When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. Минусы: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Я с двумя дочками 8 и 12 лет приехала за 1 час 40 минут, летела из этого аэропорта впервые, выстояли очереди на оформление багажа, check-in и потом в зал, где начались очереди на паспортный и пограничный контроль. Мой багаж отправили на детальный осмотр, как потом оказалось, из-за обычного ноутбука. Передо мной сотрудница то ли таможни, то ли пограничница, изучала багаж такого же человека 20 минут, и по мере моих просьб только замедляла скорость. На мои просьбы о том, что началась регистрация на рейс, что осталось 25, 20 и в итоге 10 минут до вылета !!!!она ответила только: «Не мешайте мне делать мою работу». Дети мои пережили мамин стрес и наблюдали мои отчаянные попытки взять себя в руки. Рядом в истерике билась ещё одна такая же, как я. За 10 минут до вылета нас, наконец, пропустили, стараниями ее коллеги, который меня пожалел. все это время мы бежали к нашему Гейту, который оказался в другом конце терминала. Это был адский ад. Сам полет был вполне хорош, если не считать того, что по прилету в Киев мы не досчитались чемодана младшей Ани, его потеряли на пересадке в Мюнхене. Слава Богу, сообщили только что, что вроде нашёлся, прилетит на следующий день, ждём. 2018 год для нас начался с большого стресса!"

THEY WERE WRONG! . we wasted 15 mins for luggage that we then found out did not need to be picked up as it was routed direct to Vancouver. This almost made us miss our next flight and caused us a lot of stress. We had specifically asked the crew to check as we thought it was ticketed to Vancouver but they insisted WE WERE WRONG"

Минусы: "The public address system at St Johns is very poor in that you cannot understand the announcements. The announcements are inaudible in the Gate 1 area of the terminal (including the adjacent snack bar area). I asked the gate attendant what an announcement was about and was told that there was a 45-minute delay in our flight. Our group then went to the adjacent snack bar. Less than 10 minutes after the flight delay announcement I walked out of the adjacent snack bar and found that they were already boarding the flight!! Had I not gone back to the gate, we all would have missed our flight!!"

Минусы: "I did not like the terrifying situation in which the pilot said we would be landing in 15 minutes (at this point we were close enough to the ground that I could see cars ) but then without any further announcement proceeded to point the plane upwards and started flying up up up so that all the city lights disappeared and all I could see were stars next to us. I asked 2 different flight attendants wtf was going on and they both said "oh he's just looking for smooth air" which was clearly BS because I was in the very last row of the plane and if there had been rough air I would have been the first to feel it. After inexplicably shooting upwards for what felt like an eternity we finally turned around and ultimately landed and guess what, no rough air to be found. Now I know why airplane pilots update you all the time, because when he pulls a maneuver like that without any warning it is terrifying and all I could think of was the suicidal dude in Germany from Lufthansa. Not cool. Other than that the flight was fine and they were really nice despite the like 3 hour delay or whatever it was. It cost me an extra $60 cause I arrived so late my husband and baby couldn't pick me up anymore but they offered a credit for a future flight so it's ok. I appreciate the gesture."
Плюсы: "I had no complaint when I flew from Newark to Lima.flight attendants were nice and respectful they knew what they were doing. My travel back to the States were different. Since it was an overnight flight i expected to sleep most of the time. When I was resting suddenly one of the attendants literally scream in my ear to ask if I wanted chicken or beef??? I was like" can you see I was sleeping? To me that was rude. Also they didn't coordinate to serve drinks they took more than usual to serve. No one even ask if we want more drinks or not. Hope they do better"

In united the guy didn't even bother to look in the system and just told me that that's the only thing he has I asked again and he's told me no because if he help me the flight will be delayed and I laugh and then I said are u serious so I told him that the only thing that he needs to do it's to call the person that has the seat next to my family and ask if he or she can switch seats with me that's all and he just walked away. Very unprofessional most of the staff. I'm a ARMY VETERAN 90% disabled and my wife ssg Ayala active duty the flights that we took on our deployments were smoother than the united airlines flights"

Плюсы: "Long day flying already. Many flights to CLE were delayed, but ours was cancelled. The staff was kind enough to get my mom a seat on another flight that day, which was good as she was out of medication after traveling two weeks. 3 of us had to fly standby. The staff said we would automatically be added to the next flight's standby list if we ddin't make it. That was bad information - it didn't happen."

Минусы: "Where to begin. Was it the confidence-boosting airplane that had to be 'jump started' as we left Denver? Or was it the 2.5 hour late start we got out of Dfw, only to be turned around again on the runway to get more furl, then enduring the 2.5 hour flight from Dfw to Houston (which is a 3.5 hour DRIVE). Was it the missed flight out if Houston, or was it when they told me they could not get us out in Sunday, but that Tuesday morning was looking pretty good. This was a disaster flight."
