Минусы: Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!

Плюсы: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.

Минусы: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Плюсы: The seats, staff, entertainment, particularly liked that you served hot chocolate! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Минусы: Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat.

Плюсы: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.

Плюсы: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Минусы: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Плюсы: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Минусы: Better management of certain unruly passengers causing a scene by taking seats which were not for them because they can’t be bothered to book two seats together during the booking process and try and take a short cut when it comes to getting on the plane.

Плюсы: We were able to bring our normal size backpacks as personal items even though they were certainly larger than the tiny personal item size limit.

Минусы: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.

Минусы: My ticket was not a cheap one, but with good time for me.The changed my ticket departure time to night flight - 04:45. I could have bought cheaper ticket for night departure, but I did not. Eventually, they smoothly change the time without any compensation. Is that fair????? No!

Плюсы: They got my family and me to our destination safely.

Минусы: The flight was delayed. There was NO ONE to answer questions or help. There was no agent at the gate until 10 minutes prior to our departure. Communication would have been very, very helpful.

Минусы: The flight was delayed, long boarding, its good to compensate such things with some snacks.

Минусы: New Istambul airport requires walking 20-25 minutes when arriving and the same amount when departing. Even if huge you need to take a bus a walk under the rain. Bad planning

Плюсы: I didn’t take the flight but there was no way to get my refund! No phone answer and no ticket counter!!!!

Минусы: Food was very poor in Turkish Airlines standards

Минусы: Service very cold and rare to find. For some reason finnair doesn’t announce boarding

Минусы: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Минусы: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Плюсы: Перелет рейсом 171 15.09.17 в 13:40 Все вовремя при отправке, прилетели несколько раньше. Экипаж предусмотрительный и вежливый, внешний вид - отличный!. Очень приятно удивил бокальчик сухого красного/белого вина в процессе перекуса на борту. Давно не попадался такой сервис! PS Вино, кстати, приятное!

Плюсы: Всё было замечательно, бортпроводники были очень приятные. И обслуживание было хорошим. Я пользовался полет!

Минусы: Всё было хорошо. Просто сэндвич может быть лучше :)

Минусы: Shocked that I need to produce my own printed boarding cards (I don't travel with a printer), or I must produce it on a smartphone. Neither available - I showed my confirmation of check-in on my email and the agent printed my boarding cards. Your idea of asking 32 Euro for a boarding card is &^%(*

Минусы: When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.

Минусы: Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience

Плюсы: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.

Минусы: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Плюсы: All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome.
