Минусы: "I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew."

Плюсы: "I bought 2 tikets from Chicago to oscow and back for me and for my son. I live in USA, son lived in Russia but he received immigration visa and I had plan fly to USA with him. From Chicago I used my ticket and say SWISS staff what my son will have trip only from Moscow. I paid for 2 tickets around $1700. Today when we should have trip back to USA, SWISS company said what ticket for my son do not exsist. And I spent for new ticket 220000 rubles about $3600. Nobody in SWISS company do not said me what my tocket for son canceled. I am shoked !!!"

Плюсы: "EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME BEFORE THE PLANE EVEN TOOK OFF!! My flights somehow got real messed up and everything down to my luggage had to be input manually. I wasn't sure if it was going to make it with me to the final destination. But it did! The head rest blew me away just as i sat. I love to know I can fall asleep and not have neck problems. And everything from the movies to the service to the food was great! My first international yet BEST experience in economy class was all worth it!"

The aircraft itself was impeccably clean, even though it had already carried passengers elsewhere earlier in the day. The service was fantastic, and you can never go wrong with free chocolate."

I told her that He had starte an ardious process in recovering my luggage. She visibly tried to rush me through the process and told me there was othing that could be done. It felt really ugly to be lied to right to my face, when she diditn try to connect with someone from her own staff who had tried alot of heard to work to help me rectify the luggage question. For all we know, my luggage was in Zuruch, and her actions impeded the luggage from getting onto my plane."

But before that I found out I could not choose seats online for any of the Swiss Air Flights to and from Europe. It "had to be done" at the airport. Why? Never explained. I called Travis International, the agency booking the flights. Totally useless conversation resulted with no explanation."

To go from Naples to Munich and then turn around and go to Zurich before the 10 hour trip to Tampa made no sense. Lousy routing and customer service. Eidelswiss apparently is a lower-end branch of Swiss Air. My airfare was as much as and more than my other friends who flew Delta, for instance. Flights on other airlines did not take 10 hours from Zurich to Tampa. I lost the ticket receipts and could not claim anything for the items I bought to try get through the two full days without luggage, even though the airlines has a record of the claim. Outrageous!!"

Плюсы: "Passengers completely ignored the commands of the crew and crew was unable to take control of the crowd (passengers refused to follow crew's multiple demands to sit down during the high turbulence, finally crew gave up to force passengers to take a sit). Several times, standing passengers fell on the sitting ines. When at the end of the flight, the issue was pointed out to the captain and supervising flight attendant, both became aggressively defensive to the point of being rude."

I had some black metal box in my legroom area on top of everything. It would be absolutely impossible to take the "crash position" highlighted in the safety video."

Минусы: "Through no fault of the airline, there was a strong thunderstorm that delayed our flight. Little information was provided about the situation. It was obvious that we could not fly in the storm, but we were not informed about the likely departure time. The reason I gave a poor ranking is that my suitcase/pack must have been left out in the downpour on the top of the pile so all of my clothes were extremely wet when I reached Boston. The bag itself was wet so it was not a case of something leaking in the bag. I have had to wash all of the clothes and iron them."

Минусы: "While waiting for boarding I overheard a young woman, who was traveling with several companions, screaming to her mother on the phone that she and her friends had all gotten bedbugs and were in agony! She was making plans to leave all of her bags in the driveway when she got home. I discretely let boarding staff know and was told there is nothing they can do about it. They also cannot change my flight, or my seat, in the event that I am seated next to the person with the issue. They did give me a bag in which to place my carry on before storing it overhead. But once on the plane, I realized that my checked bag would be thrown in with everyone else's. In addition, I had forgotten to preorder gluten free food. The airline had nothing gluten free to offer me on a prolonged international flight and did not even offer to produce any gluten free snack (peanuts? cheese?) to tide me over. My luggage is still sitting in my car awaiting a process. However, in the unfortunate event that it has come into contact with bedbugs it may be too late :("

Минусы: "I was stuck in an aisle seat in the back of the plane where there was literally no leg room - there was a metal box (video equipment?) in the very narrow space underneath the seat in front of me. Luckily there was no one sitting in the middle seat so I could put my legs there. Also, when flying to Europe from the west coast I prefer flying to the east coast first and then taking a red eye."

Gate crews, ticket counter personnel, flight crews are pretty rude and simply refuse to answer direct questions if they dont want to. Seem genuinely displeased if they have to bother speaking any language but their own to communicate with international passengers. Customer Service i believe is merely a joke to the entire company. If i was a religious person i would pray no one ever has to use their feedback system or try to communicate with their customer service group by phone. Thats what i get for being American i guess, just higher hygiene standards and expectations on service for the price paid."

Плюсы: "I have flown Turkish Air many times since 2010, and used to like the airline. Not so much anymore. I would say their entertainment center and food are pretty good."
Минусы: "They used to have an affordable Economy Premium option, now all they have are seats made for someone 5’5” 150 pounds. Anyone over 6’ can and will suffer greatly. I’m 6’4” and fly many of their 12 hour flights from LAX to Istanbul and have to sit sideways, until my back aches so bad I have to turn. They also keep their planes unbearably hot, which I have no idea why, making the trip in that cramped seat horrible. Their in between meals snacks consist of cheese sandwiches, and the attendants never come around with drinks or snacks. I also fly Singapore Air and Emirates and their service is subperb!"

Ни upgrade, ни нормального размещения, только скудные ваучеры на питание. Замечу что задержка рейса целиком и полностью была на совести авиакомпании."

Минусы: "My ticket was messed up completely (GYD-IST-VAR-IST). First leg did not book (close) it properly, I have lost 1 hour at trasfer desk in IST (they were solving my ticket issue for that long) and another hour in VAR on the way back (because the TK staff did not solve it right the first time). Lousy work of service desk! I was lucky to keep boarding passes as the proof, because nobody believed, that I duly arrived from Baku."

Я сидел рядом с отсеком проводников - когда кофе заваривали - аромат потрясающий по салону поплыл. Для самолетной кухни очень достойно. Видеосистема отличная - экран крупный, изображение качественное, наушники удобные. Фильмы, правда, только на турецком и английском. Посадка в Тайване была очень мягкая."
Минусы: "Полет долгий и, видимо, проводники подустали. Напитками, не очень часто баловали. Придираюсь :)"

Плюсы: "Кормят неплохо, как для самолета. Хороший выбор напитков. Чай заварен по-турецки, а не из пакетиков. И самолеты у них все достаточно новые. С развлекательным центром на каждом сиденье. Фильмы, музыка, игры. Но русский язык только в меню :) Фильмы все на турецком и английском."
Минусы: "Гейты 300-312, с которых идет посадка на Тбилиси – как колхозное поле. Просто все и всё на куче: очереди на посадку в перемешку с креслами для ожидания, магазинами. Внятных проходов просто нет. При этом 200-е и 700-е гейты у них очень удобно оборудованы. По расписанию посадка не началась. Вместо начала посадки один из сотрудников начал ходить среди толпы пассажиров и сверять паспорта с посадочными. Если все ок, то ставил штампик на посадочный. Приятно, конечно, что позаботились об экономии времени на проверку. Но организация процесса шокирует :) В самолете поддерживали температуру холодильника. Попросил стюардессу добавить тепла - покивала и поулыбалась, но теплее не стало. Реально пришлось в верхней одежде сидеть."

Минусы: "В салоне была жара, градусов 28. При этом рейс полностью загружен. Легко представить набор запахов через полчаса. На следующем рейсе это компенсировали - летели как в холодильнике :)"

Минусы: "Turkish airlines should have accommodated the delayed flights by waiting for the passengers to make it to the gates especially if the delay was 3 minutes to catch the next flight. Then business transfer desk just gave the run around and finally rebooked me to Dubai instead of Abu Dhabi with a five hour delay"

Минусы: "Flight was delayed by over two HOURS. When we got to Istanbul, our connecting flight to NY could not wait 15 MINUTES and instead left. We ended up spending 18 hours in Istanbul for the next flight. 1. The personnel at the transfer desk were rude and unhelpful when we asked questions. They seemed like they could not be bothered with our problems. 2. Turkish airlines did not even bother to help with accommodations, instead giving my wife and I a small bed to sleep in vs a hotel room. The only way to get a hotel room was to leave the airport, and we could not get Visas because we were American citizens. Turkish airlines was a very bad experience. Overall this was a poor experience, and I will not fly Turkish Airlines again. I will make sure my friends and family know that this is a poor airline with poor customer service."

Минусы: "The security was rude when we were getting into our gate. They humiliated a man because he didn't understand their accent. There was a group of young employees and they came off as very immature. There was a crying baby next to me for the majority of the 13 hours. They ran out of food, and I had no choice but to eat the pasta option even though I do not eat pasta in my normal life. My knees hurt from not having space to stretch out for such a long flight. It was freezing cold and they did not have extra blankets. It felt like my section kept getting skipped over for everything (food, liquids, general checking in to make sure people were okay). We boarded late, and left late. When I arrived the luggage took VERY long - almost an hour - to come out."

Минусы: "I booked three round-trip tickets from LAX to Athens. Our daughter did not fly with us there but we checked with ticketing in LAX and they booked her seat anyway. The issue came when we tried to leave Athens the airlines then said that I had to purchase a one-way ticket! They informed me that the flight was cancelled for my daughter because she didn't fly to Athens. The ticket was almost $1,500.00 and I intend to get my money back but it was unfortunate that they had to charge me for it in the first place."

Минусы: "I have lactose intolerance and I tried ordering the special meals. However the lactose free meals are not good. I got it more than once, it's always dry grilled chicken, steamed veggies and plain rice. Overall it's a dry meal and no flavorful at all. On this trip I didn't order a special as I was hoping one of the options wouldn't have lactose."

Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it."

Питание в 10 часовом рейсе было замечательным. все быстро раздавали и убирали. Еда была вкусной. Пилоты тоже очень профессиональные рейс прошел без толчков. спокойно . Спать было комфортно. Никаких очередей в туалет не было. В самолете все было замечательно."
Минусы: "Сотрудники в аэропортах. На регистрацию в аэропорт Денвера мы приехали за три часа. На паспортный контроль попали за 30 минут!!!! Очередь огромная, сотрудники бегают от стойки к стойке. Разговаривают очень грубо, что само по себе для Америки непривычно. Одного пассажира обслуживают в среднем 20 минут(!!!) То забирают багаж, то возвращают багаж - отвлекаются на возврат сразу все. Рейс задержали на полтора часа. Об этом мы узнали на стойке регистрации. На стыковочный рейс мы опоздали, поэтому попросили сотрудников сразу определить наши дальнейшие действия. Парень на стойке очень в грубой форме сказал - прилетите в Мюнхен, там подойдете в сервис. Когда прилетели в Мюнхен оказалось, что сервис не работает. Бегали по всему аэропорту. Потом подождали на одном из рейсов Люфтганзы не закончилась регистрация. Попросили сотрудника ( по английски не говорит, только по немецки!!!!) решить наш вопрос. Она с кем-то созвонилась нас отправили на другой рейс в другой терминал на поезде и автобусе (Просили ведь сопровождение в Денвере- нам грубо отказали). В итоге багаж - потеряли. Отправили во Франкфурт вместо Москвы!!! Багаж ждали три дня."

Минусы: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

Bravo! Other airlines leave one to navigate alone. Thankyou Lufthansa. Food was decent on both flights in this day of many 'No food' local flights."

Минусы: "My reservation was cancelled - I found it at DME.. An email, which Lufthansa Moscow promised to send me, had never come. My carry on, while weighted 7 kg, and was, I believe of standard size was not approved. Again, there was an unnecessary on my mind, second TSA-like check at FRA. Lufthansa could just bring me by bus to the departure gates. I believe that police officers with openly carried machine guns INSIDE of TSA secured zone at FRA is too much (though I am not a law enforcement person)."

Минусы: "The airline went on strike the day I was supposed to fly, so at 4:30 in the morning I arrived to the airport and learned that my flight got cancelled. The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Минусы: "I had a short transit time in Munich (40 minutes). Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

Все остальные авиакомпании последний раз проверяют билет при входе в гейт, поэтому после прохода уже прячешь билет подальше. А тут потребовали предъявить. Пришлось долго искать в сумке, пока все остальные пассажиры ждали своей очереди на улице."

Минусы: "При посадке на борт ранее выбранный 7-й ряд был заменен на 14-й без пояснений и извинений. Рейс задерживался на 2 часа, Kayak показывал, что рейс по расписанию и время приземления, хотя даже посадку еще на борт еще не открыли."

Минусы: "Огромная очередь на сдачу багажа, несмотря на предварительную регистрацию. Работали только по 2 стойки из 40 на каждую очередь . Очередь выстроилась в три изгиба. Заняло минут на 40. Приезжайте заранее с этим аэрофлотом! Ну про мерзкий холодный сандвич молчу."

Размер рамки не совпадает с размерами, утверждёнными мировыми практикам и соответственно выпускаемых мировыми брендами Samsonite, Tummi ручной клади. Подход "коверный" , в том числе и для бизнес класса, для Skype priority!!"

Минусы: "В Москве в Шереметьево работник Аэрофлота или аэропорта объявила, что в феврале изменились параметры провоза багажа в компании Аэрофлот и не пропускала пассажиров на рейсы Аэрофлота со словами, что вас не пропустят в самолёт. На сайте Аэрофлота никаких изменений нет, люди оставляли свои чемоданы, в том числе и я, хотя с габаритами все по стандарту -50-35-20"

Плюсы: "Приветливый экипаж, мягкий взлет и посадка. Сидел в самом конце самолета, где по два ряда кресел. Показалось очень удобно - было куда вытянуть ноги, выспался нормально."
Минусы: "Посадка в Шереметьево проходила отвратительно - зал тесный, низкий потолок. Очередь пассажиров блокировала вход в туалет. Все очень неорганизованно - для большого количества людей необходимо выстраивать коридор из лент. Потом долго ехали на автобусе до самолета - на большие самолеты уж можно было через трубу посадку организовывать"

Минусы: "Пожалуйста поменяйте упаковку для еды, эта ужасная бумажно-целофановая. Шуршит от любого прикосновения очень громко и когда ты на ночном рейсе хочешь заснуть, а все начинают есть, перелет превращается в кошмар."

Пришлось самостоятельно лоббировать решение этого вопроса. Пришлось из-за замены рейса просидеть лишние часы в Шереметьево с двумя малолетними детьми. Со стороны Аэрофлота не было никаких компенсаций за неудобства, что они делать не обязаны, но чести им не делает, раз они отменяют рейсы, за удобные стыковки на которые я заплатил больше, рассчитывая на комфортное путешествие."

Минусы: "Работал только один наушник"

Минусы: "Наземные службы работают ужасно, на автобусе ехали 30 (!) минут до самолета."

Минусы: "Задержали вылет на 15 минут ((("

Минусы: "Стюардесса Светлана отказалась выдать плед, сославшись на отсутствие, хотя выходя из самолёта пледы можно было заметить на креслах впереди сидящих пассажиров"

Плюсы: "Kosher meal - очень хорошое питание. Стюардесса разбудила, чтобы я поел."
Минусы: "Посадка - очень жесткая посадка, было не приятно. Места маловато."

Плюсы: "Мороженое, зубная паста и щетка, а также мультимедиа в подголовниках."
Минусы: "Леденцы не выдают перед взлётом и снижением на посадку."

Минусы: "Нет выделенной посадки sky priority"

Минусы: "B737-800 хоть и новый, высоким людям (192) путешествовать в экономклассе, особенно если хочется вздремнуть, очень некомфортно (Эйрбасы в этом плане лучше). В остальном - всё отлично."

Плюсы: "отношение персонала в лаунж, экипажа на борту, человеческий фактор на высоте"
Минусы: "придирки на регистрации из-за одного килограмма веса (24 кг), при том, что делался upgrade до бизнеса, отсутствие интернета на борту"

Плюсы: "Бутерброды с рыбой"

Минусы: "Очeвидно, что прeдыдущим рeйсом кто-то вeз что-то съедобное (рыба, скорee всeго), котороe протeкло. Почeму Уборка салона прошла так, что полка для багажа была завалeна мусором, и тухлых запах был На вeсь хвост самолeта, нe знаю. Экипаж провeл уборку своими силами, но 20 минут вони тухлятины испортили впeчатлeниe о компании в целом."

Минусы: "Aeroflot Airlines Аэрофлот - Российские авиалинии Безобразие. Вы в своем родном аэропорту (SVO) не успеваете разобраться с транзитным багажом. Рейс LED-SVO-GOJ (номер билета 5552134777219), багаж остался в SVO. Нет, он не потерялся, вы его просто не успели загрузить на борт в НН. И, конечно же, это уже известно на стойке в аэропорту НН, о чем мне и было доложено. И даже пообещали, что привезут утром...может быть. И зачем мне это знать?! Я по работе такто в НН прилетел. Когда я получу свои вещи? Полчаса автобус вез вокруг всей ВПП на противоположную сторону, где стоят SSJ ! Потом самолет еще минут 15 выезжал из этих ...стоянок на взлет. И вам не хватило времени? И вот только не надо мне сообщать как вам обидно и вы расстроены не меньше моего, да еще стараться неуклюже извиняться. Мне к 9:00, 18 апреля, нужен мой багаж."

Плюсы: "новые современные самолеты, есть розетки для подзарядки, персонал очень внимательный"
Минусы: "пора уже давно решить вопрос предоставления беспроводного доступа на борту"

Минусы: "Не понравилась кашерная еда в течении года летала несколько раз и еда не меняется одно и тоже и не вкусно"

Плюсы: "attention, free upgrade"

Плюсы: "Богатый выбор фильмов для просмотра"
Минусы: "Узкие кресла Не вкусная еда Опоздание вылета"

Плюсы: "Экипаж доброжелательный."
Минусы: "Неудобные старые самолеты, ужасное питание (печенюшка из маргарина и E ингредиентов), посадка чаще автобусом, в лучшем случае самый дальний трап (рукав)."

Плюсы: "Розетки 220В"
Минусы: "Откуда в Аэрофлот Boing? Ужасные самолеты. Тесные неудобные кресла и размещение пассажиров. Неудобные багажные полки."

Плюсы: "Очень вежливый экипаж и мастерское пилотирование, чуствуешь себя в воздухе и при посадке очень уверенно"
Минусы: "Две проблемы - отсутствие вентиляции из ТА в Москву (обратно была центральная), индивидуальной вентиляции нет в принципе, я нахватался вируса и приехал в Вильнюс больной. Обратно задержка рейса на почти семь часов, причем кое-кто из пассажиров знал о ней заранее и приехал часа через четыре после запланированного отлета."

Плюсы: "air france is always quite good to my experience -- the food, the crew etc..."
