Плюсы: Crew was not very frindly and the Turkish airlines staff at Istanbul are not at all friendly and so rude. I will never recommend Turkish airlines to anyone.

Плюсы: Перелет рейсом 171 15.09.17 в 13:40 Все вовремя при отправке, прилетели несколько раньше. Экипаж предусмотрительный и вежливый, внешний вид - отличный!. Очень приятно удивил бокальчик сухого красного/белого вина в процессе перекуса на борту. Давно не попадался такой сервис! PS Вино, кстати, приятное!

Минусы: It is upsetting when you are not able to check in through the final destination with Air Moldova when you have to change flights. When you have luggage it is even more upsetting.

Плюсы: I received an email, text, and call about the change in schedule for the flight. They provided a free sandwich on the flight.

Минусы: They changed the time of the flight from 7:50 to 10:50 and then we didn’t end up departing until 11:15 so we arrived 3.5 hrs after I had initially planned.

Плюсы: They got my family and me to our destination safely.

Минусы: The flight was delayed. There was NO ONE to answer questions or help. There was no agent at the gate until 10 minutes prior to our departure. Communication would have been very, very helpful.

Минусы: Virgin Atlantic is still much better. From offering pajamas to organizing boarding. SVO was disorganized, both international flights NYC and Düsseldorf were boarding from the same gate pocket (22 and 21) at the same time. Ski priority members had to fight the way to check in.

Минусы: I didn’t like Momondo giving this flight a 10. The reviews I read after booking were awful. The flight was delayed 2 hours while two governments argued. The flight attendants sat on their asses the entire three hour flight. Not even a glass of water. But, it didn’t crash. So, I give it a rating of 1.

Минусы: The registration was 2 hours late. The boarding was late and the flight arrived 1 hour late. Up to the end the initial flight time was displayed: as the result, the most disciplined passangers had to rush through duty free with no time for buyuing anything, others took their time and the flight finally started 1 hour late. The worst flight I ever had. Регистрация началась за полчаса до вылета. Изначальное время вылета (12.00) не было снято с табло до самого конца, в результате часть пассажиров, будучи уверенными в своевременном вылете, пожертвовали временем в duty free и вынуждены были еще час в самолете ждать тех, кто решил все же совершить покупки. В результате рейс вылетел и прилетел с часовым опозданием. Отвратительно.

Плюсы: - crew is responsive and kindness - food is rather good - surprising 3 types selection for economy

Минусы: - tight leg space for me(1,98cm)

Минусы: The flight was delayed, long boarding, its good to compensate such things with some snacks.

Минусы: I had to pay extra $33 for excess baggage, because, as it turned out, my ticket only allowed, I qoute: "10K", while the boarding pass clearly stated 20 kg for the economy class.
