The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

Today when we should have trip back to USA, SWISS company said what ticket for my son do not exsist. And I spent for new ticket 220000 rubles about $3600. Nobody in SWISS company do not said me what my tocket for son canceled. I am shoked !!!"

Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. The lack of transparency regarding baggage fees is outrageous. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars in such fees after having had no such notice - and no inkling - that that would be the case. We call this a "racket" in the United States."

This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

Минусы: "Сотрудники в аэропортах. На регистрацию в аэропорт Денвера мы приехали за три часа. На паспортный контроль попали за 30 минут!!!! Очередь огромная, сотрудники бегают от стойки к стойке. Разговаривают очень грубо, что само по себе для Америки непривычно. Одного пассажира обслуживают в среднем 20 минут(!!!) То забирают багаж, то возвращают багаж - отвлекаются на возврат сразу все. Рейс задержали на полтора часа. Об этом мы узнали на стойке регистрации. На стыковочный рейс мы опоздали, поэтому попросили сотрудников сразу определить наши дальнейшие действия. Парень на стойке очень в грубой форме сказал - прилетите в Мюнхен, там подойдете в сервис. Когда прилетели в Мюнхен оказалось, что сервис не работает. Бегали по всему аэропорту. Потом подождали на одном из рейсов Люфтганзы не закончилась регистрация. Попросили сотрудника ( по английски не говорит, только по немецки!!!!) решить наш вопрос. Она с кем-то созвонилась нас отправили на другой рейс в другой терминал на поезде и автобусе (Просили ведь сопровождение в Денвере- нам грубо отказали). В итоге багаж - потеряли. Отправили во Франкфурт вместо Москвы!!! Багаж ждали три дня."

Минусы: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

Плюсы: "Check-in counter mentioned that our ticket did not include checked baggage, but she only charged for one bag (will be checking on my ticket and discussing with Aegean's corporate if I bought the correct ticket with checked bags). Boarding was easy and the crew was very nice and helpful throughout the flight. I was glad that they served a small meal - food was good...we're not talking about a restaurant meal. Seats were good and just wish there was some in-flight entertainment."

So now I’m in London, missing a dinner because I don’t have dress acceptable clothes, can’t go out and buy any because it’s too late on a Sunday. I am also going to miss my plans which were the only reason we came to London. as I do not have acceptable clothing to go out in tonight. So it was a waste of paying the flight to London, and our Airbnb in London."

Минусы: "I arrived just before the hour an hour before departure for a 6am flight, which is in line with their 60 minute policy to find the counter closed. I spent another 25 minutes running around the airport trying to find someone to assist including a ticket agent to adjust my flight. Only to be told I couldn't get a flight out until the next day and I had to pay more for my original ticket for it. I contacted customer service and their response was a simple copy and paste of the rules which I was well aware of (apparently I should have really been there 90 mins before and not 60 according to the site). I only booked with the airline because it offered an 8 hour layover in Athens...a chance to see a bonus city. There are plenty of other airlines with more flexible and consistent policies. I have traveled the world on many airlines and have never had an early check in counter close or to have to chase down a representative to get service."

Минусы: "Too much of uncontrolled loud talk between passengers above 25 - 30 yrs old on either side of aisle at night 10 - 12 PM without even thinking that other passengers are around. Flight attendants could have been courteous by asking them to keep the noise low. My baggage did not arrive for 4 days in Cairo and no one was responding to calls and even went to airport twice . offices were closed during day time . Last day before leaving with the help of a travel agent I was lucky to get my luggage. There was almost a brawl at airport as people were unhappy because their baggage did not come from tel aviv to cairo. Very poor handling of delayed baggage. Not even a call from the airline. Not sure if it was offloaded in Tel Aviv or Athens."

At the airport we were told to go the Aegean desk. 5. At the Aegean desk we were told we had to pay for the suitcase again, had to cross the airport to do that. 6. Finally found that desk, not called "Aegean" like we were told, but "GlobeGround" 7. Plane was delayed. 8. At the a Athens airport we were told Taron shouldn't have charged us. What's going on here?"

Плюсы: "We had a technical problem after take off and our flight needed to return to Athens airport. The Captain assured all the pax this was not a safety related issue, and a fresh plane would be ready for us when we landed in Athens. After landing in Athens at a remote gate, we were bussed to the terminal, waited for no more than 10 minutes to another aircraft to make our journey to Paris. As we got on the bus to go to the new aircraft we were handed a letter with apologies for the disruption. In this letter we were offered a free flight anywhere within the Aegean Airlines network, valid for 12 months. I thought this was great customer recovery. The same technical and cabin crew took our new plane to Paris and we managed to make up a reasonable amount of time delay. This was an unforeseen situation handled very well. Well done Aegean."

Минусы: "При посадке на борт ранее выбранный 7-й ряд был заменен на 14-й без пояснений и извинений. Рейс задерживался на 2 часа, Kayak показывал, что рейс по расписанию и время приземления, хотя даже посадку еще на борт еще не открыли."
Минусы: "Огромная очередь на сдачу багажа, несмотря на предварительную регистрацию. Работали только по 2 стойки из 40 на каждую очередь . Очередь выстроилась в три изгиба. Заняло минут на 40. Приезжайте заранее с этим аэрофлотом! Ну про мерзкий холодный сандвич молчу."

I was standing there with my father, he doesn’t speak English and they automatically gave us bad looks and they way they spoke was horrible. Please train your customer service to treat clients without any bias based on their enthinicity, color of skin or the language they speak."

Кроме того, люди прилетают из жаркой страны в прохладную Россию. Они чаще всего одеты не по погоде. Аэрофлот постоянно такие самолёты отставляет к лесу, потом все пассажиры долго мёрзнут в автобусе, долго едут через всё взлётное поле, а потом так же долго ждут багаж. - Сказочный русский маразм! Как раз в этот же день летел лоукостером Меридиана. Уровень примерно такой же. Только там нас к трапу подвезли. Аэрофлот экономит не на тех вещах. Ошибочный менеджмент. Отстойная зажравшаяся дешевая компашка. Стыдно."

Размер рамки не совпадает с размерами, утверждёнными мировыми практикам и соответственно выпускаемых мировыми брендами Samsonite, Tummi ручной клади. Подход "коверный" , в том числе и для бизнес класса, для Skype priority!!"
Минусы: "В Москве в Шереметьево работник Аэрофлота или аэропорта объявила, что в феврале изменились параметры провоза багажа в компании Аэрофлот и не пропускала пассажиров на рейсы Аэрофлота со словами, что вас не пропустят в самолёт. На сайте Аэрофлота никаких изменений нет, люди оставляли свои чемоданы, в том числе и я, хотя с габаритами все по стандарту -50-35-20"
Минусы: "Посадку начали с опозданием. В бизнес-зале посадку не объявили вообще. Успели чудом. Сидели на space + в экономе, но ручную кладь смогли положить только в хвосте. Хотя бизнес был пустой, и положить туда можно было легко. Весь полет температура в салоне была выше 30 градусов. Неоднократные просьбы сделать что-то не помогли."
Плюсы: "Приветливый экипаж, мягкий взлет и посадка. Сидел в самом конце самолета, где по два ряда кресел. Показалось очень удобно - было куда вытянуть ноги, выспался нормально."
Минусы: "Посадка в Шереметьево проходила отвратительно - зал тесный, низкий потолок. Очередь пассажиров блокировала вход в туалет. Все очень неорганизованно - для большого количества людей необходимо выстраивать коридор из лент. Потом долго ехали на автобусе до самолета - на большие самолеты уж можно было через трубу посадку организовывать"
Минусы: "Пожалуйста поменяйте упаковку для еды, эта ужасная бумажно-целофановая. Шуршит от любого прикосновения очень громко и когда ты на ночном рейсе хочешь заснуть, а все начинают есть, перелет превращается в кошмар."
Минусы: "Иногда рядом родители с маленькими детьми летят. Это обычно ужасно для всех и для детей тоже. Не уверен что младенцы запомнят что-нибудь в Тайланде"
