He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird."

Instead we have to wait 6-7 hours to board another flight. The customer service at the Moscow airport was sad... only two people at the desk for 60+ customers needing new flights because of their unexplained late departure."

Бортовых развлечений никаких, даже маршрута на мониторах. Но основной трэш начался по прилету в аэропорт. Самолет несколько раз переезжал с места на место. Из разговора по телефону соседнего пассажира узнал, что посадили в другом терминале. Объявить об этом никто не удосужился. Наконец, подогнали трап и высадили в чистом поле. Посадили в автобус и повезли вокруг всего Шереметьево. В итоге задержка примерно на 1ч 40 мин без всяких комментариев и извинений. Не летайте самолетами аэрофлота!"

But the worst part was that my luggage went missing. After it was found nobody let me know so it was just sitting there for three days before I could get a hold of someone. And then after multiple calls they finally said it would take another 5 days to be delivered 200 miles. So I ended up having to go get it myself. Not as much as an apology from them. Aeroflot is absolute garbage. Stay away from them."

В аэрофлоте все по старому. И всего 2 стойки регистрации. Очередь - на час!!! И это была ЕДИНСТВЕННАЯ очередь во всем аэропорту. На борту еще хуже. Мы специально зарезервировали место у окна. Так вот, окна не было. Вообще. Глухая стена. В первый рас такое вижу. Полет испорчен :(("
Плюсы: "Everything about this direct flight from JFK to Moscow was excellent. Boarding went very smoothly as they were strict about loading from the back to the front of the plane. Anyone who tried to circumvent this was sent back to their line. The food was not memorable but perfectly fine and we got 2 full meals— dinner and breakfast— plus several beverage services and a snack. The entertainment interface works well, although they could offer more movies and tv series for sure. The seats are very comfortable and have decent leg room—although I am only 5’2. The crew was exceptionally professional and pleasant. The bathrooms are larger than standard and they offer disposable toothbrushes. Some of my friends made jokes about our flying Aeroflot, but their perceptions are clearly outdated. This is a very good airline from this flight experience. I hope it holds up on our return."

Аэрофлот постоянно такие самолёты отставляет к лесу, потом все пассажиры долго мёрзнут в автобусе, долго едут через всё взлётное поле, а потом так же долго ждут багаж. - Сказочный русский маразм! Как раз в этот же день летел лоукостером Меридиана. Уровень примерно такой же. Только там нас к трапу подвезли. Аэрофлот экономит не на тех вещах. Ошибочный менеджмент. Отстойная зажравшаяся дешевая компашка. Стыдно."

It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

Минусы: "We sat in the plane for 7.5 hours before moving. Airline provided no extra food though served what was meant to be breakfast before landing in the evening. Then they had not even coffee before actually landing. The vegetarian breakfast that was served in the evening had one dry pita bread with two slices of cucumbers and tomatoes, very lousy. Finnair has had that for years. If you order lacto-ovo meal, you get a vegan breakfast, a very low quality one. Why? I paid about $1500 for the flight and would like some service, too."

I planned my trip with more than enough time to make connection... Called about my travel insurance and found out it kicked in after 6 hour delay. I was very pleased with their service and especially as I paid such a low fare through Finn Air, I can't complain. This was a great option to utilise, rather than paying BA's more expensive fares. I would definitely go through this way again."

It has been more than 24 hrs since I landed and I still haven't heard anything from them as to where my luggage was, when I should expect it why it still hasn't been delivered. Overall, a terrible experience."

Why transit passengers need to be subjected to security checks and clearance I do not understand. We have just got off an international flight - transit passengers surely aren't combined with new passengers who have not been through security in Warsaw."

Минусы: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again."

Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"

На мое возражение, что мы целенаправленно заплатили за каждого по багажу и сдали наши кабинные чемоданы в багаж (в отличии от других) и что имеем право вести на полках одну на троих сумку. Однако это ее не волновало. Из-за халявщиков пассажиров у меня 2 часа был дискомфорт. Авиалинии позор, бортпроводнице (крашенная блондинка) позор! Через 3 недели собираемся лететь из Брюсселя в Барселону комппнией из 9 человек, полетим испанскими авиалиниями."

Breakfast is a box of sugar: shrink wrapped muffin, Toblerone bar, orange juice. These are all sugar delivery systems."

We had a transfer in Brussels where some how the tags on the bags were not there and we were without a luggage for 5 days. I feel that the Venice airport claim was horrible as they seem to misplace luggage alot and on our transfer flight they fave us the wrong carousel. The service on the plane was great. But that was it."

Минусы: "Flight from Brussels to Kinshasa was different. It seems for the people of color, there was an old plane. My seat mate TV sCreek did not work. You could tell moldings on seat were very old. one bathroom had no soap, dispenser was broken. I hope this is not your pratice to use your older planes for those traveling to Africa. I will observe this as I travel back to Brussel and on to US."
