Hence there were a lot of empty seats. We asked if we or even one of us could move into the …at least three empty rows…and they would not let us as they were they comfort plus section and it cost more…NO ONE WAS USING THESE SEATS!! So they let the passengers be crammed together in the rest of the plane and left numerous empty seats that could have been used! It’s was just rude. They also served drinks and never checked back to pick up the garbage. Didn’t tell us to raise our seats or put up our table trays before landing. So, as I exited the plane I handed them my garbage! I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!"

Рейс задержали на полтора часа. Об этом мы узнали на стойке регистрации. На стыковочный рейс мы опоздали, поэтому попросили сотрудников сразу определить наши дальнейшие действия. Парень на стойке очень в грубой форме сказал - прилетите в Мюнхен, там подойдете в сервис. Когда прилетели в Мюнхен оказалось, что сервис не работает. Бегали по всему аэропорту. Потом подождали на одном из рейсов Люфтганзы не закончилась регистрация. Попросили сотрудника ( по английски не говорит, только по немецки!!!!) решить наш вопрос. Она с кем-то созвонилась нас отправили на другой рейс в другой терминал на поезде и автобусе (Просили ведь сопровождение в Денвере- нам грубо отказали). В итоге багаж - потеряли. Отправили во Франкфурт вместо Москвы!!! Багаж ждали три дня."

Минусы: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

I believe that police officers with openly carried machine guns INSIDE of TSA secured zone at FRA is too much (though I am not a law enforcement person)."

So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

And I was double surprise! She went to her talked with her and than tell me that she could take any place she wants and she never told me any racist words, and maybe I'm a lier. I was so upset and I told a passenger that I can go to court when get back to US, she was really scared now and start sorry! But it was to late to sorry! When I asked flight attendant to sorry, she told she do not sorry!!! The flight was Monday October 3rd 2016 Lufthansa 459 San Francisco -Munich, name of flight attendant Eva-Katherine Pfaffel, the passenger seat 44 Diana or E I think, they didn't provide me information about name or her seat. The flight attendant told me it is not big dealing, maybe for Germany it is ok, but in US it is really rude, original I'm from Russia, my daughter too, additionally she is black, it will be really good if I never feel this again, I was in really helpless situation. It is really unpleasant when you spend money and get neglect."

Минусы: "KLM staff in the Prague airport were some of the rudest humans I have ever met. So incredibly uncaring and outright mean."
Минусы: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"
Минусы: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."
Плюсы: "Decent meal (warm Pasta all'arrabbiata), nice little muffin for dessert and standard drinks (coffee & tea were a bonus, as they didn't serve any on a similar flight, from Barcelona to Amsterdam), friendly cabin crew."
Минусы: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."
Плюсы: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
Минусы: "He was bumped to the next day due to his flight being cancelled. Then re-booked the next day, with an additional layover. Then due to a 32 minute layover that left 3 minutes sooner..."
Минусы: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."
Плюсы: "All cabin crew were courteous. Refreshments were light. Check stuff were helpful, they did devise that the flight was full and due to space hand luggage would prefer to be put in hold free of charge. We did not have any problem with this. Plane was clean."

Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Плюсы: "Comfortable flight to Amsterdam for vacation in UK. More meals than expected. Also wasn't expecting some of the comforts offered to "regular" class seats like eye masks, ear plugs, pillows and blankets. It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."

On the one hand, the airline tells us we are very important to them by assigning us with special gold privileges and on the other tells us we are not important to them. It is confusing at best."

Минусы: "Если не повлияло 1 января, если аэропорт Newark всегда так загружен, то это - ужас! Я с двумя дочками 8 и 12 лет приехала за 1 час 40 минут, летела из этого аэропорта впервые, выстояли очереди на оформление багажа, check-in и потом в зал, где начались очереди на паспортный и пограничный контроль. Мой багаж отправили на детальный осмотр, как потом оказалось, из-за обычного ноутбука. Передо мной сотрудница то ли таможни, то ли пограничница, изучала багаж такого же человека 20 минут, и по мере моих просьб только замедляла скорость. На мои просьбы о том, что началась регистрация на рейс, что осталось 25, 20 и в итоге 10 минут до вылета !!!!она ответила только: «Не мешайте мне делать мою работу». Дети мои пережили мамин стрес и наблюдали мои отчаянные попытки взять себя в руки. Рядом в истерике билась ещё одна такая же, как я. За 10 минут до вылета нас, наконец, пропустили, стараниями ее коллеги, который меня пожалел. все это время мы бежали к нашему Гейту, который оказался в другом конце терминала. Это был адский ад. Сам полет был вполне хорош, если не считать того, что по прилету в Киев мы не досчитались чемодана младшей Ани, его потеряли на пересадке в Мюнхене. Слава Богу, сообщили только что, что вроде нашёлся, прилетит на следующий день, ждём. 2018 год для нас начался с большого стресса!"

Минусы: "We boarded the plane late, sat on the plane for almost two hours before taking off (because of maintenance issues) and then waited to get to our gate upon landing. This happens to me almost every time I fly United."

Минусы: "When I went to the gate in Houston to get my boarding pass for my second leg, the lady at the gate counter yelled at me because I didn't know my seat assignment even though I had already explained that I didn't know because I didn't have a boarding pass. On my original booking, I had chosen my seat to be a window, but when they rebooked me they put me in a middle seat even though there was a completely empty row in front of me. Then, to top everything off, they forced me me check my rollerboard carry-on because they said there was no more room on the plane, but when I got on I could see multiple spaces were still available. Another passenger and I were left to wait nearly 5 minutes on the jetway while the gate counter rep went to print our checked luggage tags. I asked the stewardess why I had to check mine even though there was plenty of space, and she said "it's hard to tell sometimes how much room we're going to have left." She also didn't offer any apology. All in all it was a terrible experience. I had to wait unnecessarily at various points of the travel process, had to endure a layover that was more than double what I had planned for, was forced to check my carry-on at the gate, and worst of all I missed a really important meeting. United obviously does not care at all about economy customers. Don't trust this airline! Book on Southwest or JetBlue - they actually care about customer retention!"

There were even flyers getting on the plane to TX when they were traveling to other destinations because of the lack of communication and the crew not throughly checking. The seating was the smallest space in all of the other airlines I have flown. The crew was less than friendly and yelling down the aisle about buying snacks and other drinks although it was a late night flight and many people were sleeping. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Luckily the flight crew had a smooth flight and got us safely to San Antonio. Only positive about the experience with United. This was all taking place along with our flight being delayed with out the monitors at the airport being updated and no notification via text or the United app."
