Плюсы: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Минусы: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Минусы: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Минусы: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA

Минусы: We were traveling with my 94-year-old grandfather who needed wheelchair assistance. And it took the 4th person I asked to get any assistance. The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance.

Минусы: I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued.
