Плюсы: This is a beautiful hotel in perfect central position in Bath. The Spa was such a daily luxury in a week of Christmas shopping. Staff are kind, helpful and work graciously to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Минусы: Housekeeping was inconsistent which was unexpected. We had to ask for some of the things that had not been replaced each day and found the room was not cleaned until after 4.30 one day which was unpleasant.

Плюсы: Отличный отель, полностью соответствует своим звездам. Кроме того, для такого города как Бат - это самый правильный отель - он в стиле, духе и настроении этого исторического города в котором отдыхали представители элиты времени расцвета Британской империи. В отеле термальный СПА. Прекрасно оснащённый, три бассейна, один со множеством массажных фишек. Отличный ресторан. Дорогущий, но с соответствующим обслуживанием. Если ваша цель устроить себе небольшой праздник жизни - это сюда. Ещё плюс - расположение в 5 мин от вокзала и через дорогу от современных общественных терм.

Минусы: Обратите внимание, что термы в отеле бесплатны для постояльцев с 7.00 до 9.00 и с 20.00 до 22.00. По факту это никакая не проблема. 2 часа в термальных водах - за глаза хватает. Не стоит лениться, с утра - самое лучшее время. Посетителей мало. Вечером больше. В иное время - 70£. Если бронируете вечером ресторан, то тоже обратите внимание, что дегустационное меню можно заказать только до 9.00 p.m.

Плюсы: Great location, lovely manner from staff and fabulous that spa facilities were included for staying guests!

Минусы: Our room was quite cold. The windows were open when we arrived (it’s December) and then the room had no heating/or maybe the wall controls on full just wouldn’t work but we made do with the bathroom towel rail heating. It was a small blip in an otherwise fantastic stay!

Плюсы: Amazing location. The hotel was finished really nicely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are great.

Минусы: Smelly bathroom from blocked drains. Our bedroom door was left open after being cleaned. Only being able to use the spa in specific hours at beginning and end of the day. (Should be more clear when booking)

Плюсы: Wonderful friendly staff. After check in the receptionist gave us a tour of the hotel upon arrival, which was helpful in locating the restaurant and spa. The spa although small was beautiful and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in.

Минусы: Breakfast was extremely pricey for what was served. For £30 I purchased a stack of 4 pancakes thinking that I would be served a standard sized pancake. Instead I was served pancakes so tiny they could fit inside a tea cup.

Плюсы: Много было гостей в эти дни . Ребята с чемоданами тем не менее хорошо управлялись . Отличный Спа ! В выходные для гостей бесплатно с 18до конца , по моему . И с утра пару часов . Хватает более чем . Завтрак не брала , не люблю фулинглиш.

Минусы: Номер на 4 этаже . Земли не видно . Какой то унылый парапет и колючкой прям перед глазами . За такие деньги вид как из комнаты прислуги как то не совсем то , что можно ожидать . Конечно номер под крышей и есть комната прислуги . Но не как не Делюкс. И не за такую цену

Плюсы: Ппекрасные спа. Очень камерно и уютно. Без лишней суеты. Прекрасное место для релакса.

Плюсы: Comfy bed, friendly staff.

Минусы: Decorating and fixtures outdated in room.

Плюсы: Сад в японском стиле с английским шиком давал потрясающее ощущения релакса и радости.

Минусы: Предоставить выбор чая к завтраку.

Минусы: Не понравилось, что Уборка в номере возможна лишь до 11:30. Что выезд в 10:30

Плюсы: Отличный отель, с дружелюбным персоналом. Комната оказалась больше, чем казалось по фотографиям. Несмотря на то что здание историческое, комнаты внутри со свежим ремонтом, хорошая ванная комната. Однако необходимо учитывать, что из-за "историчности" нет лифта (3 этажа) и кондиционера. И матрас был слишком мягкий, но это дело вкуса!

Плюсы: Great location within a ten minute walk to the main area of the city. We were really impressed with the hotel which was quiet with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts all very good. A few good quality pubs within a five minute walk- as the hotel only serves breakfast. We will definitely use again.

Минусы: Our room was excellent but it was not accessible from within the main building. Heavy rain or snow/ice could be a problem but I am sure that the staff would do everything possible to overcome the problem.

Минусы: The shower is HOPELESS in both bedrooms. Such a nightmare trying to shower , so cold had to run a bath to warm up. MARIGOLD BEDROOM is above the bins . The noise at night for both bedrooms, marigold and lily, is loud . Banging from downstairs. Breakfast service was a low point. The fire in the drawing room not lit.

Плюсы: Travelling with my elderly mother and the hotel provided us with a fully accessible room. The staff are impeccable - are extremely helpful and kind.

Плюсы: Красивейший отель, расположенный в старинном особняке (точнее соединенной группе домов). Спа с отличным массажем. Чудесные внутренние дворики. Расположение в пешей доступности от центра города с маршрутом через красивый парк. Бесплатная парковка. Отличный ресторан.

Минусы: Бассейн глубиной 1,2 метра - не поплаваешь. Но это уже придирки.

Плюсы: Absolutely Beautiful property, gardens and spa. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Lovely relaxing shared areas. Lovely relaxing quiet spa and good selection of treatments.

Плюсы: Extra large comfy bed. Wonderfully deep bath, spa was lovely and not very busy. Huge bathroom mirror with fabulous lighting to apply makeup.

Минусы: The room we had (briar) had no mirror next to a plug socket, so you couldn’t see yourself to dry and style your hair. I assume the room was above the kitchen? As we heard a fair amount of clanging from bellow and the odd occasional chair and table being moved above our room.

Плюсы: We loved everything however the outstanding feature was the food ...wow, wow and wow. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The grounds are stunning and the rooms are spotless. The spa was lovely and rekaxing.

Минусы: A very small observation...we were in the Marigold Room and there were children running outside our room as 11pm however I appreciate this wasn't the fault of the hotel. Parking also proved hard...very little room luckily I have a little car!

Минусы: The Hotel is tired and requires a makeover; one of the bar staff was very unhelpful when I asked for canopes - I was told they were only for dinner guests - even though I offered to pay - not Relais Chateau!! but the Restaurant Manager came to the rescue;

Плюсы: Small boutique hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Rooms are filled with collectibles. It is a short walk (2 minutes) from The Bridge where the center of town starts- makes for a quiet night away from the night life

Плюсы: The hotel exceeded my expectations. The decor was beautiful and the facilities within the room were exceptional (you know it’s a good hotel when there’s a dyson hairdryer). The staff were friendly and the hotel was in the perfect location with it being minutes away from the town centre. Just wish I had stayed another night!

Минусы: Couldn’t check in on time at 3pm, we were offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco in the bar. Considering you need to check out by 11am. The room was ready 50 mins later.

Минусы: The room(42) we stayed in was style over substance. Very stylish but poor layout with no clothes storage at all and an open plan bath shower Wc area directly onto the bedroom( no partition and no privacy ) The bedroom had a television that was far too large and a sofa at the end of the bed far to close to the television . Shaving mirror over basin was unusable as it was a convex design distorting your image. Housekeeping was poor on the bed make up, it still looked as if it had been slept in. The hotel is a townhouse and the bar is located at ground floor The dining area is located on the lower ground with some elements of the spa. The primary spa area is located on basement level Female WC is at Ground floor . All other WCS at Lower Ground All very confusing and nothing at the same level . A lift is provided however. Steps up to annex set apart from the main building are inadequately lit and dangerous

Минусы: We were very disappointed as we stayed here in the summer and loved it hence why we booked again. However we were put in room 30 downstairs next to the breakfast room where we could hear everything so were woken up at 6am and lay listening to everyone's conversations. We went for a relaxing day and night and came home exhausted.

Плюсы: Hotel is in great location for site seeing and getting around Bath.Hotel room was very nice. Concierge and desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Buffet selection was impressive especially with the additional made to order options. The breakfast staff was so wonderful that they even served me when I mixed up the times and arrived late. They were very professional and friendly.

Минусы: The walls were thin and I could hear everyone passing by in the hallway, but earplugs solved that issue.

Минусы: Bar very limited for choice and miniatures used after a certain time costing £9 each. Not keen on buffet breakfast but personal. Choice not made aware of supplements could have had at breakfast. Didnt like one of the receptionists talking about a customer and their bill in ear shot. Other receptionists were lovely and courtious. 17.50 per day for parking. The cost of the room. is more than enough to cover the parking fee.

Минусы: The guy in the bar in the evening was obviously stressed and made us feel like he was doing us a favour serving us

Минусы: The staff on night duty are poor. Returning after a meal out, at only 11pm, we couldn't get a nightcap in the bar. No one around. None of us were under 50, or drunk , or disruptive, I would have thought that was a perfect revenue stream for you. We told one staff member who was waiting on us over lunch in the bar area about the lack of towels in the ladies toilet, she responded with we would have to tell reception, its nothing to do with bar staff. Television reception is poor in room 324. As I spent a night in, due to illness, it was frustrating.

Минусы: Room 101 was classed as a double room but was simply too small. Yes you can fit a double bed in the room but you barely have enough room to walk around it. In my opinion this should be treated as a single room only.

Плюсы: Rooms very comfortable. Dining room not so comfortable as before. No atmosphere. Food good. Disappointed to find no Christmas decorations up. Staff are very good. Went down to have a port by the fire to find we could not use lounge as there was private function. We had to sit in very dim lit bar area

Минусы: Lighting in the lounge needs sorting.
