Плюсы: Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving.

You get what you pay for, or less.
Плюсы: The safety rating and the price.
Минусы: Overall, not impressed. The price pasó seemed cheap, but baggage fees aren’t included and are ridiculous. Delayed over 7 hours flight out. Flight back was more or less timely. The movies are old, and the newer ones are B level, at best. The food, is cheap. The price seemed right, safety ratings were good too; but won’t fly with them anymore.

Минусы: The seats are quite worn, with crumbs and drips here and there from previous flyers, and the magazines very dog-eared - makes you feel a bit like you don't want to touch anything.

Flight was delayed 6 hours, left 7 hours later.
Плюсы: Flight wa smooth, little to no turbulence.
Минусы: No notice of the delay. There were several adecúate attendants and one needs to be taken out of her misery. What an awful negative and rude person, I feel sad for her. The others were ok.

Минусы: Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back.

Плюсы: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.
Минусы: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Минусы: Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned.

Минусы: Entertainment system on my transatlantic flight was outdated and functioned poorly. Also, the promised WiFi connection wasn’t working, and the flight attendant I spoke to basically said, “yeah, I think it’s broken.”

Минусы: The check-in crew gave terrible service. We almost missed our flight because they wouldn’t check us in. There was no one directing people on where to line up for whatever departure time they had. Just overall a bad experience with Air Europa.

Плюсы: The only thing I liked was the company of the people sitting next to me on the flight and the fact that we arrived safely.
Минусы: The service at the check in counter could have been better. The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat

Минусы: Tv screen didn't work, stuck on an airplane for 8h without any entertainement. Had to pay an extra €120 to check in my bag, because it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation that my ticket didn't come with checked-in luggage. Moreover, the food on the plane was terrible ... Thank god it was a relatively cheap ticket, but would never take this airline again though.

Минусы: They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks.

Плюсы: Crew was very accommodating and sensitive to the fact that I was traveling pregnant and with a small child; more than other airlines I’ve been on recently.
Минусы: There was a slight delay in takeoff and it seemed like very strict policies about baggage allowance on board.

Минусы: AirEuropa wouldn't let me board because was my passport will be due in 2 months although I was traveling to the country were I actually live. I will file a complain for full reimbursement, not to mention having to stay in Madrid for one day to wait for Iberia next flight to Guatemala which I took.
