They had an emergency landing in The Azores, after turbulence and several passengers got injured, when the pilot failed to warn passengers to put on their seat belts and they flew into the air, hitting the ceiling before falling down. One passenger had a heart attack. Once they de-planed us in The Azores, not a single Qatar Airways employee helped us on site anymore. Passengers were left in the hands of hotel and airport staff. There was very little communication with the passengers. A relief flight was supposed to come in 12 hours. It did not come for another 35. After the emergency landing, some passengers noticed that a wing looked defective. The disruption may not have been due only to bad weather, but a defective plane as well."

Минусы: "So many small things add up to an overall poor experience on a flight, and it doesn't seem like United understands this. 1) WiFI was down. 2) Entertainment screens for several of the passengers on board were not working. The poor lady next to me had a broken screen, and combined with the broken WiFi, she literally just sat in her seat looking forward for several hours (after she finished the podcasts on her phone). 3) For a 5-6 hour flight, food (more than just snacks) were available for only about half the passengers on board. Apparently its an intentional policy of United to only have food available for a portion of the passengers. It wasn't even possible to purchase it if I wanted to because by the time the crew got to me, they were all out. 4) Baggage space under the seat varies wildly depending on your seat. For some reason, the aisle seat has the smallest space I have ever seen in my life (about the size of a shoe box). It was the first flight I have ever been on where I was literally not able to fit a small backpack underneath my seat."

It started with issues during online check-in, a delay in Frankfurt which resulted in a very tight connection. I had to leave my bags behind to make it and the ground personell was of zero help. Oh, and premier silver status is good for nothing on Lufthansa. Thanks StarAlliance."

Я с двумя дочками 8 и 12 лет приехала за 1 час 40 минут, летела из этого аэропорта впервые, выстояли очереди на оформление багажа, check-in и потом в зал, где начались очереди на паспортный и пограничный контроль. Мой багаж отправили на детальный осмотр, как потом оказалось, из-за обычного ноутбука. Передо мной сотрудница то ли таможни, то ли пограничница, изучала багаж такого же человека 20 минут, и по мере моих просьб только замедляла скорость. На мои просьбы о том, что началась регистрация на рейс, что осталось 25, 20 и в итоге 10 минут до вылета !!!!она ответила только: «Не мешайте мне делать мою работу». Дети мои пережили мамин стрес и наблюдали мои отчаянные попытки взять себя в руки. Рядом в истерике билась ещё одна такая же, как я. За 10 минут до вылета нас, наконец, пропустили, стараниями ее коллеги, который меня пожалел. все это время мы бежали к нашему Гейту, который оказался в другом конце терминала. Это был адский ад. Сам полет был вполне хорош, если не считать того, что по прилету в Киев мы не досчитались чемодана младшей Ани, его потеряли на пересадке в Мюнхене. Слава Богу, сообщили только что, что вроде нашёлся, прилетит на следующий день, ждём. 2018 год для нас начался с большого стресса!"

We at 29,000 feet, we're ahead of schedule, we are going to arrive 30 minutes early. Then we arrive early sit on the tarmac, because guess what was at our gate; ANOTHER AIRPLANE! All his rushing and interruption were a waste. The ground team had him wait 200 feet away from the gate for another period of time. We arrived three to five minutes early, at 7:30 PM. Very unpleasant flight."

Минусы: "My flight was cancelled they never told me , and after I explained to them I bought this ticket two hours ago because my grandmother and uncle were dying and I needed to get there, they lied to me told me I would be on a different flight and still get there at the same time. Well my flight was not the same time it was three hours different and if I made it there like they promised the first time I would have been able to kiss my grandma one last time. She died a hour before I got there. And now I'm fighting with them for a refund."

Минусы: "Planes have mechanical issues, but they could have done more things at the same time like reboard while the post repair system checks ran and sort out baggage weights so that there weren't delays on top of delays. That was after not noticing issues with the plane until after waiting for late passengers and taxiing out. We arrived 4hrs late for a 3hr flight. They also only had one agent to rebook flights and assign hotels at the end even though they had hours to know the connections would be missed."
