Минусы: The crew did not speak in Catalan. Leaving from Barcelona, I assume Catalan should be spoken in the plane.
Плюсы: Flight crew was amazing. Food was good and there was plenty to make the time go by faster.

Плюсы: Boarding and the flight itself were uneventful. Departure slightly early and arrival consequently early too.
Минусы: Paying for simple tea or coffee? I know a profit needs to be made but come on! I was missed completely by the cabin service the first time, and had to ask for tea on the second. I don’t know when they started charging for tea, but it was unwelcome, cool, and not particularly refreshing. I expect better of BA.
Плюсы: The crew were above friendly, calling you by name and were very accommodating.
Минусы: Plane was older, seats were grungy and the onboard entertainment was not updated, i.e: small screens with poor visibility, some screens did not even work for some passengers, limited amount of movies/entertainment for a 10 hour flight this was disappointing and seriously makes me reconsider flying British Airways ever again.

Минусы: They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline.

Минусы: I pre-paid two checked bags (one each for my husband and myself). At check in we were told I had not done this and we had to go pay at another desk in the airport and come back to the check in line, 40 euros each. I showed the agent my paperwork that showed one bag each--it was not explicit on the paper whether this was the allowance or what I had paid--and she shrugged and said "Bad information. You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck.

Минусы: When I got to the check-in desk, I was told to get out of line and check in online. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been good to know that it was necessary to do this so I didn't wait in line for a long time.

Минусы: The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable.
Минусы: Moved departure 5 hours !! I Would have missed my appointments in Paris , I booked another plane the day before + lost my hotel in Lisbon . Asked for my money back no reply so far.
Плюсы: Absolutely one of the best hosting Stewart flight attendant teams I have ever witnessed. A. incredible job guys. I was extremely pleased. Beyond professional and unexpected. Weather conditions were not easy and the pilot took incredible charge.
Минусы: Staff. Professionalism. Spotless/Clean cabin. The staff was of uttermost class and should train others all around the spectrum.Asp the pilot did an amazing job.

Минусы: Not enough staff to check people in. Then boarding was severely delayed, even if the plane arrived slightly late. They began boarding then held everyone in a kind of enclosure between the gate desk and the jetway. Then when landed in Porto, took a really long time to get checked bags.

Минусы: Приехали в аэропорт за 2, 5 часа.Регистрация началась за 2 часа - очень медленно, больше часа в очереди. В результате после досмотра бегом в туалет и в очередь на паспортный контроль. О магазинах, кафе и пр. - забудьте. В итоге посадка за 10 минут до вылета и опоздание вылета на 40 минут. За 7 часов полета не нагнали ни минуты, наверное, экономили керосин. О том, что у многих пассажиров подвисли стыковые рейсы, командир, наверное, не думал
