Плюсы: The plane was super new and the flight was smooth and really great. The food was yummie.

Минусы: My luggage did not arrive at the airport in Istnabul and I hope I will get it back.

Минусы: Everything worked well, the boarding, on time flight, flight was smooth and landed 15 mins before time.

Минусы: Wine list was poor. Enough of a premium is built into the business class fare to get some decent wines onto the list. Coffee is not so good either.

Минусы: Caboj crew were unfriendly and bordering on being rude. The basic rule of any service is to smile but when you've cabin staff whi look grumpy on a 7h flight that speaks of poor training of cabin staff. Etihad needs to do much better to retain customers on this hot segment.

Минусы: The food needs to improve and the movies are old. The actual flight was nice.

Плюсы: One of the crew members was very happy and chirpy with all passengers. She was chatting and making sure everyone's needs were met and comfortable.

Плюсы: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Плюсы: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Минусы: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Минусы: The plane was broken. Old. I paid for business and they couldn’t even allow business to board first. On screen entertainment was broke. Seats were broken. The seats DO NOT fold flat in business. Not a good experience, do not recommend. Fly Singapore airlines if possible, Thai airways just doesn’t have it together- plus it’s relatively the same price with way better amenities and experience

Минусы: The worse customer service I have ever experienced! I had an emergency situation and had to change tickets. Despite of ridiculous fines for exchange, I was ready to pay them all in order to put family member on the plane. They could not even process that exchange, call me back or let me talk to supervisor. I ended up loosing a ticket and getting a new one.

Минусы: The aircraft left an hr late with passengers waiting on board ..no alcohol on the flight which to be fair I knew was their policy..Then they couldnt get the doors open at the destination Airport leaving us onboard for 45 minuutes at the gate..I also found the cabin unbearably hot with no individual air con controls..the crew were also nowhere to be seen most of the flight so had to get up frequently for water and inconveniencing the passenger next to me

Минусы: Food from New York to doha was average. Doha to Karachi excellent. Over all it was excellent experience. People on the ground at doha airport was exceptional. Very courteous and ready to go serve. This is what I call real service.

Минусы: Gulf air staff at cairo airport refused to give me the boarding pass of the 2nd flight while i was returning from cairo, while in dubai they gave me both boarding passes Although i told them the layover is under an hour Luckily bahrain airport accepts mobile check in and i barely caught the flight
