Shortly before taking off, another flight attendant came to me, told me they made a mistake, and sent me back to my original economy seat (while I was holding my new business boarding pass that they gave me). When I told them they should remedy somehow their mistake, they said they did not have any other extra seat in business and that there was nothing they could do. They did not apologize. They were quite unprofessional and rude. I fly often and I have never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Alitalia is far better than Swissair in terms of professionalism and of politeness. I will always discourage anyone from flying Swissair. Worst company ever."

Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? We were given blankets and pillows. The best thing was the ground staff getting rude after all passengers complaining. They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!"

One has to go through many additional checks to board a NY bound flight which is understood but the gates can’t sccomod a full 777 flight. It gets hot really fast, definitely what you don’t need before a long flight. Group boarding is enforced but people will still try to wiggle into the priority boarding line. On another note I have had a similar flight on the A330 and the boarding process was smooth (organized)."

At one point I requested bread and butter, the flight attendant seemed annoyed and said if she can find some, and never came back to me. I went to the galley, where a male flight attendant was working on something. I requested some bread and butter from him, was met with s smile, and was able to locate a roll and butter for me in under a min. Please note, I do not think this was a gender issues, it just happens to be the situation with this case, and I specified it as I do not know the names of the flight attendants, but the airline should be able to identify who was working the different sections."

Generally they are allowed to board first as they need more time to settle. I could barely find overhead bin space for his stuff. 2. There were several remote controls broken on the plane. A lot of people had to suffer through a non working entertainment screen. 3. One of the hostess was hardly listening to anything I had to say. She seemed to be in so much of a hurry and had a very bad attitude."

Минусы: "Гейты 300-312, с которых идет посадка на Тбилиси – как колхозное поле. Просто все и всё на куче: очереди на посадку в перемешку с креслами для ожидания, магазинами. Внятных проходов просто нет. При этом 200-е и 700-е гейты у них очень удобно оборудованы. По расписанию посадка не началась. Вместо начала посадки один из сотрудников начал ходить среди толпы пассажиров и сверять паспорта с посадочными. Если все ок, то ставил штампик на посадочный. Приятно, конечно, что позаботились об экономии времени на проверку. Но организация процесса шокирует :) В самолете поддерживали температуру холодильника. Попросил стюардессу добавить тепла - покивала и поулыбалась, но теплее не стало. Реально пришлось в верхней одежде сидеть."

Сами представляете, что это - зависнуть в проходе в ожидании нерасторопного пассажира, который не спеша запихивает багаж и достает свои вещи - все стоят, ждут пока он усядется... А вообще спасибо: летать, как правило приятно А! Франкфурт- Москва не очень приятно стюардессы , в отличие от Орландо-Франкфурт , прям не очень."

And her eye contact was very aggressive as if she would use words. I tried to save the moment, and avoided all further interactions. Not even to look at her, or accept even a single glass of water. She did past through my area and again she was stocked with her cart, and she thought is was my foot again. When she realized that this time was not my foot, (which in the first time it was and she kicked my knee with the speed of her movement and I was not aware to save the moment) nevertheless, the second time and for the rest of my trip I was so careful that it did not happen again. But it happened one more time, but not with my foot. although she thought it was me. She looked at me again with a very bitter-eye but when she realized that the problem was not me she looked at another way acting as if she didnot understand what was going through her mind or my mind."

I am consciously aware not to give any reasons for any form of unacceptable behaviors either with or without evidence. I WILL NOT EVER AGAIN, travel with LUFTHANSA just because of the way they treated me in my case which I travel always with my emotional pet, and this time they gave me a hardship and I had to travel without Logan. and additionally to this, I had to accept that flight attendance wordless aggressive behavior. Which in my opinion, I believe she could say I am sorry, and not looking at me as her worse enemy. Madness. She honestly needs a psychological evaluation."

Питание в 10 часовом рейсе было замечательным. все быстро раздавали и убирали. Еда была вкусной. Пилоты тоже очень профессиональные рейс прошел без толчков. спокойно . Спать было комфортно. Никаких очередей в туалет не было. В самолете все было замечательно."
Минусы: "Сотрудники в аэропортах. На регистрацию в аэропорт Денвера мы приехали за три часа. На паспортный контроль попали за 30 минут!!!! Очередь огромная, сотрудники бегают от стойки к стойке. Разговаривают очень грубо, что само по себе для Америки непривычно. Одного пассажира обслуживают в среднем 20 минут(!!!) То забирают багаж, то возвращают багаж - отвлекаются на возврат сразу все. Рейс задержали на полтора часа. Об этом мы узнали на стойке регистрации. На стыковочный рейс мы опоздали, поэтому попросили сотрудников сразу определить наши дальнейшие действия. Парень на стойке очень в грубой форме сказал - прилетите в Мюнхен, там подойдете в сервис. Когда прилетели в Мюнхен оказалось, что сервис не работает. Бегали по всему аэропорту. Потом подождали на одном из рейсов Люфтганзы не закончилась регистрация. Попросили сотрудника ( по английски не говорит, только по немецки!!!!) решить наш вопрос. Она с кем-то созвонилась нас отправили на другой рейс в другой терминал на поезде и автобусе (Просили ведь сопровождение в Денвере- нам грубо отказали). В итоге багаж - потеряли. Отправили во Франкфурт вместо Москвы!!! Багаж ждали три дня."

There was a curtain which separates the business class and economic class. As the 1st point, my seat was the 1st-row aisle seat, so the curtain hit me every time the crew went through the curtain, which is extremely annoying. 3. The Entertainment screen is so difficult to use, either hard to touch or so slow."

Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

When my wife landed n told me I was extremely happy that they saw her with a baby and gave my wife n son that option to sit in first class then be tied up in economy and no so comfortable. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."
