Минусы: "Гейты 300-312, с которых идет посадка на Тбилиси – как колхозное поле. Просто все и всё на куче: очереди на посадку в перемешку с креслами для ожидания, магазинами. Внятных проходов просто нет. При этом 200-е и 700-е гейты у них очень удобно оборудованы. По расписанию посадка не началась. Вместо начала посадки один из сотрудников начал ходить среди толпы пассажиров и сверять паспорта с посадочными. Если все ок, то ставил штампик на посадочный. Приятно, конечно, что позаботились об экономии времени на проверку. Но организация процесса шокирует :) В самолете поддерживали температуру холодильника. Попросил стюардессу добавить тепла - покивала и поулыбалась, но теплее не стало. Реально пришлось в верхней одежде сидеть."
Минусы: "В салоне была жара, градусов 28. При этом рейс полностью загружен. Легко представить набор запахов через полчаса. На следующем рейсе это компенсировали - летели как в холодильнике :)"

Crew went out of its way to help people board and load bags overhead. They seemed very attentive, and tried to provide extra drink options even."
Минусы: "Boarding process at IST was a challenge. We left from a remote gate, and the agent didn't seem interested in the boarding process. I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."

Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!"

Минусы: "Сотрудники в аэропортах. На регистрацию в аэропорт Денвера мы приехали за три часа. На паспортный контроль попали за 30 минут!!!! Очередь огромная, сотрудники бегают от стойки к стойке. Разговаривают очень грубо, что само по себе для Америки непривычно. Одного пассажира обслуживают в среднем 20 минут(!!!) То забирают багаж, то возвращают багаж - отвлекаются на возврат сразу все. Рейс задержали на полтора часа. Об этом мы узнали на стойке регистрации. На стыковочный рейс мы опоздали, поэтому попросили сотрудников сразу определить наши дальнейшие действия. Парень на стойке очень в грубой форме сказал - прилетите в Мюнхен, там подойдете в сервис. Когда прилетели в Мюнхен оказалось, что сервис не работает. Бегали по всему аэропорту. Потом подождали на одном из рейсов Люфтганзы не закончилась регистрация. Попросили сотрудника ( по английски не говорит, только по немецки!!!!) решить наш вопрос. Она с кем-то созвонилась нас отправили на другой рейс в другой терминал на поезде и автобусе (Просили ведь сопровождение в Денвере- нам грубо отказали). В итоге багаж - потеряли. Отправили во Франкфурт вместо Москвы!!! Багаж ждали три дня."

Минусы: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

Lufthansa could just bring me by bus to the departure gates. I believe that police officers with openly carried machine guns INSIDE of TSA secured zone at FRA is too much (though I am not a law enforcement person)."

The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"
Минусы: "I had a short transit time in Munich (40 minutes). Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."

For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

We were all invited 45 minutes before boarding to board, when apologies were already offered for the slight delay, which turned into 1.5 hour overall. Worst is the lack of communication during the 45 minute wait, for which I have little understanding seeing many older people clearly suffering."

Минусы: "As I was flying from London Heathrow back to Vienna, I had a carry-on that was allowed on my flight with Austrian from Vienna to London. My carry-on weighed 8 kg, like is required by the rules. While boarding my flight, the woman at the counter told me my bag had to be checked because there were too many carry-ons on the flight. I asked her that I keep my bag because I had medication in there, and she didn't listen to me at all. She just kept repeating that i have to check my bag, and then took my bag from me and gave it to the baggage crew there. I didn't want to make a huge scene because the flight is only 2 hours and I hoped i Could deal without my medication during that time, but I found it incredibly, incredibly rude and awful to not listen to a passenger."

Минусы: "The flight was delayed 3 hours and there was very little information offered as to what to expect. I was grateful I did not have a connecting flight as surely I would have missed it. The gate agent seemed to be completely lost and at one point started boarding and then had to ask those that had boarded to deplane. The seats were rather uncomfortable to begin with but then add to that being in the last row next to the toilets and the galley AND with crew members stepping on the side of my seat to reach supplies in the overhead bin without warning."

So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."
