Today when we should have trip back to USA, SWISS company said what ticket for my son do not exsist. And I spent for new ticket 220000 rubles about $3600. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

Плюсы: "I was 35 weeks pregnant at the time of my flight and when I got on the plane I noticed that my isle seat had a broken arm rest. I didn't mind but the stewardess told me that she had requested that no one be sat there and apologized. Once the plane had all of the passengers boarded she told my husband, 2 year old and I that there were 3 seats available in the comfort zone and offered it to us. I was grateful not only for an arm rest that wasn't broken, but for a little extra space for my growing belly. During the flight the attendants were kind and offered several times to get whatever I needed."

Разговаривают очень грубо, что само по себе для Америки непривычно. Одного пассажира обслуживают в среднем 20 минут(!!!) То забирают багаж, то возвращают багаж - отвлекаются на возврат сразу все. Рейс задержали на полтора часа. Об этом мы узнали на стойке регистрации. На стыковочный рейс мы опоздали, поэтому попросили сотрудников сразу определить наши дальнейшие действия. Парень на стойке очень в грубой форме сказал - прилетите в Мюнхен, там подойдете в сервис. Когда прилетели в Мюнхен оказалось, что сервис не работает. Бегали по всему аэропорту. Потом подождали на одном из рейсов Люфтганзы не закончилась регистрация. Попросили сотрудника ( по английски не говорит, только по немецки!!!!) решить наш вопрос. Она с кем-то созвонилась нас отправили на другой рейс в другой терминал на поезде и автобусе (Просили ведь сопровождение в Денвере- нам грубо отказали). В итоге багаж - потеряли. Отправили во Франкфурт вместо Москвы!!! Багаж ждали три дня."

Минусы: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"

Lufthansa could just bring me by bus to the departure gates. I believe that police officers with openly carried machine guns INSIDE of TSA secured zone at FRA is too much (though I am not a law enforcement person)."

The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

So she told me she could see why I so unclever...all Russian the same and laughing on me. I didn't expect so racist behavior and I stopped any conversation and complained to flight attendant. And I was double surprise! She went to her talked with her and than tell me that she could take any place she wants and she never told me any racist words, and maybe I'm a lier. I was so upset and I told a passenger that I can go to court when get back to US, she was really scared now and start sorry! But it was to late to sorry! When I asked flight attendant to sorry, she told she do not sorry!!! The flight was Monday October 3rd 2016 Lufthansa 459 San Francisco -Munich, name of flight attendant Eva-Katherine Pfaffel, the passenger seat 44 Diana or E I think, they didn't provide me information about name or her seat. The flight attendant told me it is not big dealing, maybe for Germany it is ok, but in US it is really rude, original I'm from Russia, my daughter too, additionally she is black, it will be really good if I never feel this again, I was in really helpless situation. It is really unpleasant when you spend money and get neglect."

Минусы: "In July 2015 I booked flight from DTW to PMI to visit family over Xmas holiday. At that time there was no warning or indication of an issue regarding our minor child's passport. On our departure date (12/26) my family was denied boarding because our minor child's passport did not show an expiration date 3 months beyond our departure date. Lufthansa never emailed, called, or otherwise contacted us prior to the departure indicating there was a problem. Had I known about this issue I could have resolved it. While at the airport, Lufthansa made no offer for help beyond suggesting we call Delta or KLH. Further, Lufthansa is not willing to offer even a simple travel voucher for a future flight. We had to forfeit the entire flight package and lost thousands of dollars. I highly advise any future customer to make sure you check your passport expiration date if traveling or connecting to any EU country. I would NEVER recommend Lufthansa to anyone."

Where were the cabin crew during the delay? They may have not been onboard given their lack of visibility during the delay. Inflight, apart from the meal service routines, on this 13+ hour flight the crew were notable for not being visible."

И, конечно же, это уже известно на стойке в аэропорту НН, о чем мне и было доложено. И даже пообещали, что привезут утром...может быть. И зачем мне это знать?! Я по работе такто в НН прилетел. Когда я получу свои вещи? Полчаса автобус вез вокруг всей ВПП на противоположную сторону, где стоят SSJ ! Потом самолет еще минут 15 выезжал из этих ...стоянок на взлет. И вам не хватило времени? И вот только не надо мне сообщать как вам обидно и вы расстроены не меньше моего, да еще стараться неуклюже извиняться. Мне к 9:00, 18 апреля, нужен мой багаж."
