Минусы: BOOKED THROUGH KAYAK AND WANTED TO ADJUST THE BOOKING TO DROP THE CAR OFF 4 DAYS EARLY. CALLED KAYAK, WHO SAID I HAD TO CALL PRICELINE, WHO SAID I HAD TO CALL HERTZ, WHO WHEN I CALLED THEM SAID I HAD TO WAIT TO ASK AT THE COUNTER WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR. OTHERWISE, I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY APPROX'LY 178 EUROS MORE! TO RETURN THE CAR 4 DAYS EARLY. WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR, HERTZ WOULD NOT REDUCE THE PRICE BECAUSE I HAD BOOKED WITH KAYAK. THEY SAID IF I HAD BOOKED THROUGH THEM, THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO REDUCE THE PRICE. THEN, AFTER ALL OF THAT, WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE CAR 4 DAYS EARLY, I RECEIVED A REDUCED PRICE AFTERALL. QUITE A HASSLE TO MAKE A MINOR ADJUSTMENT TO THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT...

Минусы: I got there at 8:45 and they told me it's too early for them to offer me the car i booked for 9am. I got a replacement but definetly a downgrade and for the same amount.

Professional
Плюсы: Quick and easy. Close to the terminal.
Минусы: Very crowded area. Difficult to park car.

Минусы: They did not have the cars I have rented , the service was the poorest I have ever received .

Awesome staff!
Плюсы: Staff was awesome. They drove us to the difficult to get to gas station so we could fill up. They also gave us credit for the extra gas that we put in (we only had to fill it to 6/8 tank). Very friendly and helpful.
Минусы: Location was somewhat difficult to figure, but that is what happens in medieval cities!

Tough bus/signage
Минусы: We are Gold members and had a very difficult time figuring out what bus to take. There was signage for another company Gold Car which made it a little confusing when you would talk to someone.

Awesome staff!
Плюсы: Staff was awesome. They drove us to the difficult to get to gas station so we could fill up. They also gave us credit for the extra gas that we put in (we only had to fill it to 6/8 tank). Very friendly and helpful.
