Минусы: It took 2 1/2 hours to rent a reserved a passenger car on the afternoon of Chirstmas Eve. Renting involved having to have Enterpirse drive us to a seocnd location further from our home. The vehicle, a normal size passenger car, that we were rented had a mechanical issue within 20 minutes of leaving the lot. The 800 # representative informed us we could exhcnage the car for one in its class at an Enterprise location some 45 minutes from home, LaGuardia Airport. When we drove to tha location, there were about 50 cars in its class present but Enterprise would only rent us a huge cargo van. Because the van was not comfortable to drive, we drove up to family on Christmas day, rather than on Christmas Eve, and missed a traditional family dinner. We will NEVER rent from Entrprise again!!

Плюсы: Service was super friendly, at every step of the way. The car was in great condition and we are in and out very quickly.
Минусы: This is no fault of enterprise, but the shuttle situation to and from LaGuardia is pretty brutal.

Плюсы: We needed to change cars because the windshield wipers on the car given to us in New York did not work. After much grief (see below), we were finally given excellent service and a new car by Joe and Cassie at the Enterprise office in Augusta, Maine.
Минусы: The car we picked up in New York had a faulty driver side windshield wiper and was unsafe to drive in the rain. We tried to call Enterprise from the road and got bounced around and nobody could help us. We finally located an office on our own (The last person we talked to said "Call 911"!)

Минусы: Staff could be more knowledgeable. As of 9/22 citi pulled rental car protection on all their credit cards, but the agent did not know and still let me use my citi card and without getting the minimum insurance. One is illegal to drive without insurance!

Минусы: There should be a Clearer description that they would only hold our car for 30 minutes. When we arrived it had been released to another client and we had take a more expensive option. Also more details should be provided about the Allianz insurance we purchased and whether it includes liability, as

Плюсы: Yes. I always like the courtesy the agents display at this and all Enterprise locations.
Минусы: The two workers were tied up and I had to wait a bit, but everything else was excellent.

Плюсы: The employees that helped with pickup and return were very friendly and fast. I had a very pleasant experience.
Минусы: Could use a better pedestrian entrance for anyone arriving by public transportation.
