The hotel was in a perfect location to restaurants, shopping, etc....
I loved the room. I liked the service. I was very happy. I did not have any issues. The staff was great. I did not have an issue at all. This was a great value. This hotel was exactly what I needed.
There was nothing I did not like.
Desk clerks were friendly.
Only one elevator was working so it was a bit of a wait. Nothing drastic though.

I am always skeptical about some of these sites but the rooms were just as described! We had a noise issue, however I called room service they quickly took care of the problem! The staff was nice. We are definitely staying again. Thank you comfort suites!
Cars broken into, broken/dirty crib
Bed was comfortable
We showed up to find the police and three cars broken into on the property. When I went in to check in, I asked the guy at the counter about it. He response was "we're not responsible if something happens to your car". We requested a crib be in our room a week before checking in and of course, it wasn't in the room when we showed up. It took them two hours to bring it up to our room, and when my husband and I tried to say it up, we found out it was broken and the sides didn't lock. Not to mention it was dirty and stained!
For the money
Room appeared nice. Sofa bed was broken and wife fell through. The wire spring was broken at the foot of the bed. My 17 year old daughter slept in our bed because the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. I had to get on the elevator to get ice because the machine on our floor was out of service. Breakfast was at best "ok". Parking lot was full from convention and they told me to park in neighboring business parking lot. Really! Not them but me! Really!
From the online reservation to checkout, everything was smooth and easy. The night desk attendant was friendly and helpful when we arrived and got us checked in quickly. Once we made it to our room we were pleased -- it was a nice size and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Also, a full breakfast was served from 7-10AM, which allowed us enough time to sleep in but still go sit down and eat a good meal. I will definitely choose Comfort Inn & Suites for my next hotel stay!
The room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast is terrific. The bed was comfortable and they even had two types of pillows to choose from-firm or fluffy.
