Плюсы: Superb location right in centre of town. Excellent staff who made arriving with a car very easy, whisking it away into the hotel garage. Everyone helpful and friendly. Good restaurant recommendations.Breakfast buffet on top floor or continental breakfast available in ground floor café.

Плюсы: Architecturally very cool. Modern, clean lines. Room was fabulous...great big bathroom, big comfortable bed, great floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the balcony. Balcony looks over the Guggenheim. Breakfast on the rooftop is not to be missed. Extremely pleasant staff.

Плюсы: Our room had amazing views of the Guggenheim! The location is great, good service and tasteful decor throughout. There is a large rooftop with a restaurant where we enjoyed relaxing and taking in the spectacular views!

Плюсы: The hotel is fairly central. Secure parking onsite. €20 per night.

Минусы: I had emailed in advance to ask if there was parking and the cost but never received a reply which I found a bit odd. We arrived early and left our bags with the porter and went out to explore. We came back and checked in and were told our bags would be sent to our room. We waited for an hour then I called to chase. I was told they would be right up. After fifteen minutes I went and collected them myself. The shower in our room was broken in that it didn’t stay up when turned on so we had to hold it. The glass partition at the bath wasn’t sealed so after a shower the bathroom floor was flooded. I raised this all at check out as we had only stayed one night and was told that they would let maintenance know. I would have expected to have been given the parking complimentary at least - but no. The one thing I didn’t raise was I had booked a double and we had a twin room - not a huge problem as only one night and both twin beds were nice and large. So whilst it was fine I personally wouldn’t rush back, but I’m sure the vast majortity of visitors will have better experiences.

Минусы: I think the in-room information about the facilities at the hotel need improvement. And the City Map should be a bit bigger! Had to get another from the Tourist Info centre

Плюсы: Majority of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast choices were great. Location of hotel ideal has most places are good walking distance.

Минусы: On preparing to leave the car park the attendant had a bad attitude. I was needing a little time to place luggage and belongings into the car but he wanted me to kind of drive out straight away. This was the opposite to a different attendant the evening before who was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Плюсы: Great hotel in a great location, closer to local tapas bars and a short walk to the Guggenheim. Staff were fabulous and the roof terrace fantastic tho not cheap. They had underground parking for 10 euros for a motor bike much needed as street parking is limited. We didn’t have time for breakfast but it looked fab tho pricey- 20 euros- best book breakfast included!

Плюсы: Хороший отель, до центра можно дойти пешком за 15-20 минут или доехать на метро (рядом есть остановка). Доброжелательный персонал (есть русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшн, которая помогала решать все возникающие недоразумения и подсказала с прогулкой по городу). При заселении приветственные шоколадки/леденцы/макаруны/вода в номере. Очень много косметических принадлежностей в номере, которые все время докладывают. Своя подземная парковка.

Минусы: Видно, что отель уже не очень новый, где-то просится ремонт (а где-то уже ведется, но работы не очень шумные, не мешают), но все компенсируется удобствами, потрепанность почти не замечается. Но вот система кондиционирования явно устарела.

Плюсы: Понравилось все, но кофемашина с капсулами особенно. Огромное спасибо персоналу.

Плюсы: Хорошее расположение. Вкусные завтраки. Спокойно и хорошо:)

Минусы: Всё идеально. Единственный момент не очень чистая ванна. Т.е. душевая кабина и сама ванная комната идеально чистые, но вот ванная не очень (видимо из-за конструкции её нелегко отмывать)...

Плюсы: Понравилось все. Месторасположение, наличие парковки, завтраки. Все прекрасно. Спасибо!

Плюсы: Enjoyed the pool. Rooms were nice, good location - 10 mins walk to Guggenheim and not far from town.

Плюсы: Big hotel with beautiful breakfast with a huge variety of options. Room was large and generally comfortable. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. I came back from a morning run and was given a bottle of water and a towel while waiting for the lift by a staff member. Loved these little touches which you don't often get in large hotels. Location was excellent.

Минусы: Shower can be tempormental. Some of the old gym equipment needs updating or replacing. The room 521 we were in is directly below the pool filters or pumps or some equipment related to the pool above our room. It runs 24 hours and you can hear the water. I presume all other rooms wouldn't have this issue.

Плюсы: Friendly efficient staff - hotel situated in a beautiful location within easy walking distance to all attractions and old town along river bank - room really comfortable - boat trip along river highlight of visit

Минусы: Stayed half board - limited choice on h/b menu but Fernando , the bar/restaurant manager provided extra options on second night - hot food in breakfast buffet not too hot

Минусы: pool should have been open earlier and closed later

Плюсы: We enjoyed the view from our room which was breath taking. Also the staff was very pleasant and professional in attending to our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Will stay in this hotel again without a doubt. Thanks for making our time in Bilbao a pleasant stay.

Плюсы: Location is great and breakfast was fabulous. Only real downgrade was the housekeeping, very little was replaced and no attention to detail. Coffee machine didn't work and some of the room things were starting to look a bit tired. We paid over £800 for 3 nights and probably expected a little more. I'm sure if we had worked harder we could have got better value.

Плюсы: Отель в центре города. Все в пешей доступности. Номер удобный, убирали в номере хорошо. Завтрак обычный: омлет, яйца, бекон, овощи, фрукты и т. д. Цена для завтрака дороговата!!!!

Минусы: Приехали на машине. Парковка под отелем. Как мы поняли- это парковка отельная. Почему за дополнительную плату? Это вопрос? Отель 4 звезды может позволить парковку бесплатно.

Плюсы: The room was well sound proofed and quiet. The location is great.. a short walk from all major attractions. Everything was clean. The check-in was quick and efficient.

Минусы: The breakfast was expensive so we went outside the hotel for our breakfast. The room was comfortable but I would have expected it to be more spacious for the cost of the room.

Минусы: The male receptionist on duty when we arrived was grumpy and unhelpful and could not care whether we lived or died. Conversely, the chap on duty the next morning was very helpful. Restaurant closed on both nights of our stay, the burger bar was a substitute. Split location made negotiating suitcases from reception to the rooms was difficult.

Плюсы: We had breakfast one morning, it was ok but so many places to have breakfast near the hotel that we went out after first morning. Our luggage didn't arrive with us but the hotel were so good giving extra toiletries, toothbrushes were a really nice touch. Everyone on reception helped us by trying to make phone calls for us. Eventually luggage arrived on Tue night, we were going home on Wed! Still enjoyed our trip and highly recommend this hotel

Плюсы: Отель - твердая четверка. Постель, завтрак, сантехника, оснащение номера - без нареканий. Завтраки, как и заявлено и показано на фото - разнообразны и идут в концепции модной хипстерской и зож тематики. Тортийи, омлеты, отличный хамон, разнообразные сыры, смузи, десерты, фрукты, хорошие кофемашины - все отлично, вкусно, обновляется оперативно. Сервис также без нареканий. Мы останавливались на 2 ночи с поздним заездом - заселили быстро и без дополнительных комиссий за поздний заезд. Была проблема с холодильником - он почему-то не работал или работал нестабильно, а у нас были с собой критичные к температуре сыры. Поскольку мы попали в Бильбао в период праздника в честь какого-то святого, ремонтная служба была недоступна. Однако, сотрудник отеля предложил выход из ситуации - поместить сумку с сырами в холодильник ресторана, что мы и сделали. Как итог - сыры успешно вернулись к нам при выезде из отеля без потерь =) Рядом с отелем большое количество ресторанчиков, куда можно сходить поесть. Метро в шаговой доступности. Ж/д и автовокзал в 10-15 минутах пешего хода.

Минусы: Хотелось бы более оперативного решения вопроса по починке или замене холодильника. Но мы там были всего 2 дня и, скорее всего, именно из-за небольшого срока пребывания эту проблему отложили "на потом".

Плюсы: nice hotel but rather big. Good place to visit the shopping area of the town.

Минусы: Not the hotels fault but drunken tourist groups in the bar are not fun to have around.

Плюсы: were offered a special deal on breakfast at 10E each and found it very good value, Bar and outdoor patio area was very good.

Плюсы: Good location, close to the bullfight ring, great restaurants and points of interest.

Минусы: They still have smoking rooms. It is outdated and I got one. By the time I noticed was already set up amd there were no other rooms with a king bed.
