Gran Hotel La Florida

Прекрасный отель, потрясающий вид из окна на весь город и море (номер дали лучше, чем тот, который бронировала). Хороший дизайн номера и самого отеля, бассейн и спа. В первый и последний день пребывания были приятные сюрпризы (фрукты) в номере. Утром очень приятно посидеть на террассе. Вообще, наверное, хороший отель для романтического путешествия.

Если нужно ездить в город - добираться не очень удобно, вечером возвращаться чаще всего на такси.

Отель хорош для уединенного отдыха

Прекрасный вид компенсирует дороговизну отеля и удаленность от города, однако мне достался номер с видом на парковку перед отелем и непонятно, зачем я здесь остановилась.

The hotel staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with fabulous views over the city.

The hotel is a taxi ride away from the city centre, we didn't find this a problem as the hotel was happy to order the taxis and they are in abundance in Barcelona.

My family loved everything about this hotel! From the moment we got out of the car and saw the view from the parking lot we knew we would enjoy this hotel. The staff was very professional and when they escorted us to our room we were absolutely amazed at the room we were given. This Hotel knows exactly how to spoil travelers from the size and comfort of the beds, free wi-fi in our room, the baby cot was amazing and the linens were perfect for our 8 month old son. The bathroom was very large with a magnificent shower and in another part was an incredible tub that my family loved using! My wife had a massage in the spa and loved every minute of it. My whole family enjoyed the large pool and jacuzzi in the morning. The pool is amazing!!

My room was cold and I couldn't figure out how to operate the electronic heating control. The gentleman at the front desk said he would adjust it from the main computer but my room never warmed up. The rest of the hotel was at a perfect temperature so either I didn't know how to operate it or it was not working correctly?
