Плюсы: "Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights"

TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!"

The airport was so busy that we had to Wait inside the plain for over an hour because there was (taxiing traffic) and could not get on the take off Lane."

Ни upgrade, ни нормального размещения, только скудные ваучеры на питание. Замечу что задержка рейса целиком и полностью была на совести авиакомпании."

Видеосистема отличная - экран крупный, изображение качественное, наушники удобные. Фильмы, правда, только на турецком и английском. Посадка в Тайване была очень мягкая."

Минусы: "Гейты 300-312, с которых идет посадка на Тбилиси – как колхозное поле. Просто все и всё на куче: очереди на посадку в перемешку с креслами для ожидания, магазинами. Внятных проходов просто нет. При этом 200-е и 700-е гейты у них очень удобно оборудованы. По расписанию посадка не началась. Вместо начала посадки один из сотрудников начал ходить среди толпы пассажиров и сверять паспорта с посадочными. Если все ок, то ставил штампик на посадочный. Приятно, конечно, что позаботились об экономии времени на проверку. Но организация процесса шокирует :) В самолете поддерживали температуру холодильника. Попросил стюардессу добавить тепла - покивала и поулыбалась, но теплее не стало. Реально пришлось в верхней одежде сидеть."

Минусы: "В салоне была жара, градусов 28. При этом рейс полностью загружен. Легко представить набор запахов через полчаса. На следующем рейсе это компенсировали - летели как в холодильнике :)"

Питание в 10 часовом рейсе было замечательным. все быстро раздавали и убирали. Еда была вкусной. Пилоты тоже очень профессиональные рейс прошел без толчков. спокойно . Спать было комфортно. Никаких очередей в туалет не было. В самолете все было замечательно."
Минусы: "Сотрудники в аэропортах. На регистрацию в аэропорт Денвера мы приехали за три часа. На паспортный контроль попали за 30 минут!!!! Очередь огромная, сотрудники бегают от стойки к стойке. Разговаривают очень грубо, что само по себе для Америки непривычно. Одного пассажира обслуживают в среднем 20 минут(!!!) То забирают багаж, то возвращают багаж - отвлекаются на возврат сразу все. Рейс задержали на полтора часа. Об этом мы узнали на стойке регистрации. На стыковочный рейс мы опоздали, поэтому попросили сотрудников сразу определить наши дальнейшие действия. Парень на стойке очень в грубой форме сказал - прилетите в Мюнхен, там подойдете в сервис. Когда прилетели в Мюнхен оказалось, что сервис не работает. Бегали по всему аэропорту. Потом подождали на одном из рейсов Люфтганзы не закончилась регистрация. Попросили сотрудника ( по английски не говорит, только по немецки!!!!) решить наш вопрос. Она с кем-то созвонилась нас отправили на другой рейс в другой терминал на поезде и автобусе (Просили ведь сопровождение в Денвере- нам грубо отказали). В итоге багаж - потеряли. Отправили во Франкфурт вместо Москвы!!! Багаж ждали три дня."

Bravo! Other airlines leave one to navigate alone. Thankyou Lufthansa. Food was decent on both flights in this day of many 'No food' local flights."

Минусы: "There were screaming ( not just crying...but SCREAMING at a shrill pitch) for the entire 10 hour flight. I was never so ready to get off of a plane in my life. The staff tried to appease the many different situations as best they could, but they got wore out before the end of the the flight. There were people not sitting in their assigned seats, so mealtime was totally boggled and some got fed a full hour before the rest us is on the tail end of the serving. The last meal ( after I FINALLY got food, we had turbulence, so they stopped serving drinks to go with the meal, and no one ever came back and continued where they left off, so I ate my meal without a drink. I don't blame the airline because it was the many children in that section that made it absolutely miserable for everyone on board, but it was the worst flight I have ever taken...hands down."

Минусы: "The wait prior to takeoff was a concern. Flight departed one hour late. Scanner at Gate Z13 was malfunctioning. One steward from Frankfurt to Dallas was pre-judging my food choice based on how I look. Normally that would not bother me, but he kept asking if I had ordered a Vegetarian or Hindu meal several times even after I confirmed that I had requested the standard meals for all my journey. The same steward on the Dallas to Frankfurt demonstrated the same questionable behavior. Infants on the flight get very noisy and Lufthansa Staff can help by asking accompanying parents to be prepared prior to take off and landing with warm milk in the baby milk bottles which the children can ingest to equalize ear drum pressure. Unfortunately cabin crew is not using this simple technique and the children on board cry excessively with lot of pain making everyone around them very uncomfortable. This can be nerve wracking for all accompanying Lufthansa passengers near bulkhead rows. Frankfurt Main is too dependent on bus transportation causing passengers to get wet on days when rain occurs."

Минусы: "Frankfurt airport: Had to walk for an hour to get from gate to gate. I was getting off an international flight and onto another international flight. International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."

My carry on, while weighted 7 kg, and was, I believe of standard size was not approved. Again, there was an unnecessary on my mind, second TSA-like check at FRA. Lufthansa could just bring me by bus to the departure gates. I believe that police officers with openly carried machine guns INSIDE of TSA secured zone at FRA is too much (though I am not a law enforcement person)."

The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Минусы: "I had a short transit time in Munich (40 minutes). Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

So she told me she could see why I so unclever...all Russian the same and laughing on me. I didn't expect so racist behavior and I stopped any conversation and complained to flight attendant. And I was double surprise! She went to her talked with her and than tell me that she could take any place she wants and she never told me any racist words, and maybe I'm a lier. I was so upset and I told a passenger that I can go to court when get back to US, she was really scared now and start sorry! But it was to late to sorry! When I asked flight attendant to sorry, she told she do not sorry!!! The flight was Monday October 3rd 2016 Lufthansa 459 San Francisco -Munich, name of flight attendant Eva-Katherine Pfaffel, the passenger seat 44 Diana or E I think, they didn't provide me information about name or her seat. The flight attendant told me it is not big dealing, maybe for Germany it is ok, but in US it is really rude, original I'm from Russia, my daughter too, additionally she is black, it will be really good if I never feel this again, I was in really helpless situation. It is really unpleasant when you spend money and get neglect."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Where are we, America? Also, this has to be said – I understand that British is by no means required to have flight attendants who speak all manner of languages on their flights, but perhaps especially on their London-Moscow routes, the flight attendants are far from pleasant, especially to their Russian passengers with a less than ideal command of the English language. I spoke with my fellow passengers in Russian, and could feel the stares from the crew until I addressed them in English – and then they changed their tune immediately. Плюсы: "Everything about the trip was marvelous. Friendly employees, good seating, terrific food,and lots of great movies. From booking to ticket retrieval to transportation to arrival all was done wonderfullyrics and with no problem. Thank you for a trip well done!"

Минусы: "if flight was on time weather would not have been a factor. They would not pay for hotel room. Flight was delayed due to AA issues."

Плюсы: "Because the flight was about half full between Madrid and Dallas (a rather long flight!) and because my sweetheart and I were seated in the middle 5 seats alone, we were able to put the arm rests up and get some real sleep to acclimate to West Coast time (our final destination). I can never sleep very well sitting up. Also, the food and entertainment were pretty good. We were given two main meals and a few snacks in between, including chocolate ice cream, which I've never received on a plane before. All that in addition to the decent selection of recent movies available made for a relatively pleasant red eye flight."
Минусы: "The entertainment system on the back of the seat was clearly outdated and the screens were not very reliable. While watching a movie, if the captain made an announcement, it was made in the headsets, too, as usual, but uncomfortably loud."

Минусы: "Not enough newer movies for a 10+ hour flight. I am not a movie-buff but only managed to find 3 movies I had not seen before. Monitor for video was hazy and hard to see the movies with the overhead lights on the whole flight. Flight attendants for my area (business class upstairs) did not seem to want to be there, did the bare minimum, felt like the attendants you usually get on any airlines US domestic flights. Yes, daytime flight, but did the lights have to be on the whole flight? Had 6-8 kids in 10-15 year range that were running around the whole flight, maybe if the lights had been at least dimmed they could have settled down so the other travelers who would have liked to sleep could... Food servings were smaller than usual, but since it was also unusually uninspired and tasteless I guess that was ok. Plane was dirty (visibly so on, f.ex. the sides of seats, traytable, and bathroom) and it was not just from the ongoing journey but from previous flights."

Плюсы: "The food was solid, legroom was spacious even in economy. Chairs lean back pretty far. The staff was courteous and came by several times with water and juice before the end of the flight (and we had scones with clotted cream... win)."

Минусы: "The Plane was so cold I needed to wear a sweater, scarf, down jacket and a blanket, compared to only having to wear a button up long sleeve shirt for the flight to germany. When i would get up to go to the bathroom I could see a large portion of the passengers wearing winter coats, hats, scarves, and hoods to keep warm. The temperature was never addressed during the flight. The flight crew with one exception could not have been in a worse mood. For example whenever they needed to tell people what the choices for drinks are they gave a big sigh and rolled their eyes. it seemed as if they had been working for 36 hours without a break and they had to smell trash the whole time. I am very unhappy with the way american airlines handled the british airways scheduled flight and i will make sure to not book with them again."

Минусы: "asking one of the flight crew to give me a snack for my child was initially reused with the excuse that she didn't have any. Came back after few moments with an angry approach and the snacks showed up all the sudden when asking another flight attendant"

Плюсы: "The flight attendants were generous and helpful. I like that there was lots of water served, and lots of extra snacks and more water at the back of the plane for those who needed it."
Минусы: "The light controlled by the switch at my chair illuminated the seat of my neighbor, due to a mis-alignment that the stewardess was unable to correct. The light switch of my neighbor also illuminated her seat, which meant that she had two lights to read by, even though she wanted to sleep, and I had no lights to read by, even though I had a lot of important work I was hoping to get done on the flight. The stewardess suggested that I switch from the aisle to the center seat (occupied by my neighbor's husband), but I did not want to switch seats like that because the seating was 5-across in the center and I didn't want to have to climb over two people unrelated to me every time I needed to use the bathroom. There was a sparse selection of movies, but it included a few I hadn't already seen, which helped the time pass - much better than my flight from ORD to CDG where the plane didn't even have personal entertainment systems and the common system only played TV shows."

Минусы: "The flight was delayed due to equipment malfunction almost missed my connection in Dallas onward to Frankfurt"

Плюсы: "Accommodated me when I was just off the check in time. Provided me with special meals that I had ordered inflight. Flight crew was very courteous. Enjoyed the new movies."
Минусы: "Couldn't charge my laptop on a long flight. The tray table was a bit forward and did not have the cup holding circle. Got a bit hungry and had to bring out my own sandwiches that I had luckily packed, saw others snacking too; an extra snack would be nice, although, they did serve an ice cream which did not seem to be enough on a long day flight. Was an AA flight instead of a BA flight as shown in the itinerary."
