Минусы: Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm.

Плюсы: I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers.

Минусы: We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus.

Плюсы: I was not able to make the flight due to the coronavirus. The hospital I’m employed at banned outside travel. I tried contacting the airline and kayak to get a refund.

Плюсы: Pilots were good, they provided a smooth ride.

Минусы: Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew.

Плюсы: We missed the connection because the Istanbul airport is a silent airport and no announcement were made for boarding.

Минусы: Announcement from crew or reach out to people in front of gate would help. Also, the staff at Istanbu airport is so rude and have no respect for customers.

Плюсы: The crew were super patient there was a traveller was so irritating kept complaining about everything and ,moving from one seat to another even insulting the crew but they never lost their cool I thought that was wonderful .i learnt something.

Минусы: If a tooth paste and brush was provided in the little pack it would have made life better.
