have strangers wandering in hotel. Near the bus stop back to the airport.

Минусы: The minute I started walking down the DARK, low ceiling hallway to my room, I started to have my doubts. The room was a nice size. The shower curtain has seen better days. The bathroom fan was LOUD, and had to be on to have light.

Минусы: The only thing I was missing was a snack/cafe bar as there are vending machines for drinks but nothing for a quick snack, although there are plenty of places within 5/10minutes walk, it's just for that grabbing a bag of crisps kind of thing late at night.
