Минусы: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Плюсы: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Минусы: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Плюсы: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Минусы: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.

Плюсы: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Минусы: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.

Минусы: Do not show options with a connecting flight boarding before the first flight has arrived. My family had to run a long distance from our arriving gate to the departing one in the Munich airport, which is not a small one!! Luckily United was holding the plane for us!

Минусы: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Плюсы: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Минусы: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Плюсы: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Минусы: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!
