Location and hotel facilities.

Room,lack of conveniently placed elect sockets. Bed on wheels not very stable.In all room not up to standard compared with other facilities in hotel.

The room was basic but the hotel was excellent, half board was a good deal and the food choice very good. The hotel was in an good position for the beach, bars etc.

The location near the beach was excellent. The food was varied and delicious (we had halfboard). We also liked the active animation-team and the entertainment (for both kids and adults). The much-needed airconditioning did it's job perfectly during the hot weather. The room was big enough and kept clean, it also had a nice seaview from the balcony. And last but not least - the staff was very helpful and friendly.

There's nothing really negative to say about this hotel. Maybe the fact that the drinks are a bit expensive at dinner/in the bar.

Nice location, beside the beach and promenade, friendly staff, nice breakfast and super view from our 8th floor room.

This is an excellent hotel in an outstanding location in Playa De Las Americas. Situated right on the beach, we used the small beach right outside the hotel a couple times, even though the shore was a bit rocky. A nicer, larger beach can be found on the other side of Puerto Colon, known as Torviscas Playa. The food was very good, and the selection was absolutely huge, although I have had better food at other resorts. There is certainly something here to be found for everyone. I had requested a room on a higher floor to avoid any noise that may occur at lower levels, and they accomodated my request with a nice 10th floor room with a beautiful view overlooking Puerto Colon, Torviscas, and the sea. All hotel staff was very accomodating!

Hotel room was a bit small and out-dated, and in need of remodeling. Beds were very hard.
