Плюсы: We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket.
Плюсы: Overall the flight experience was very good
Минусы: I was soooo upset that the check in person when I was about to board the plane couldn't help me to change the seat number. Why is so Hard? Just switch numbers with other people and tell them the changes. US flight do that why Turkish flight doesn't!! Most of people fly alone, its that easy.

Минусы: When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !

Минусы: There was a problem with their website that was out of our control, that didn’t allow us to print boarding passes and we were charged at the airport even though we had proof we tried and were not able through no fault of our own
Минусы: At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included.

Плюсы: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Минусы: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!

Минусы: I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it.
Минусы: When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.

Минусы: Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in.

Минусы: The original email stated the flight was at 10:45am. All the subsequent emails stated this. I called the russian number (they only speak russian) to try and confirm. Am trying to get on the 4:50 flight was under same booking code. Also had to book another flight just in case. This is a mess. And your russian phone number on kiwi doesn’t work

Минусы: I was truly shocked I was requested to pay for the seats I selected half year before the actual flight, when ordering the flight Even after the web check-in, with boarding passes in my hand, while dropping baggage, I was told that I must pay for the places stated in the boarding pass or they will assign me some other seats.

Плюсы: The plane was on time and staff on the plane where nice
Минусы: Walking from one terminal to terminal was quite a problem. when the staff are checking before you pass through the security after you arrived form Lagos to Frankfurt was quite rude. I had a electronic boarding pass on my phone for some reason the wifi from the airport was slow in allowing my electronic boarding pass to work and the staff was impatience with me and rudely asked me to get off the line.
Минусы: I felt I was badly treated and there was no instruction to what they where checking for. I am very incline to not recommended Lufthansa Airline to anyone. The notification for change of Boarding Gate did not reflect immediately.
Плюсы: The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean.
Минусы: The difference here is that in a 9 hour flight you want to keep hydrated. Crew seemed lazy...they would not bring water to travelers very often...and when I called a flight attendant with the button call and politely asked if I could have some water, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me I can just stand up and go take my water in the back where they store food. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?

Плюсы: After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again.
Плюсы: Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge.
Минусы: I tried to book exit row seats online. The seat map would not load, so I called the number suggested. Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!

Плюсы: It was better with the earache, plane felt cleaner, the crew was more friendly and attentive. Didn't feel as dark as the first flight.
Минусы: The Star Alliance flights aren't that cheap. Comparable price between Lufthansa, Swiss, SAS and Austrian. Lufthansa gives you food, and has friendly service. SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like.

Минусы: On the transatlantic flight the crew was unattractive and somewhat rude. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!

Минусы: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.
Плюсы: Overall pretty good. Newer plane, business class is well configured.
Минусы: Food was good, not great. Seats when flat are quite hard.

Минусы: no choice of food, little space between the seats, touchscreen and headphones didn't work, for over 8 hours flight this was significant set back
Минусы: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.

Минусы: Посадка завершилась вовремя, отъехали от гейта, взлетели вовремя. В итоге опоздание на полчаса. Багаж опять долго не выдавали. В итоге те, у кого был внутренний трансфер выглядели грустно

Плюсы: I liked the explanation given by the pilot when we finally got our seats on the plane. Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset.
Минусы: The crew called the gate, allowed the entire flight to pass through the gate and then as we stood in the boarding gang way told us the flight had been delayed by the captain but they did not have any more information. We were then held for 2 hours sitting on the floor because the crew had taken our boarding cards and didn't want us to return to the terminal. At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!

Минусы: We were traveling with my 94-year-old grandfather who needed wheelchair assistance. And it took the 4th person I asked to get any assistance. The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance.

Минусы: There were two flights to Prague within 1/2 hr of each other. We were at the wrong gate. They called for immediate boarding and we were at the gate in minutes. The plane had not left the gate but the captain refused to open the door. This unheard of, that at the counter didn’t want to intervene. Now we have to rebook. These Eastern European countries are still thinking of the past.
