Плюсы: Everything

Плюсы: По сравнению с другими отелями Бирмингема, этот пока лучший.

Минусы: Завтрак очень средний, хотя хорошие завтраки в Англии встречаются редко.

Плюсы: There was no power on the Friday which we warned about but unfortunately we also had no power on Friday evening or early Saturday morning. Unable to shower and a missed breakfast. We were showed to the wrong room on arrival and there were people still in bed (embarrassing). No compensation for this which was very disappointing.

Минусы: The property is a actually very nice but the lack of power and being charged full price doesn’t seem quite right.

Минусы: Air conditioning was noisy switching on and off through the night giving a poor nights sleep. No clear controls to switch AC off

Минусы: elevators were ridiculously slow. Room service was so-so

Плюсы: Location was ideal for the convention center. Room was comfortable but basic enough for a business class room. Shower had weak water pressure and was cramped for anyone over 6ft tall..

Минусы: Power cut on the final day was unavoidable but was poorly communicated with an overly busy notice outside the lifts - one of which was out of order anyway. Reception staff didn't mention it and there was no notices issued to the guest rooms. My breakfast was supposed to be in the Regency Club on the 22nd floor but this wasn't communicated well on check in ("you can avail of breakfast at the RC" instead of "the breakfast included in your rate is served at the RC") and I had to pay for a breakfast on the ground floor.

Минусы: The breakfast host on the morning of the 29/09/19 was rude and unfriendly. He made me feel like an intruder rather than a guest. I wanted to cry and it ruined my entire experience.

Плюсы: All staff were 'on it' - helpful and awake! Bed very comfy. Great breakfast. When I left seat to get cooked breakfast they had made me a fresh coffee - without me needing to ask.

Минусы: All great really. Booked well in advance so got a very good rate. They are digging up outisde but I did not hear them (Birmingham trams)

Плюсы: My husband and I were celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel was experiencing some problems with the power supply but they did everything they could to solve the situation and kept us informed of what was happening.

Плюсы: I’ve previously stayed at the Hyatt with no issue but this time I was booked into a room on a floor with lots of renovation works and was not informed of this. So from 8am the was woken by drilling and construction work inside the hotel. I am aware there is work going on around Birmingham but I do not understand why the floor is allowed to be occupied when their is work going on on the floor. I didn’t like anything about the hotel the staff were unhelpful and

Минусы: Everything! The staff didn’t care that I was unhappy they just said “ Did you report it?” I said yes I’m reporting it to you right now. Why didn’t you tell me or offer me a new room? I’ve paid almost £400 to have an awful nights sleep and you’re acting completely indifferent. Obviously once the payment is made Hyatt don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

Минусы: Dodgy stain on the middle end of the comfey chair in the room. The spa was not luxury that the photos eluded to and the sauna and steam room was small and packed. Kids kept running in and out letting all the hot air out. Need access to more lifts to reduce congestion of guests. Lifts are not used in a fire so why they are closed Im not sure.I was squished to the side of lift when member of staff used it for transporting a fold up bed. The traffic was absolutely horrendous and when we came to the hotel with our car at 10pm the porter said it was chock a block and at the same time received a back hand payment off another person right infront of me and he directed me to the expensive car park near sea life centre and got drenched on the way back to the hotel after waiting in traffic again. I was very disappointed with our stay and I guess if you stay in a penthouse, only then you may receive a luxury experience perhaps. I was very much looking forward to staying at the Hyatt and to feel recharged but unfortunately I left feeling more irritated and wished I'd stayed at home.

Плюсы: The breakfast was healthy and nutritious. The location of the hotel was good. It was a walking distance from the station and taxis are available close to the hotel. The street is a very happening one.

Минусы: It would be nice if the bathroom had a tiny tube of toothpaste. I was unprepared and did not bring a toothpaste. Bought one from the grocery store the next day but was too tired on the day of arrival.

Минусы: The bathroom was a little tired looking. The water fountain didn't work in the conference room Check in was a bit slow

Плюсы: The hotel lobby is beautiful and the location was great for us! Not too far from the main shopping centre and close to the nightlife area!

Минусы: Nothing

Плюсы: Welcoming staff. Good service. Clean and tidy.!

Минусы: Had a bit a a wait at the bar on arrival. Travelled from London without a stop. Needed a drink before going to our room. No lemon cordial for soda and lime. Waited 15 mins to squeeze a lime. Watched other guest wait and then leave as there was no one attending the bar. One quest had to go and find someone to ask them to get assistance at the bar. 20 minutes be wasted.

Минусы: The dirty cup in the bedroom, lipstick allover the rim.

Минусы: I had booked 5 rooms and I had to pay for each one individually. It took ages.

Минусы: Rang 0 three times on Monday evening and did not get a reply. This is not a criticism but an observation in case of an emergency.l

Car park right beside hotel Taxi rank opposite hotel entrance Well under 5 mins to Bullring / Bullring Car park Nice room with plenty of natural light through windows (superior room: 502) Nice lobby - Ok bar - Snacks & Toiletries section Breakfast was fine Only negative - Lifts were slow ! But this is nothing in light of all the good points. Was impressed by evening security on the entrance of the hotel - asking to see the room key card before entering. For the price & what we were expecting we were more than happy

Плюсы: Отличное местоположение. Рядом много интересных мест.

Минусы: При оплате наличными отель блокирует 80% стоимости на счету, блок снимают при выписке из отеля, но банк это делает не сразу. При оплате картой блокируется вся сумма и списывается при выписке. У меня списали 3 раза, вернули через 3 дня.

Плюсы: Everything, good clean room in central location

Минусы: Bedroom very small, bathroom dirty, no curtains and room not cleaned leaving us with dirty cups

Плюсы: Central place for clubs and restaurants and for everything I wanted to do was near and within walking distance.

Минусы: Could hear the noise from the club across the road

Плюсы: Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfy.

Минусы: Hard to get to with road works

Плюсы: Very clean great location, all staff so lovely except for one?

Минусы: The young girl who was on reception when we arrived, made me feel very unwelcome, I felt I was a inconvenience to her. No smiles, no eye contact, very dry welcome, this girl is Not a credit to your hotel, maybe she needs to work in the laundry room we’re no one will see her miserable face. She is slim with long dark hair in a ponytail, petite figure, I think she was English.

Плюсы: Our stay was good I tried calling reception for help one evening and no one answered also taking payment from my card u should of taken one payment as I had one invoice when I ordered both rooms. Other than that our stay was good

Минусы: Breakfast and the look of the rooms

Плюсы: The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice. Check in and out were straight forward. I felt safe as a woman travelling on business alone.

Минусы: Men hogged the gym equipment in the morning and one running machine was not working. I went for a walk outside in the dark which wasn't ideal.

Минусы: Duvet quilt was filfty pillows chap and bumpy. The iron was sticky due to not being previously cleaned and stained both my shirts which I was suppose to wear for a conference meeting. The iron also was broken so when you moved the iron the water poured out . Asked for porridge and it wasnt cooked . The tea was always cold. 3 of our other guests also Complained. Would never stay there again

Минусы: Bed duvet was very light and the room temperature switch was not working. Woke up multiple times with how cold the room was. Room fridge did not even have a bottle of water in it.

Минусы: Expensive drinks £12.50 for a double gin and tonic. Location was very noisy on broad street. People in road drinking, fighting and screaming all night, therefore very little sleep. Car parking extortionate for guests!

Плюсы: расположен отель очень близко к Арене и Аквариуму, можно рядом найти лодки и насладиться каналами с птицами и их окружением, прогуляться по улицам и сделать замечательные фотографии. В отеле есть игры для детей и замечательный ресторан с детским меню. Номера стандартные для Европы, но большие для Великобритании.

Минусы: сделать ремонт в туалетной комнате, очень грустно
