Hotel Bougainville

The room had a balcony with a view of weeds and trash.

We were told we were staying in Hotel Bougainville. When we got there they told us they own four hotels close there so we were driven to another hotel. This hotel was run down, with no lighting, to wi-fi in the lobby like the website specified. Our rooms were subpar and our toilet barely worked. The hotel that we arrived at first was very nice and would have fit the amount we paid. The hotel we were driven to was extremely disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located in relation to the bus route and the central square of Anacapri, breakfast is quite safisfactory, stuff very friendly

The room felt a bit damp, maybe due to the fact that pretty much every building in Capri is carved out in the rock. The location is not quite where you expect be be while in Capri - a bit off the main attractions which is a minor disadvantage for those who seek budget lodging considering that the buses run all night long and take about 10 minutes of mountain-high curves to get to the hotel ))))
