Минусы: They had some issues with the room, but they fixed everything quickly;)

Плюсы: Well located hotel with great views. Very comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms.

Плюсы: Absolutely excellent hotel with a stunning view of the lake. The breakfast, swimming pool, spa, staff and facilities were all amazing.

Минусы: The room was very small we couldn't move, we arrived with 2 suitcases for 2 nights it was very crowded, the safe didn't work, the shower is very large at the expense of the room.

Плюсы: The location is perfect if you want to be in town. We had a very nice view on the lake and mountains from our room. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Eggs available which has been rare on our trip. Some of the staff speak English. Private Parking available. Restaurants at walking distance. Upon arrival we were given information about where to go in town and where to find the chocolate boutiques, beers, etc. The places to visit are about 20km away (Cerro Campanario chair lift is a must where you have beautiful views of the surroundings, the other lifts were closed due to the strong winds).

Минусы: The bed was not very comfortable because it the mattress was uneven, we rolled over to one side.

Плюсы: I liked the staff, helpful and friendly, the mattress and pillows, breakfast and the location.

Минусы: I didn’t like the shower area. The bathroom was fine, but the floor of the shower needs to be renovated.

Минусы: Breakfast was really bad, we had to go out everyday. We came up to the room one day and they didn’t do it, staff said the maid had gone home earlier and forgot to do our room (we left at 10am and came back at 5pm). Had to complain a LOT to get someone to clean the room. There aren’t many parking spots, so if the hotel is crowded it gets a bit complicated to park.

Минусы: Breakfast is OK, but not for vegan people. I communicated before arrival that I'm vegan but I didn't find almost anything to eat, except bread and fruits. The price of the hotel is high and could include some vegan options

Плюсы: The view from our room was fabulous the room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Минусы: The main area's are a little bit dated compared to the photos on the site, especially the pool area. And it is 2.5km from the town but taxi's are really cheap. Also rooms weren't available until 2pm despite a lot of people arriving at 12 from the same flight.

Минусы: Very disappointed with our stay. Apart from the view from the bath that’s about the only thing that was good. Our toilet was blocked from the get go and had to call reception to unblock it, after a few times my husband asked them to leave the plunger in the toilet because not only was it embarrassing for staff to come and do it, we needed it because it happened every time we used it. Also the temperature of the room was about 50 degrees and it took them 4 days to sort this out as we could not control it ourselves, despite turning the power off?! We both got sick because of this. My husband went to relax on the deck and nearly fell through the broken chair they left there. Mentioned to staff our complaints every day and upon checking out and was told it would be noted. Staff didn’t seem to care, no apology given and proceeded to charge for the water we used from the mini bar despite us literally having to wake up to hydrate ourselves every 2 hours. Save your money and choose another place to stay!

Плюсы: The suits are really nice. They're very romantic with a nice view of the lake, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is mostly nice, very keen to help. There's a tourist center at the reception which is nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Минусы: Although the staff was mainly friendly and helpful a couple of staff members didn't leave a good impression as they often giggled behind out backs in a manner that was disrespectful. Some suits are a bit far away from the club house (the main building which has the reception, the lobby, the restaurant , the pool and spa area, etc.) and the place in built on a hill. Some suits are close and comfortable to move from one building to the other, the one we god was a bit far away (about 3-4 min walking on a steep hill) although to be fair they do offer a shuttle service free of charge which was very fast and on point. The place is located a walking distance of about 30 minutes for the town itself on the other side taxis are available and kind of cheap.

Плюсы: Excellent location. Extensive breakfast included. Lovely indoor/outdoor infinity pool, sauna, workout room. In room hot tub. Artistic mountain lodge décor. Very helpful, pleasant, multi-lingual staff. Great, reasonably priced dinning experience. Very quiet, peaceful, beautifully landscaped property.

Минусы: Room was less than standard. Needs updating for sure. Breakfast was not close to room and not very diverse.

Плюсы: Very large, clean rooms with strong and easily accessed WiFi throughout the hotel. The included breakfast is varied and unhurried and the view across the lake from the central dining area is mesmeric. The staff were generally very welcoming and helpful in both Spanish and English.

Минусы: The hotel is circa 3km from Bariloche town centre which was a bit of a trek although taxis are fairly cheap and easy to use. The hotel is built on the side of a steep hillside yet the rooms don't get a great view unfortunately. They offer a courtesy bus for travelling within the relatively compact site but this can be a bit slow at busy times so come armed with walking boots rather than stilletos!

Плюсы: The breakfast was pretty good. The only positive thing to say. The shower had good power and hot water.

Минусы: The heated pool was too cold to enjoy or use at all, which is a fun activity at Bariloche hotels. Their wifi was terrible in the rooms. Their blankets were too scarce and thin for such a cold place, and the heating in the room was barely felt, it was cold to stay and sleep in their rooms. My wife caught a cold, even though she slept with a sweater on top of her pijamas. Very cold rooms, without the possibility to increase the heater settings.

Плюсы: Spectacular location on the water, good parking, good staff and clean, modern rooms.

Минусы: Probably not the best value for money in Bariloche - for the price I paid, I could have had my pick of waterfront hotels with better rooms.

Плюсы: Хороший бассейн, весь отель отдела деревом, большие зоны отдыха, бильярд и тд. Уезжала в 6 утра, попросила вечером ранний завтрак, без проблем сделали, жаль всего одна ночь была и все время шёл дождь, отель на берегу озера и рядом музей шоколада.

Минусы: от центра 2 км , персонал почти не говорит по английски, но это почти везде в южной Америке

Плюсы: The property is huge and amazing. It is right on the lake and view is amazing.

Минусы: The room service could be better. The service staff was quite lean maybe because of low reservation. The room didn't have any kettle or cups for tea.

Плюсы: First of all, I want to commend the hotel on the EXCELLENT hospitality we received during our stay. Natalia, who we met when we checked in, recommended the best tours and was gracious, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall an amazing and hospitable member of the Huemul team. She honestly made our stay unforgettable. The rest of the staff was also outstandingly nice, but Natalia really made us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, located right next to the Nahuel Huapi. Our view of the lake and the Andes in the background was like something straight out of a painting. The breakfast was very good, with an assortment of fruits, breads and ham and cheese. There is plenty to chose from. The location of the hotel was more than ideal for us, since we wanted to be close to town, but far enough that we could retreat from the noise and the people at the end of the day. We loved Hotel Huemul. We would highly recommend it to any of our friends!

Плюсы: Отель находится близко к центральной площади города, рядом магазины, рестораны , удобная парковка рядом с отелем . Номер был достаточно большой, но на последнем этаже и с видом на стены соседнего здания.... постель удобная, просторная ванная, чистые полотенца . Абсолютно потрясающий завтрак на 5+, большой выбор диетических блюд, фруктов , десертов!

Минусы: При выборе номера казалось что все окна будут смотреть на озеро , и казалось что оно совсем близко , выбирайте для удобства номера категории делюкс.

Плюсы: Большой просторный номер.

Минусы: В номере не было кондиционера, Отель старый по трепаный !!

Плюсы: The location was very good, the staff was as helpful as they could be, the breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. The lobby was spacious and the elevators worked well and were fast and uncrowded. The fitness center was excellent and the pool was beautiful. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was a good safe in the room and plenty of hangers for clothes.

Минусы: The carpet was old and stained and needed a good cleaning, the walls needed some plaster and paint, the bed was a bit hard. The staff was always nice but many of them could not speak English or not well. However, we made everything work. Because I speak Italian, it was a bit easier.

Плюсы: Very comfortable and stylish hotel. We booked a room with a view and were not disappointed!

Плюсы: We ordered a room for me, my wife and our baby daughter. We asked for a bed for the baby and they told that the maintenance man will come later at 5pm. Till night they never bring us the bed and our daughter slept with us in our bed.
