Плюсы: Food choices, service staff

Минусы: Pool closed too early, ‘preferred package’ was absolutely NOT worth the cost. I was offended that in order to sit poolside at a two-person table the resort charged a minimum of 150.00. However, if you sat four feet away at a table for 8 the price was ZERO. It code not a cent more for the resort to set up a two person table yet they tried to make a buck off of people and the way they did it with their ‘hostesses’ who were there to explain the ‘packages’ was in poor taste because they didn’t tell you it was no cost to sit at a large table unless you asked them.

Минусы: The food didn’t meet our expectations.

Плюсы: We loved the professional, prompt, and joyful staff. They are what make a great and pleasant stay. Everything was always clean and organized. They have staff on location around the spot always keeping everything perfect.

Минусы: Didn’t get to stay long enough! We will be back for sure.

Плюсы: Красивый сад, отличный пляж, большие удобные номера.

Минусы: Еда - дорогие и качественные ингредиенты приготовлены посредственно. Нехватка полотенец на пляже. Избыточно много хлорки в бассейнах.

Плюсы: I was a cruise fan but I am now a convert. All Inclusive is the way to go. The staff was amazing. I have never been so pampered!!

Минусы: It would be great if they had a phone app for the resort showing specifics for the day. They do have a tablet in the room that provides this info so this is just a wish list item.

Минусы: Наглый персонал, не учтивое отношение, не уважительное отношение, чувствовали себя как беженцы...в ресторанах менеджеры хамят, консьержы постоянно указывают что и как одевать, чтобы ходили по струнки, гостей друзей в отель ни под каким предлогом русских не пускают...

Плюсы: Прекрасный отель, ухоженная, очень зелёная территория. Отличный выбор ресторанов и баров, качественная еда и напитки. Очень порадовали рестораны а-ля карт, особенно французский, мексиканский и итальянский. В японском бронировали шоу шефа, было эффектно и вкусно. В рамках привилегированного пакета с удовольствием ходили в лаундж за интересными коктейлями и приятными закусками. Доступный только в рамках данного пакета завтрак по меню в sea side grill был неплохим, но ничего особенного. В Market cafe замечательный шведский стол на завтрак, выбор действительно огромный, все вкусно и качественно. Красивый и удобный номер, своевременная и качественная уборка, вечерний сервис. Мини-бар пополняется ежедневно (вода, соки, прохладительные напитки, пиво, виски, ром, баночка чипсов и m&m’s), кофейные капсулы. Удобное обслуживание в номерах посредством планшета, круглосуточная доставка еды и напитков в номер. Внимательный и заботливый персонал, личный консьерж на корпус, оперативно решает все вопросы. Чистый и красивый пляж. В период нашего пребывания (конец сентября) водоросли были один раз после сильного ночного ливня, персонал сразу же вычищает береговую линию, белоснежный песок, лазурная вода. В море действительно водятся черепахи и скаты, много рыбок. Плавать лучше рано утром или ближе к вечеру, когда снорклеров становится меньше, тогда гораздо выше шанс встречи с морскими жителями (черепахи плавают там, где морская трава на дне). Развлекательная программа в течение дня есть, развлечения разные, но самое главное - ненавязчивость. Вечером различные шоу, живая музыка, дискотека. Но при этом не шумно. Территория очень грамотно спланирована так, что при полной заселенности отеля, нет ощущения перегруженности. Каждый находит занятие на свой вкус, поэтому нигде нет толп. В ресторанах иногда бывает полная посадка, на этот случай выдаётся устройство, которое предупредит вас, что ваша очередь подошла, пока вы отдыхаете в соседнем баре. Ожидание 15-20 минут.

Минусы: Придраться к чему-то довольно сложно. Все понравилось. Единственный момент - на второй неделе нашего отдыха обновили обеденное меню в Sea side grill, и оно заметно проигрывало тому, что было раньше. Большинство блюд стало неудобным и не особенно вкусным. Ну, и конечно, после такого уровня сервиса, требования к другим отелям становятся завышенными :)

Плюсы: Нереальная инфраструктура! Огромная красивая зелёная территория с множеством цветов и птиц! Никаких насекомых - вообще. Потрясающий комфортный номер с джакузи и террасой, в котором продумано все до мелочей. Отличный фитнес. Прекрасная еда во всех ресторанах. Завтраки выше всяких похвал: за 10 дней ни разу не ела одно и то же. Идеальный сервис - внимательные, улыбчивые, не приставучие. Твёрдая 10-ка.

Минусы: Очень много водорослей в воде. Мертвый коралловый риф у берега, а чуть дальше заплывать не разрешают, так как все поставлено на коммерцию - только за деньги.

Плюсы: Although the food and drink are outstanding, it is the service and people we like best. Everyone greets you with "hola!" and seems genuinely proud to help. This is why we keep coming back.

Минусы: I can't honestly say there is anything I would change. We had activities that we could participate in (or not) all day and evening. Entertainment spanned a wide variety of interests, and no boring shows.

Плюсы: We loved the hospitality and customer service! The resort was beautiful, very clean (I’m very picky about cleanliness), EXCELLENT restaurants, beautiful pools with soothing lounge music (the middle pool), and the spa was our absolute favorite!!?

Минусы: Only one complaint, the beds are really loud. Just sitting on the bed creates a loud banging noise.

Минусы: People upstairs from us running back and forth. Not much sound deadnig

Плюсы: We had the swim out pool which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and room was one of the nicest I stayed in.

Минусы: For the cost I don't feel like it was worth it. We went to the Italian restaurant and it wasn't good. I ordered from room service and theres a limit on how much you can order. My reason for booking this resort was to get more time to see the sea turtles. You can only to go to see the sea turtles with paid guide.

Плюсы: Everything was fantastic. It was intimate, clean, great food, very helpful and accommodating. We loved it ALL!

Минусы: Wouldn't have changed a thing.

Плюсы: Amazing hosts. Great location and facilities. Best homecooked Italian food ever. Probably the best resort we could have found in Mexico. Completely different experience than any of the large hotels in and around Cancun.

Минусы: It has now spoiled all the other hotels for us. The bar has been set way too high.

Плюсы: This was the best hotel we have stayed at in Mexico. Tranquil, friendly place. We loved our little bungalow! Located right in the jungle, no noise except singing birds and talking geckos. Super clean. The nicest staff. Great hint on how to get to a beautiful beach as well.. And delicious meals prepared by Italian chef :-) Highly recommended!

Плюсы: This place is a dream! The hosts are super welcoming, the bungalows well equipped cosy charming and perfectly clean, breakfast is delicious and they offer a beautiful swimmingpool. This is the perfect romantic paradise !

Минусы: Everything was absolutely perfect!

Плюсы: Little paradise in the woods. Nice relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Owners are wonderful people. Very hospitable and super friendly. Wonderful to wake up to the sound of all different birds in the forest surrounding the property. Breakfast was superb! We had dinner as well. Really enjoyed our stay!

Минусы: WiFi was limited in our cabana, but we found it to be very relaxing

Плюсы: The hosts are really taking care of their guests with a lot of kindness, the place is beautiful, the rooms (cabanes) are perfectly organized and well furnished. This place is like paradise! And the breakfast is delicious! I wish I will come back one day in this paradise!

Плюсы: The owners, staff, pets, food and the facilities were all wonderful. And our family loved all their pets, especially Ramon! The bungalows are beautiful and even the toiletries are awesome. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was very unique although it was not real cold because it was very hot outside. You can tell that this property is very well taken care of and the owners have put in a lot of effort to make it very nice. And the sheets were very soft too.

Минусы: There is truly only one negative and that is lack of air conditioning. It's too hot during the Summer with no air. It would probably be fine during the Winter months but it was a bit rough.

Плюсы: Everything, from the location to the room itself and the service. Vanessa and her family are running this hotel in an excellet way. They are always at your disposal and they fulfilled any extra request. One day we had to start the day very early and they ensured the breakfast was delivered at our porch half hour before we had to leave, even if well in advance of the normal operating hours. Also they were always available to give suggesstions on the surrounding turistic areas. The cabin is built in a very nice typical design and give from the get go a feeling of cozyness. All that is needed is there. The cabins are facing a central pool that is very family friendly. Also, the fact you have a kitchen allows to cook you own meals, should you wish to. However, we used the family reastaurant that delivers mexican and Italian specialties really home made and delicious. The location is retired from the main road that brings you to all major locations in the area, from Akumal to Tulum to Cancun or the nerby biosphere. Being in a forest, you really feel the nature and not the cars or any non-natural noise. The sound of nature and the quiteness makes this place very special and the entire family appreciated it above all the hotels visited while being in Mexico. The fact that also the complex leaves almost entirely on solar power makes it amazing.

Плюсы: We loved it here!! The property is amazing: very natural but also refined. The cabanas (we had a standard one) are also awesome: beautiful and no sacrifices regarding comfort (fridge, kitchen, ...). But the best part of staying here: the staff. Vanessa and her mom are amazing. The food was EXCELLENT, both breakfast and dinner.(Make sure you eat dinner at the villa). They helped me to set up the proposal to my now fiancée with a romantic dinner at our own cabana. More romantic, no way. Muchas gracias y espero que volvamos!!

Минусы: That we only stayed for 2 nights

Плюсы: Отель находится в нескольких километрах вглубь джунглей от основной трассы. Территория большая, ухоженная. Всего 5-6 гостевых домиков и основная "палапа", где хозяева подают завтраки и, по желанию, ужины. Домики стоят достаточно далеко друг от друга, создается ощущение уединенности. Внутри есть все необходимое, в том числе небольшая кухня и кулер с питьевой водой. Все оформлено со вкусом, много интересных интерьерных деталей. По территории развешаны гамаки, качели, стоят лежаки (на них подготовлены чистые пляжные полотенца).Красивый бассейн. Что важно: 1. В номере в окнах нет стекол, только москитные сетки. Это способствует единению с природой - слышны все звуки джунглей, чувствуется ветер. Насекомые внутрь не попадали, но мы старались не держать дверь открытой. 2. Душ и туалет выгорожены стенками, на них нет дверей. Это не мешает уединиться, но тем не менее. Хозяева очень приветливые люди, все рассказали и показали. Могут приготовить ужин - очень вкусно и очень большие порции. Завтраки вкусные - с йогуртом, фруктами, гранолой, выпечкой. Можно попросить омлет.

Плюсы: Really wanted to like but...On first day, requested quiet room but was put near large construction site. Was told that it would be quiet because it was holiday week and not construction would occur. Jackhammers started and 7 a.m. and continued until 7:30 at night. Called to ask why they told me that information, and they didn't have an answer but said the hotel was full and I would have to wait the next day. I called the next day and got the same answer. On the THIRD day, I went to the front desk and told them that I was told I could be moved that day. The front desk said no because others were being moved first. The front desk had no record of these phone calls. I felt lied to and manipulated. They also moved be finally to a room where the fan rattled continuously even when turned off. Hard to sleep.

Плюсы: This all inclusive Wellness retreat is the real deal! Yoga and meditation classes included all day long!!!

Минусы: Everyone and everything was fantastic

Плюсы: The resort is a wonderful size. The staff are fabulous. The food is flavourful. The location is superb. The jacuzzi tub on the patio is a great idea. Every room faces a beautiful ocean view. The snorkelling and swimming were beyond our expectations. Who knew sushi on the pool deck would be such a great idea? Very firm but soft mattresses.

Минусы: We were not warned that construction was ongoing and we could not sleep later than 7:00 due to the noise. The room patio only has one chair and we asked for two but none was forthcoming. We were locked out of our room due to a malfunctioning electronic lock and it took well over one hour to have the boss return to the hotel and open our door. Smoking is allowed on room patios and as non smokers we did NOT enjoy our neighbours nasty habit. Double beds instead of queen size made it difficult for my 6'3" hubby to get comfortable - they should find some way to put the two beds together.

Плюсы: Snorkeling. Staff. Activities. Restaurants. Penthouse suite! Overall, it was a good stay for the price but we probably won't return in the near future.

Минусы: Seaweed was definitely an issue for about 4 of our 8 days. Staff work all day to clean but it's still bad from morning to 1ish. Hotel is a little older but well maintained.

Плюсы: Traveled in June for 8 nights. Wonderful staff, very friendly. Only had a little bit of trouble finding space at the beach or by the pools - but we did hear the hotel was at capacity. No problems with our room, which was on the bottom floor of building 2, but heard about flooding in other rooms during the storm that hit. It was worth it not to have any room issues, but our room was super close to the snack bar and main pool, so not a great view. Was nice to walk easily out of our patio door and to the pool or bar though. Loved the yoga instructor for vinyasa yoga - wish I remembered his name - he was a really terrific instructor and the location/view was out of this world. For an hour a day you could rent free snorkeling gear from the hotel, but I recommend bringing your own so you can be out in the water with the sea turtles for hours. Lots of tour groups, so the best time to go is early in the morning, but we went out many afternoon and still saw plenty of turtles, rays, and fish, without being crowded. The food at the a la carte restaurants was great - our favorites were the Mexican and the Gourmet (just skip the chicken at the gourmet). Restaurants were all small though, so we heard there were frequently long waits to eat dinner at any of them (though we usually went at the beginning of service ~ 6 or 630pm and were seated immediately). The made to order eggs for breakfast and pasta for lunch and dinner at the buffet were excellent. The sushi bar was so so and very slow service. I think I got very sick from eating a mushroom at the Japanese/Peruvian restaurant (it was just about the only thing I ate that my boyfriend did not eat that day). The room service was included with all-inclusive 24/7 and usually very good (though it varied from day to day with regards to quality, quantity, and even ingredients for the same menu item).

Плюсы: We loved the snorkeling, saw lots of fish and turtles everyday. Although sparce, the rooms were very comfortable, the jacuzzi is a nice idea but we never used it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Минусы: Overall the food was OK, some we liked some we didn't. We ate most of the time at the buffet because of the variety. We did not like the sushi restaurant of the asian fusion. The brazilian restaurant was pretty good once we learned to ask for rare and medium rare pieces, otherwise the meat was so overcooked it was like leather. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of Mexican food, there was chips and guacamole but would have liked more variety of local foods.

Плюсы: Food was ok but still need to improve the quality of the ingredients

Минусы: The staff was mostly unfriendly and left unsolved matters for a while. Their responses very discomforting. After a few attempts we started getting our concerns resolved.

Плюсы: Большая, красивая и интересная территория, много животных, хотя их стало намного меньше чем в прошлый раз, много развлечений, самое запоминающееся - кораблик, который плавает по территории отеля.

Минусы: Слышимость в отеле отвратительная, все что происходит в соседних номерах известно досконально, хотя знать этого и не хотелось бы. Иногда "хаускипинг" приходится за руку "затаскивать" в номер, что бы убрали и поменяли полотенца, сервис по обновлению минибара (просто принести воды, речь об алкоголе не идет) это то еще приключение, воду приносили с третьей попытки, после просьбы на ресепшен и нескольких звонков в обслуживание номеров. И еще, стоит оценивать отели исходя из предидущих мест отдыха, учтите, что не всегда стоит повторять воспоминания в живую, все может оказаться гораздо хуже, чем это было в ваших воспоминаниях о прошлой поездке... Для себя я сделал очень важный вывод, при оценке отеля, никак нельзя опираться на звезды, стоит добавлять к этому один из основных параметров это цена за ночь, если это учитывать, то в принципе нареканий нет. В довершение стоит сказать, что нам не повезло с погодой, по приезду был шторм и пляж приводили в порядок 4 дня, убирали тонны водорослей и расчищали заход в море, возможно это наложило свой отпечаток на "послевкусие" от поездки.

Минусы: Travel Club hard selling (time sharing).

Плюсы: Food was consistently good, including the buffets. Never felt crowded, always a trolley to help get around, staff always eager and helpful

Минусы: Petty complaint, but there is No elevator to rooms. And the beach can be rockey when entering the water.

Плюсы: -The service was great, the staff were always there to help. -Te food selection was very good, there is always a restaurant open. -The beds were very comfortable and the room was very big. -The resort itself was beautiful and surrounded by nature.

Минусы: nothing really, we had an amazing time!
